yeah, here's a 3 year w/more detail:
from the silver lining dept.
well, we should have our "quiet little board" back soon!
wonder if the Florida egos ever get in the way of informing the market about Coro news?
guess the guru wasn't in the market in 2000...
rockstar - mgmt does not care about you imo.
they never did imo & their IR sucks as it always has. this board finds stuff about the company that any other micro would PR at every turn, instead this co. PRs a non-binding LOL turd.
it also wouldn't surprise me if WW actually thought that we'd be pleased w/this proposed acquisition.
wrong again... scraping along a 52 week low with meager volume.
plenty of lower lows and lower highs in CIRT's future.
btw, Holyfield's little steroid scandal has "legs." google news now has 1100+ articles, up from 900 recently:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&ie=UTF-8&q=%22evander+holyfield%22+steroids&...
HEY WALT - market just loves your acquisition target!!
btw, this board is completely off the iHub "top boards" radar now...
still there INVestorTrends
check the Feb 22nd release too, that has some URC3 sales numbers, about a half dozen or so.
btw, Stock Lobster made some nice remarks about INRA today:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17603869
until that awesome non-binding LOL.
back to RS levels...
past PRs addressing URC3 sales, most of which you can find here in the iBox, or at yahoo! finance, or the like... the recent WW letter also adds some clarity to the number of units sold.
when is the beatification?
give it a rest... he's the same guy that was very busy building a new house in 2006 isn't he?
we had more than one report over the months from locals about his general contracting side gig and frankly i don't get the impression that he could really give two turds what minority retail shareholders think, unless maybe if they live in Lee County, Florida.
go kiss his ring.
well they have sold an increasing number of URC3 units, which i recall from somewhere that they were priced in the low 6 figures.
think they have sold something less than 10 this year based on past PRs, that plus the ramping Coro revs should start to have the appearance of meaningful improvement on the financials, ROI, etc.
oh yeah & btw, i meant $400K-$600K for the Q for an FY total in a range of around $1.2M to $1.4M, and hopefully doubling Q2 revs (but that is purely conjecture on my part at this point).
fringe's 15 minute chart from today.
and link back to his prior post.
it felt uglier than it looks -- some cold comfort i s'pose.
don't agree at all w/#1.
seems to me that the essence of that provision in graph 9 (your #1) is not some Magna Carta declaring ownership of IP for any purpose beyond reps and warranties that RWT was the claimant (holder of the putative trade secrets), and that RWT remained the entity authorized to dispose of the claim(s) alleging misappropriation on the date the agreement was signed (e.g., it had not subsequently granted a license to another that would otherwise preclude RWT from further pursuit of the action).
this is imo an almost viral urban myth that is apparently starting to gain critical mass and it seemed time to at least attempt to dispel some from subscribing to this seeming widely-held assumption.
JMO
heh. look who's talking!
that's not true Robo, when INRA bought Coro it made Walt look like Stephen Hawking... well, maybe not look like him, but you know what i mean!
the majority of Coro's revs have come from services, and some 90% of that has come from Microsoft.
one really big, really ambitious customer (that is the former employers of many of the Coro guys).
gonna stab at somewhere between $4-600K for the Q.
but still firmly believe that a better vertical integration move would have been http://www.robots.com
no, it isn't in Florida, but neither is the auto industry, and this would have also given them a potential sales office located roughly halfway between Detroit (which buys, ohhh, about half of all the robotic arms sold in the U.S.) and Pittsburgh (home of Coro Test Labs), and the whole Carnegie-Mellon influenced rebirth there, that local press has called "Roboburgh."
plus INRA could have that kick-ass domain name, AND this company is a dealer in a wide variety of robot arms, many of which can be operated by the URC3.
not impressed w/todays non-binding LOL, but seriously doubt that the Ft. Myers execs really care one bit what i think, so guess i'll just go eat some cake!
the best thing about this session is that it is almost over...
$3M is 7 figures Scott... fyi.
more Coro, less retro please...
we are BELOW RS levels... massively squandered opportunity.
"That PR today will only add to the selloff."
c'mon fringe, they PRed an incredible non-binding LOL, err, LOI today.
what's not to love? back to RS levels w/$3M in cash.
pennies from heaven.
19 x 195
c'mon NITE what are you doing dropping the bid? we've got a great big non-binding LOL here!
well on the silver lining side of things, i'm just really glad that w/most of the OTC trading community watching, INRA managed to squeeze out this beauty.
and hey, we're still even in iHub's Top #10:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/default.asp
just so glad they didn't PR the publishing of Calsyn's MSFT Robotic Studio book with Wiley & Sons,
or PR Calsyn's Portugal speaking engagement using iRobot and LynxMotion products,
or even PR the fact that Coro is a Gold-Level sponsor of RoboBusiness 2007 in iRobot's backyard...
seriously, if they had PRed any of those news items in the last week or so, this ASI LOL thing just wouldn't feel so special.
is "modest" officially now the new embarrassing?
bet harry negotiated this deal!
come celebrate the non-binding LOL weeeeeeeeO!
isn't that a hillbilly savings account?
well Walt has been talking about healthcare too!
$.105 actually... close enough for cliches though i s'pose!
was that LOI or LOL in the PR?
that's true Mike, good point...
i'll just avail myself of the 24 hour fax capabilities... we get that too, right?
can't you just feel the excitement?!?
i'm tingling... it's palpable!
now i see why they hired Vanden Berg!!!
it's all part of the master plan... i'm sure this was in furtherance of DoD initiatives...or, errrr, ummm, something.
did they run buying this garage past Bill Gates?
or at least Balmer!!!
hey, at least they made sure to put "Non-Binding LOI" in the headline!
