exactly
10Q convertible in the notes payable section.
They better get their ass in gear and get this stock price up or these acquisition will come to an end and the companies acquired will feel scammed!
I think I found the sellers convertible notes. If that be the case next Q will show a increase in the issued and outstanding + float
Any clues to who the seller is?
And is the shares outstanding still 22,292,852 with a float of 15,000,009??
I did not post that, that is very odd?
I'm OUT ALL SOLD!
This will haunt this company for years to come. They will never shake this issue EVER.
It can't be the same guy, Right?

Is this the same Raymond Francis Purdon with the employment agreement?

Still sanctioned by FINRA, and it's FINAL. And that was in 2011.
Speaking of court though, his last partners - the Amatos - are in jail. They got screwed by Purdon. He promised 2 million in financing for a medical marijuana farm, they sold everything and came through with their part.
Purdon came through only as far as putting out the PRs to run the MJ scam, prop up the share price and sell his shares. Same with the oil scam in late 2013/early 2014. The Amatos ended up in jail, the whole scheme was illegal, and they got into some other trouble too after Purdon took them for everything.
It's all he ever does. He doesn't care. He figures your money is his money, he just has to figure out a way to take it, and that's what's going on now.
He and Makmann may have problems with their connection to the illegal MJ farm, we'll see.
Here's the judgement from FINRA - it's FINAL, and you'd think of he was innocent he would have showed up at the hearing.
And yes, this is the same Raymond Francis Purdon, Little Silver NJ who is the CEO, chairman, and toxic financier (by way of Grandview) of GEGI.
WASHINGTON

Good Stuff!
The Billionaire Stock Play’s
I made a little money when billionaire Sumner Redstone was investing hundreds of millions in Midway Games which traded on the NYSE above $10 it was lots of fun and very exciting. But, in the end he sold his stake at .0012 cents per share to Mark Thomas. By then I was long gone as an investor anyhow.
Anyone else have a good investment story?
PS. I own stock in TMPS and I expect to make money too.
type O sorry
I have read this on that question.
“They are based on direct feedback from high-volume users and will give us the traction to be a truly disruptive market force.”

Just friendly input from a shareholder:
The following refers to professional Market Makers not broker or dealers who just make markets:
Market Makers have a saying: "If you're long your wrong".
Market Makers want to be flat at the end of the trading day!
Market Makers never believe anything, EVER!
A true believer I'd say.....
PS. In my original post I was talking about a penny stock too. Not $1 stocks.
Because the Market Makers had trouble adjusting their books is not a squeeze. a squeeze is over a period of time not one day.
What does this have to do about a short Squeeze? A reverse stock split is not a short squeeze.
I hope the AfroColombian farming groups i.e. the “peasants” make bundles more money farming Inca Seeds than Coca leafs and the Bankers i.e. “cartel” too then money to finance will be no problem wink wink!
A penny stock that got squeezed please not a reverse slit and this really makes me doubt your credibility of anything.

Someone please points out a short squeeze on a penny stock for me. I truly do not believe I have ever seen one.
If they are going to use stock for acquisition purposes they CAN NOT have it where it's presently at. They need this stock up for their purposes otherwise it requires a lot more cash for their business models strategy.

So, with that said why I like this story.
I personally love this story of helping the Colombian agricultural community getting off the Coca plant cartel tit. I personally feel the United States and other Countries will toss in several billion in the direction of a legitimate solution. And, when money starts moving who ever has the most hectares under management wins.
Why I bought shares in ALPP.
Small MK value after the selloff from $14. these guys opened the stock to high @ $7. only took a few shares to murder the price. But at the current price its a bargain.
Outstanding is 22 million
and float of 5 million and is probably sitting in someones desk drawer, I'll play!
This is my understanding: Issued and outstanding 18,830,234, Warrants 1,487,500 @ .08 cents and Float 1,283,966.
Usually bad news is released on Fridays
Is the Float 1,283,966 shares or ??? If so, this puppy could be so easily be manipulated in any direction.
Unless they get covered by 144 aged stock
Nice post.
I’m banking on the billionaire.....
I hope and pray he drinks like fish, belongs to a club like the Bel Air country club in Bel Air CA and babbles like a drunken sailor when under the influence of alcohol and tells a few billionaire buddies about his penny stock that will go up 50 times in short order.
Face it folks, greed is good!
you get the idea right? I should have used 100M shares instead of 46M shares. So, 100 million share trade would be 50M sell + 50M buy = 100m
Volume: At the close for the day if the volume shows 100,000,000 it equals; Buys, Sells, Shorts and Short covering. So, a 46 million share prints in reality is 23 million shares.
Very well written I would like to see Molen's response to these points!
OMG, this is FRAUD! So, what are you going to do about this accusation Chairman Michael Molen?
I own stock and and this deeply concerns me. The price of a company’s shares is used as an indication of the overall strength and health of the company. Maybe it’s time you get a professional PR firm involved to get the story going.
Best,

I got a few in the 7's!
Question to Kate Bahnsen,
are you going to hire a stock promotion company to tell the investing community about the positive events taking place?
Maybe they could sell the shell to a real company who wants to be public. Management would makes money plus own a few shares and shareholders have a fresh start.
