This is where the big blocks of stock are coming from I'm just pointing out the registration statement from last year, I call it "stock in the weeds".

You can see that the company kept the registration current until it was no longer needed because of the age of the underlying shares. So, if you're wondering where the stock keeps coming from this is it there are millions of potential free trading shares that could surface now.
