Truth
I agree I believe we will hear of a government contract within 6 months
Just reread the newsletter and this part I look forward to hearing more information about in 2016.
The Company submitted its first full technical proposal to a solicited request from a government agency in 2015. Based on the response to that proposal and subsequent communications we expect to begin production of our first prototype samples under contract with them in 2016
Please fill us in on your conversation with Jon and Kim the other day.
Remember Jon had said in the Last news letter that one or two sales contract would signed before the end of the year.
Which would have been just after just after the anticipated VN signing.
I expect to hear news of at least one contract before the end of March.
Hoping we have another press release about the signed sales contracts within the next two weeks.

10Q is not due for the last quarter it will be a 10k. It is due 90 days after the year end.

My understanding (DD) with the contracts is that they have already been agreed to, however conditional upon the approval of Vietnam.
As soon as the Vietnam Agreement is complete there will be a lot of good news coming.

Hopefully we get some information on this predication from Kim soon
Through our partnership with Warwick Mills we continue to make progress in developing new woven and knitted materials using our recombinant fiber technologies. Over the last several months we have engaged with Warwick Mill on an initiative to produce a new material, we believe we will be able to announce the exciting details of that project in the fourth quarter of this year. Warwick Mills remains an important element of our transition from a technology development company into a product delivery company.

Great find Truth, this certainly looks to be the issue with regards to the delays
Hopefully they get it completed in January before the holidays.
And yes I also feel 2016 will have lots in store for all the faithful KBLB shareholders.

Yes I agree. However the other question that needs some clarification is
KBLB had predicted that: It is our goal to have at least one or two major sales and distribution agreements signed in the second half of the year.
Looks like a large share holder has been slowly selling!

Would you be able you show some proof as to being factual, the posting you have stickied.

A very unprofessional campaign too. Check out the touting E-mail I received PUMPING this KBLB. Emphasis in red below.

Kim talked about signing 1-2 contracts which will lead to sales. He did not say that he would have sales this year.

Was today news only a email letter to those that subscribe or has it been distributed through the GlobeNewswire Inc. I don't see that it has been picked up by IHUB as news yet.
Great information as revenue may be closer than we thought.
All we need than is 1 contract.
Going to be a very exciting end of year for KBLB
Yes if the MOU for Vietnam is concluded by Sept 30 and a supply contract shortly afterwards this companies share price will rise quickly.
All this may happen within 1-2 months. Exciting times ahead for KBLB share holders.
Great find Lebbe
I believe the next 3-4 months are going to be exciting for KBLB.
I like highlighted part of the news letter. We started the second half of the year July 1 exciting times ahead
We are working with several key partners now to create materials and products for these different segments that we will use to validate our performance expectations and gauge customer interest. It is our goal to have at least one or two major sales and distribution agreements signed in the second half of the year.

Can you post a link to the filing.

don't forget that kim hired a Chief Operating Officer while filing a S1/A. So thing are moving forward.
Yes Bananarama
Expect the price to move quickly after the S-1/a is approved. My DD has also confirmed as Jay One is also saying that DuPont is in serious talks with KBLB as well as others for MS contracts. Lots now going on behind the scenes. The hiring of Jon Rice was also a BIG HINT.
From what I am told the Press release on July 30 "Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Implements Innovative Protocol for Advanced Fiber Quality Control" was a statement to many interested parties who had expressed an interest in KBLB. (I believe it was meant for DuPont)

This statement is wrong as per the S-1A
That is correct. The possibility of selling at least 110M shares was calculated using the .04 level.
We may not have access to the full amount under the Equity Line.
As of May 14, 2015, the closing market price of our common stock was $0.048. There is no assurance that the market price of our Class A common stock will increase substantially in the near future. The entire commitment under the Equity Line Financing is $7,500,000 as of the date of this prospectus. We would need to maintain the market price of our Class A common stock at approximately $0.0853 in order to have access to the full amount under the Equity Line Financing. Since January 1, 2012, the lowest and the highest prices at which our Class A common stock has been trading were $0.021 and $0.136 per share, respectively. We expect that, initially, the resale by Calm Seas Capital of the shares of our Class A common stock that we will sell to them under our Equity Line Financing will cause our stock to decrease. However, if we are able to report positive developments in our research and development efforts, we expect that such announcements will cause our stock price to increase sufficiently to a price per share above the price we need to allow us to obtain $7,500,000 gross proceeds under the Equity Line Financing. If we achieve our research and development goals, we expect that the announcement of such achievements will have a significant positive impact on the price of our Class A common stock. Technology research and development is very risky. We cannot be certain that we will achieve our research and development goals. Any setbacks in our research and development activities may cause our stock price to drop, in which event we would probably not be able to raise $7,500,000 under our Equity Line Financing. In the event that we raise substantially less than the maximum proceeds we expect to raise under the Equity Line Financing by the expiration of their respective terms, we will seek to raise funds from other capital sources. Alternatively, if our research yields some promising or positive results, we may seek a corporate partner in a joint venture or licensing arrangement in which we would seek to negotiation an upfront licensing fee and/or capital investment from such corporate partner. We have not yet identified any corporate partners for any such joint venture or licensing arrangement.
Exactly my thinking as well. A partnership would be the best option for future growth given the stage they are at.
DuPont could buy a 10% stake in the company and put a few people on the board to help Kim develop the company then either buy a controlling stake or the whole thing after certain production milestones are met. Obviously this type of investment would be less dilutive and more beneficial to KBLB in many, many ways.
Any participation by a DuPont, 3M or other mega corporation will blow the lid off the stock. Certainly any negotiations will be kept confidential until a deal is struck and future purchase structure is put in place.imo.
Git 'er done and let 'er run.
