Today I put in a bid for 190000 sh. When I checked at the end of the day, a partial buy of only 500sh for a transaction value of 11 cents went thru and Etrade charged me $9.99. When I asked for an explanation they said that they have to pay the MMs their fee regardless of the trade value. Something doesn't seem right. I think even if my offer was very low the MMs would have sold me a few shares just to get the fee. Any comments??

Trustwave is owned by Singatel, from Singapore. How will this effect the suit?
Is there a way to see the Buy/Sell volume prior to Monday's opening?
Nantuckets are soooo much better than Chesapeakes. Go SFOR.
That's BS. An RS is often used to graduate a stock to a new level of acceptance by a larger crowd of investors.
In addition....
A secondary benefit of a reverse split is that by reducing the shares outstanding and share float, the stock becomes harder to borrow, making it difficult for short sellers to short the stock. The limited liquidity may also widen the bid-ask spread, which in turn deters trading and short selling.

An RS, say 1000/1, coupled with a positive revenue report leading to the possibility of a profitable quarter would be a good thing, no?
It would invite more investors from the Nasdaq group.
Lawsuits and the speculation about same will not drive the pps anywhere. The lack of a well defined ptp and the failure of previous attempts is what is keeping this pps in limbo, imo.
Are you referring to my post or Mark's response to my email?
Let me guess....risk/reward...like the rest of us.
You're right, but just trying to interpret this response gives me cause for concern...start from the bottom..
Bob,
Because a lot of what we do in house is research. Actually most development is sent out to India by us. We concentrate on design and the detailed work, not designing is done overseas.
Thanks

Mark

Mark,
Assuming most development work is done in-house by employees, what is the reason for a $114,975 R&D charge last quarter.
Bob
For what it's worth.....
Bob
I do believe sales are growing. We have many deals in the works which I said, besides Amazon and Target online, but Target in the stores set for early July, some large enterprise sales that take some months more and definitely the patent lawsuits are now being developed for the ones we will be going after and it is very difficult to determine the exact time on this but we should be filing them within the next few weeks and we will probably do a pr on them if our lawyer allows. I can’t be sure and still feeling good about all the sales.
Thanks
Regards,
Mark
It wasn't the banks. It was the actions of Clinton/Reno followed by the coverup by Dodd/Frank. The banks stretched the rules, but the rules were created by regulators. Go SFOR.
I sent an email.
I can't PM. Are you still writing?
I just sent this to Mark. Does any body here have the answer?
Mark,
When I asked Etrade for a more secure method of securing my daily transactions, they sent me a
6-digit number generating key fob that work great at changing my PW on each new entry.
Is this an infringement on your patent? I know many banks have the same type device.
Bob
I doubt if he (or anybody) has more than a $1s worth of old shares.
If you can find your basis you'll have a nice deduction against gains, but you still have to sell what's left. If you've had contact with MK in the past you were probably not impressed with anything to do with promoting or marketing of any type....almost disdain, IMO.
Also, when you sell, ask for .0001. That will shake up the watchers for a few minutes. Ha!
10K out! http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1040850/000155479516000698/agtk0512form10k.htm
Isn't anyone on this board??
I think you meant MORE available shares.
How is this possible when they have just added $9M+ to the bottom line? But then I read the requirement to explain "quantitatively". If they could do that, an NT wouldn't be necessary.
Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?
Yes o No x
If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.
"Narratively AND quantitatively"??
It is out of Marks hands. he doesn't know what an NT is and really doesn't care, IMO.
I don't know what good news there might be in the 10Q to turn this around, and I assume that this knowledge is built into the current PPS. However, just seeing it in print should at least make us all feel better. We will need to wait another 90 days to see if the revenues are enough to show black. With no suits pending, there are going to be some boring weeks ahead.
Yes, but all in good humer. Go SFOR.
Especially if you're a doctor! Go SFOR.
Easy. If the 10K doesn't pan out, I'll have 2 months to pay.
I'm keeping the faith, but its hard not to comment on obvious stuff. Plus, I'd like to get some 8s.
Did the sale to CS include Mobile Trust?
Does it make sense to think about Mark selling the company when the assets are already sold. If a company was serious about the product they could make a deal with CS cheaper than dealing with Mark. Just a thought.
The marketing of this company is geared towards letting someone else do the ground work. The Amazon sales actually go thru Navarro software, so they are losing a big percentage of potential profits. They (Navarro) don't even use the copyright indicators. I'm sure the sales to Target and other stores go thru a distributor also....very inefficient. What is George Wallers job anyway. For $150K/year I would think he would sell enough to pay his own salary.
Simple. those were shares left over from the pre-RS days. I sold my last 4 recently with the expectation of off-setting big gains this year.
Now we're in agreement, but any announcement now wouldn't move the needle for 2-3 years unless there's a quick settlement.
That's the point. There is nothing in the 10k....
except this....
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
On March 28, 2013 we initiated patent litigation against an outside party. As of March 31, 2015, the case was in full discovery, the pre-trial hearing was held, and the deliberations were continuing. Mediation took place in May 2015 to discuss a potential settlement, and on January 15, 2016, the parties reached a settlement in the matter. As part of the settlement, we will receive a payment of $4.9 million, net of legal fees, which will be recorded as other income in the first quarter of 2016.
That's all, folks!
As I said earlier, ther are no pending lawsuits.
But in the 10 K it states, " We increased our technology staff by contracting an outsourced firm in 2015."
There is no further information that I can find. Who is this company?
Also, it states that "We license technology from third parties, including software that is integrated with internally developed software and used in our products to perform key functions. We anticipate that we will continue to license technology from third parties in the future. Although we are not substantially dependent on any individual licensed technology, some of the software that we license from third parties could be difficult for us to replace."
Again, no further information on who these companies are.
I hate to be conspiratorial, but the possibility of a kickback scheme certainly exists, especially because of the lack of any details.
I see no information about pending litigation.

Thank you, Mark. But lastly, I’m not an attorney nor an accountant, so when it is stated...
“As part of the settlement, we will receive a payment of $4.9 million, net of legal fees, which will be recorded as other income in the first quarter of 2016. “
..does that mean any legal fees were paid separately, or are they to be paid out of the 4.9 million?
Bob
(and that is my last question)
My understanding is that they can not short UNLESS they already have sufficient stock to cover. And even then, there is a premium to pay.
Thanks. Restore worked well.
Thanks, but it was more than a popup. It prevented me from doing anything except cursor control. A hard reboot might have really screwed me up, so I did a restore.
I just had a scary experience while on this site. I clicked just outside the "next" box and my computer was taken over by a large message that stated I must call 8882091990 immediately because my computer had malware and to call MSFT at this number. The url was something apparently from Norton. My computer was totally non responsive, even when I tried to close windows. Rather than Reboot and do further damage, I immediately restored to an earlier date. I am typing now but my fingers are crossed. Any suggestions??
