Yes I agree. However the other question that needs some clarification is

KBLB had predicted that: It is our goal to have at least one or two major sales and distribution agreements signed in the second half of the year.



Are the sales contracts signed, however conditional on VM begin approved.

The sales contract signed will be a big factor for a movement in the share price.
