OK, then it is an outright falsehood. I was being kind, giving you an out. You did not say IMO, in my opinion, or anything similar. You flat out misrepresented the facts as I know them to be.
Sigh. Gail, that is NOT pumping, only being excited about the fact you are reporting. As long as you stay away from "buy buy buy" and "TO DA MOON" you are OK.
3 more insider buys filed 03/27/09. Now up to 7,287,280 shares owned. 74,809 bought on 03/24 - 3/26, at .10.

And so would everyone else on this board? Please speak for yourself and not me. I could have gotten my money back, but I chose to stay invested. So I would recommend you retract your error in posting.
CXAC - someone on the CXAC board said you will know when the selling stops, by seeing the bid hold. That has happened. NO MORE for sale at 1. 3 bids at 1. 10 asks at 2.
DNAG - Daniel Gannon owns over 200M shares. Although this post is from Feb, anyone interested should contact him. Perhaps he can save the company and the shareholders?

It's not necessarily the end. There hasn't been a bankruptcy, and there are more than a dozen investors who are now interested in saving DNAPrint. Part of the plan is to buy Dutchess' stake in the company. I received authorization, today, to begin sharing the business plan with credible investors, and I'm already sending it out.
Please email me if you are interested: dgplexus1@yahoo.com

Daniel Gannon

Consumer Alert - Suncoast DNA testing company closes down
SARASOTA COUNTY - People from around the world paid a Sarasota County-based company to do DNA testing for them. But now that company has ceased operations.
ABC 7 was contacted by people from California to Ohio about problems they were having with a company called DNA Print Genomics, a company that did DNA testing to help people trace their ancestry.
The company's headquarters are closed and customers are worried about the money they paid and where their DNA samples are.
Los Angeles resident Jana Jones wanted to learn more about her ancestors, her history. So she swabbed the inside of her mouth to get a DNA sample and sent the sample along with $240 to DNA Print Genomics on W. University Parkway near the Sarasota-Bradenton airport. The company advertised they could trace your family ancestry.
When Jones' test results never came back, she called the company and says she was told their equipment was broken. After more delays, she asked for her money back. Now she just learned the company has ceased operations. "I thought it would be worthwhile to know about my family history; What parts of Africa, where we came from...and share with the rest of my family members. And I feel like I've been denied the right to do that," says Jones in a phone call from her Los Angeles home.
At the DNA Print Genomics headquarters, the parking lot is empty and the sign has been taken off the building.
According to a shareholder with the company, DNA Print Genomics has been struggling with financing. He says the shareholders are very sorry about the situation and hope to get the company operating again so they can complete DNA tests. He says customer's DNA samples are in storage.
That doesn't help customers like Jana Jones, who paid their money and are still waiting for answers. "I felt that I had been taken...I felt that I had been scammed."
To help avoid problems like Jana's, it's always best to pay with a credit card -- not a debit card or cash. That way if the company goes out of business or if you have a problem with the company, you can dispute the charges with your credit card company and hopefully get your money back.

I am not a sophisticated user of L2. It helps me know how many MMs are on the bid and ask, at what prices. E.g., if 2 stocks have no bid, and one has 11 MMs on ask at .0001, and the other stock has only 2 MMs on the ask at .0001, IMO I would prefer the 2nd stock. Of course, I look at the ask size - if the size on the first stock is 5,000 for all MMs, and 100,000 on the 2nd, I would probably stay away from both. Of course, ask size isn't the real number of shares for sale.
There is a lot of info on the internet about L2.
CXAC good news - 1 MM ran out of .0001 shares, only HDSN is left.
No, he posted in February, so he was not holding out on us LOL.
Actually, junkyardbear discussed MGLG on our board back in Feb:

Gail, you looked at it but at the time it was not viable:

Anyway, for anyone interested:

