nothing to worry about here. this is a good sign. we can base at $0.10 for awhile until solid contracts go through or the white papers are complete. frankly i prefer it that way over the heavy volume and fluctuations. i am getting a few of my friends in as well on dips below $0.10, but nothing near a million shares. who's selling? i'll tell you, its those people who bought a million shares below $0.01 and are now sitting on $100,000. most of them are taking out their initial investment for security. can't blame them. as much as i love HISC it is still a pinkie.
