Last of the bargains - lots of news coming
- Arrival of ship full of tractors any day now
- "Big news" to be revealed regarding reason for AS increase
- Launch of new dealerships
- Launch of financing arm for TYTN customers
- Solid bunch of shareholders who believe this is a great long-term play. No pump and dumps, not a lot of short-term flippers.
There are many pinks out there with no income prospects. TYTN is getting ready to blow them all away. A solid, producing and honest pinky!
You can sleep at night with this one.
What's your theory?
Her role was addressed in the Feb 25 newsletter - she will be handling multiple tasks.
I think you're right - he is likely clearing out some old debt, and getting the financing arm set up just in time for a BOATLOAD of tractors to start unloading at the port.
This is a turning point for our little company. Go TYTN
Nice sized bids coming in now. We are going UP!
Wow - awesome accomplishment. You rock NoDummy! I am really proud to see your work do so much good.
Just a shake - look at the buyers lined up. They know the shareholders are jittery and are going to take advantage of it.
.0028s up. I think this baby is gonna run this afternoon.
Big buys stacking up on bid
Great time to get in - the worst case scenario has happened and we're already back to .0027.
OTCMarkets still shows OS 1,425,911,508
That's what I think too - averaged down today.
Is this a hunch or a fact?
If 5 million more AS were added with a value of .003, for example,
that would raise $15 million for the company and keep it from having to borrow with interest.
Think of all the costs the company is currently facing to launch the new product line
- Manufacturing of the tractors, implements and parts
- Shipping and transport (from CHINA - Big costs)
- Hiring of new personnel
- Branding and advertising
- Stocking and shipping of replacement parts
- Providing financing
- Training reps, parts and maintenance
- Cash flow for continued mfrg and shipping
This would make sense to raise cash now to avoid any cashflow issues once they launch.
But I would feel a whole lot mo' betta if they just issued a PR telling us straight up what's going on. NOW please!
My guess is that the increase is collateral for a loan to pay for shipping and to fund the financing arm of TYTN. Remember, we have a bunch of tractors arriving soon, and buyers will need financing.
I agree - I'm planning to load a few more. I think this a great little company about to burst on the scene.
I agree the speculation over the new shares lacks much thought. . That's why it's best to not add fuel to the fire until there is more information.
Ultimately, we don't want small shareholders to get hurt either by the pump and dumps, or panics. If this turns out to be a good strategic move on the CEO's part, panic selling will hurt a lot of folks.
NoDummy - I agree that the A/S on TYTN has probably been dramatically increased, but believe that there are several good reasons to do so, i.e.
- pay for shipping for 2000 and implements to US currently underway
- create a financing arm for customers to buy tractors
- additional shares could be collateral for large line of credit for shipping and financing.
Your DD about the IR guys is unnerving to me, but much depends on the quality of the CEO. I've been following this company for awhile now and am impressed with what they are accomplishing. This CEO has been transparent, current on filings, etc. and has a good track record of creating profitable businesses in this sector.
Give the company the chance to announce the news before shouting fire in the theater. I think they will do so today.
JMHO
Thanks TractorMech - I have seen similar increases in A/S of good companies for several reasons including
- As collateral for financing - shares are authorized but not issued unless the loan goes into default. Mark will need a source of funds to offer credit terms to customers.
- To raise a big pile of operating capital at one time to finance the next phase of a project - shipping tractors is expensive.
- To deter possible hostile takeover attempts.
Let's keep open minds here - Mark has proven to be a wise CEO so far. If the A/S is increased, it is probably for a good reason.
Great explanation NoDummy. I really appreciate the quality of your DD, even if it sometimes is unsettling.
WHEW!! THANKS FOR ASKING!!! AS still 1.5B
What's the correct number - did they say?
never mind...
If true, it could be a requirement of the financiers who will lend them money to lend to buyers - i.e. collateral on a line of credit.
Any other ideas?
I think it is probably this person from their Feb 25 newsletter
Tytan has a new office person from the Netherlands who has been employed in the AG business. She will help take calls and handle many other jobs. We are preparing a bulk mailing to over 800 previous Customers, explaining the many things we are doing here. Additionally, we will brief them about our stock efforts.
Has anyone just called them to ask about it?
Hey Rocket - see previous discussion - appears to be typo or possible hoax.
If you're going to jump in, better do it fast. Our ship full of tractors will be here any time and the SP is rising. One PR and you will be wishing you got in at today's cheap price.
Could you please repost the info on the ship again?
Very thin ask.
Feeling the same way. Questioning how long it makes sense to tie up my funds here.
Too many short termers trying to flip before we have enough volume to support high volume flipping. Geez guys - it's like eating the garden produce before it is ripe.
Let it build volume and SP to attract more buyers before you take it out.
When a penny seems questionable, don't buy. After reading this board for a few months, fraud is rampant among these stocks and on the pump boards. If there is any question, avoid it.
There are some good ones out there.. Suggestion - find trusted posters who do good DD and look at what they are buying. But always do your own DD as well.
Look for the 20% of the pennies that are good companies. They are out there.
Lots of new bagholders created last week. Those who are not still waiting to be raptured up to pennystock heaven are wondering how to avoid losing again.
This board is one of the best resources around for learning what stocks to avoid.
Great bunch of researchers, especially NoDUMMY!
I think that is a daily flipper - saw that last week too. There is always a parallel sell on the other side - often half of the buy. So combination of flipping and accumulation.
Excellent DD as usual BSWB and Brad! Quality Stocks is like a graveyard of pump and dumps. I bookmarked it just to be sure I never get into one of their stocks. Great find!
That board very useful for tracking who the players are in the P&Ds.
Hey cut the man some slack. He's got some hefty heifers to feed.
Attention shoppers. We will be closing in 15 minutes. Please get your .0034s now while they last. One PR and you will be chasing.
- Thank you