I know that, I was just trying to help you by getting into the spirit of your answer LOL.
NO!! It is awesome, excellent, etc. but not just plain "good" - that is too bland of an attribute.
If Gail did not agree with me, she would not have taken down the post. Believe me, when I am not right, she lets me know! I believe it's called a "Gail spanking" LOL. Part of my role is to provide suggestions and advice that will help Gail continue to be perceived as the treasure that she is.
We know Gail is not a pumper, but we have to be careful that someone coming to the board doesn't see posts that appear to be pumping, such as "everyone get xyz". IMO, Gail has a greater responsibility than almost every other poster on IHUB, as she is one of the rare honest posters, with one of the even rarer honest boards.
Thanks. No fill though. I even tried ordering at a much higher pps with no luck (see earlier post).
The bet is either:
(1)QEDN will hit at least .0004 in 5 business days or
(2)QEDN won't move higher than .0002 for a month.
You guys pick one.
I am now the proud owner of 1M CXAC.
If I may mediate here.....that is not a very well specified bet. You could both win or lose. E.g., if it moves to .0004 in 6 business days you both lose. Apply some logic here please hehehehehe.
I did check the O/S - one of the reasons I don't like it - more the change than the O/S itself....here's from the QEDN IBOX
Share Structure:
O/S 209,425,280 as of 12/23/2008 (Confirmed with Transfer Agent by "BMiles")
Here's from Pinksheets: O/S 3,259,425,280 as of 03/18/09.
Been a busy little stock, printing non-stop for 3 months, it seems.........
All? I disagree. E.g., I offer you HOMS - "The company is headed by former Congressman C. Thomas McMillen, who served three consecutive terms in the U.S. House of Representatives from the 4th Congressional District of Maryland".
I offer you Scott Keevil SRSR. I offer you Linda Perry RTGV. And so on. Yes, 99% are what you say.......but there are a few exceptions.
I looked at QEDN - Joenatural posted that product is great, but CEO is......well, I'm not getting any LOL.
OK, let's see if it is MM bs or real.....03/26/2009 2:41 PM BHWF 1000000 Buy $0.0002 Accepted Detail Quote Cancel Modify
Gail - he is a pumper! He just admitted it! Ban him!!!! LOL, just kidding of course!
IMO, a R/S is much worse than an increase in O/S and A/S, because with a R/S, you are almost GUARANTEED the price will go way back down......plus you usually have dilution anyway, as they now can sell the add'l freed up shares. With just the share increase, at least you have a chance it could run.....and you have a chance to sell at .0001, also.
Happy Birthday to you,
We appreciate what you do,
That's why your boardmarks are more than a few,
You are the best - through and through!
Gail, may I suggest you be more specific? RUN sometimes means a stock will run.....but I believe you mean RUN FOR THE HILLS, or RUN AWAY.....because today's volume was over 1.4 BILLION shares.
Please read the IBOX information. Gail's picks are all about the chart, nothing to do with DD, info on pinksheets, etc. The only 2 concerns she has are (1) no gray sheet stocks, and (2) avoid R/S.
It isn't QuoteTracker that provides that information, it is the broker or other data source that you set up in QuoteTracker. I use QuoteTracker, and my data is provided by StockWatch. I don't see any negatives. I see volume of 178,000. However, when I add up the shares traded in the data screen, it comes to 318,000, so something is goofy.
Number 14 is one of my 3 favorite stocks.
Something. LOL. I have a lot of respect for Janice Shell. Been quiet because (1) lot of work today, flowing into tonight, and (2) I had to catch up on a LOT of posts on Gail's board....which makes for a warm and fuzzy feeling. This is a good group here - many people helping, being nice to each other, and a tremendous lack of ill will or bad feelings. Gail....just think....you just passed SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED posts!!!! Wow.
Thanks for the detailed reply. The total shares traded since 9/22/03 are 1,073,695,378. Per the 10-Q filed 11/07/08, the O/S is 299,998,972. Has anyone tried to get the latest share information from the TA?

Are you saying (your statement copied below) that for this company, each share can be traded only one time? Some of the stocks I own show more trades than the O/S or the A/S...just like the same automobile can be bought and sold many times.
.......more like 1 billion shares have been traded in this stock. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and cut those numbers in half. That said, more like 500 million shares have been sold. That far exceeds the current AS.......
2 more insider buys filed 03/19/09. Yorkville / Cornell now owns 7,221,370 shares.
I have no problem at all. There is a lot of interesting information, and they are very security conscious.
www.abalam.com takes me to a site that says Abalam Corp Micro Robotic Research. Clicking enter leads to a lot of information.
I see a 2nd small buy, again for 20,000 shares. Did anyone put in for a larger order but only get 20,000 shares? IMO, that would be REALLY good news, because there is a chance that shares are scarce....and we all know what happens to the pps when shares are scarce LOL.
O/S is only 434,810,067 as of 11/14/08. This IMO is REALLY a low O/S for a .0001 stock.
I respectfully request that we keep on topic. This board is not about WAMUQ. It is annoying to keep seeing new posts, coming to the board and finding the posts have nothing to do with ETLS. Thank you.
