SRGE is also doing this for Magna, OTCBB and for the Buyout/ Joint Partnership..
SRGE UPDATE~> MUST READ: SRGE is real deal and they are doing everything the right way. Among many things SRGS has now "BECOME" a "CURRENT PINKSHEET" Company, filed 3rd qtr earnings & profits, Filed lawyer opinion letter, are now filing 4th Qtr Monster Earnings & Profits, Uplisting to the "OTCBB" with a real firm like Magna Group out of N.Y. which is the real deal, I have googled and checked out, and Magna Group has funded another deal for $11 MILLION so obviously Magna Group is big time and can make things happen. For the naysayers, Magna Group has/is/will check SRGE inside and outside so if SRGE was b/s they (SRGE) would never go with a firm like Magna..
FYI LONGS~> SRGE did "NOT" LOSE their law firm, I heard he shut down or was shut down so they had to change law firms. Probably something to do with all the APS deals lol.
SRGE GOOD NEWS ON 4th Qtr Delay: SRGE has to have the 4th qtr perfect because its going to be used to uplist to the OTCBB and to be filed with the SEC plus they are in BUYOUT/ Joint Partnership talks with 2 NYSE MAJORS.. Dont you see wtf is going to happen here? Big news is coming, updates, Buyout News/Joint Partnership News, Positive Gold/Silver Assay Reports from Gran Cabrera in a few Days and 4th qtr plus OTCBB all in then next 2 weeks. Why trade, flip or sell now???? Dont do it let SRGE continue to RUN & Move Higher it has done this CONSISTENTLY the past MONTHS... Let it pop, pull back, trade sideways and forget about it till the 14th... I have a huge position here along with a Huge SRGE group here.. The shorts will get busted by 14th i bet you!
I would ADD on any Dips if we see any and I would NOT try to flip, trade or sell SRGE right now. This would be very stupid and nuts imo.. What is there to be worried about? A pullback? No one has or can time SRGE and its been making NON-STOP BULLISH Higher highers and Higher lows while staying and becoming the #1 otc stock. Heck its #1 everyday on ihub. What does someone actually think SRGE is a scam? LOL do they not know who is on the BOD of SRGE? Do they not know we have the guy that OWNS the mines Alfonso and his Uncle as a senator? Do they not know we just added a HUGE BEAST from the Mexico Government Mr. Enrique Aubry de Castro to the BOD of SRGE ???? Do you honestly think this is a scam? lol if it was they would never be able to operate in Mexico again plus the gov't would fry them but HELLO all "LONGS" have and or can SEE and KNOW Alfonso BOD of SRGE and SRGE own the Mines because they have the certificates and we have called and verified so NO WAY IS IT OR CAN IT BE A SCAM.... Ok so knowing this alone makes it a SCREAMING BUY as SRGE will trade at .05, .10, .20 cents before Christmas with all the NEWS, 4th Qtr, Buyout, Uplisting OTCBB, Magna and more..
We have come this far wtf is 2 weeks? Imo it will "NOT BE 2 WEEKS" plus there will be A LOT of news and updates before then including the MASSIVE UPDATE on the assays at Gran Cabrera mine which we already know those will be POSITIVE and blockbuster news as "KING" SRGE info guy has confirmed this
We know SRGE stands to be the biggest MOASS so don't miss it cause it will happen between now and 14th. I have been in MOASS (Short Squeezes) that have run from .02 to $1.70 in a matter of days and I think SRGE will do the same.

I Have a large position in PPP (Primero, and its been a great stock this year) in addition to SRGE. Rumor had it and it was confirmed this week that Primero has fired their V.P. of Exploration and made a new hire. I had heard that Sr. Mgmt was livid that SRGE had cherry picked a outstanding resource asset from right under their nose and for a steal of a price. PPP has been in publically announced acquisition mode for sometime and the Head of Exploration had not given best efforts in checking out the backyard so to speak.

I would like to just state one thing... there is a difference between "mining" for ore and "refining" ore... has everyone forgotten that there are 2 years of mined surface rock already at Cinco Minas? They don't have to be "mining" right now to produce revenue.

What does someone actually think SRGE is a scam? LOL do they not know who is on the BOD of SRGE? Do they not know we have the guy that OWNS the mines Alfonso and his Uncle as a senator? Do they not know we just added a HUGE BEAST from the Mexico Government Mr. Enrique Aubry de Castro to the BOD of SRGE ???? Do you honestly think this is a scam? lol if it was they would never be able to operate in Mexico again plus the gov't would fry them but HELLO all "LONGS" have and or can SEE and KNOW Alfonso BOD of SRGE and SRGE own the Mines because they have the certificates and we have called and verified so NO WAY IS IT OR CAN IT BE A SCAM.... Ok so knowing this alone makes it a SCREAMING BUY as SRGE will trade at .05, .10, .20 cents before Christmas with all the NEWS, 4th Qtr, Buyout, Uplisting OTCBB, Magna and more..
We have come this far wtf is 2 weeks? Imo it will "NOT BE 2 WEEKS" plus there will be A LOT of news and updates before then including the MASSIVE UPDATE on the assays at Gran Cabrera mine which we already know those will be POSITIVE and blockbuster news as "KING" SRGE info guy has confirmed this
We know SRGE stands to be the biggest MOASS so don't miss it cause it will happen between now and 14th. I have been in MOASS (Short Squeezes) that have run from .02 to $1.70 in a matter of days and I think SRGE will do the same.
LONGS~> Remember also the Buyout/ JV with NYSE can NOT nor will NOT be done without the 4th QTR being filed and perfect... Isnt 2 weeks (DEC 14th) about 1 month from the NYSE BUYOUT news??? Hmmm didnt they say about 30 days or 4 weeks to update the market on it and or close on it? Plus now Magna Group all of sudden comes on board to uplist "FAST" and to get a piece of SRGE hence funding them or "OFFERING" to fund SRGE? Plus to be OTCBB SRGE has to have shareholder capital of 5mm so that makes perfect sense as this can/will be done by Magna then the BUYOUT can/will be complete
