Stand back from that Memphis bus!
Or move in closer to get high on the fumes?
I have been impressed by the increases in daily volume which have improved that liquidity situation. The current spread is not conducive to more improvement, but the day isn't over yet.
Once people start thinking that the seller is done, They might start stacking those bids again, or testing the depth of the offer. The offer is certainly not an easy step from the bid, but isn't a lot higher than the low.
Ducks in a row.
All of those MM's at .02 would just be a shooting gallery for a REAL buyer. She's still darn cheap.
Three month closing high.
Sometimes closing on the high is a sign of exhaustion, but at this volume, I don't think she's even breathing hard.
(If she's even breathing. Somebody check her pulse!)
And Steven appears to have hit Doug's mark, possibly too late?
Steve is at the 4th Devo as I write.
I luv her.
I luv her.
I luv her.
It was reminding myself of the NOL's that got me to break the piggy bank.
Think I got some flippers this time. As much as I luv her, I might take a chance and distribute at the 4th Devo.
Wow!
Got 'er done at the ask in a heartbeat.
Is that what you meant by can't lift?
She isn't getting lifted by my pennies.
Can't lift .017?
Does that mean I have to bid higher to get the shares?
I think I understand what you're saying, but I just want to be certain. Temp is about to push if that be the case. Just want to get a good price and a good quantity on the push. I hate 5k fills.
And any good public accountant knows that NOL's are worthless.
(Until the company turns a profit)
DING! DING!
Excellent analogy.
Sellers at any level below what? 3 pennies or so? Are selling at less than the NOL's are worth, right?
Gotta find my freaking calculator now.
I sure sniffed the mischeif on the snail trails.
Up, then down, as predicted a week or so in advance.
I prolly ought to do some bookkeeping and see if I can't scrap a few more pennies together since all of my recent purchases are well in the black.
Fortunately, I detect no foul smells from the lady.
I haven't looked for news on Steve, so I can't really give justice to the sell side argument, other than I smell a trap if there are no significant events to accompany the rise, and likely even if there are.
I am all for your buy side decision.
I suppose you will get it soon.
Steve is screaming past the 2nd Devo, so the third should be easy.
I'm pretty sure he was talking shares not dollars.
Probation and treatment?
Thank the Lord that I am at least liberal enough to see that side of forgiveness. The man needs a leg up, not a kick in the groin.
What is the story on Memphis, anyway?
Was he cleared of the charges, or is he incarcerated long term?
EXTREMELY near term.
4th Devo is .027
(That's just scalping music)
Y'all gonna learn that you need your Nike's on to catch her and apply that eye shadow.
It would be nice to see buys from the guys who previously financed the ops. I am not talking the CEO, CFO, or what you typically consider insiders, but the bankers who did the convertible. Sure, I would like to see a few "votes of confidence" from management, but the bankers got the bucks.
It means that you should expect some insider activity in the near future. For better, or worse.
The Angels themselves should be considering whether they should be retailing their large holdings, or adding to them.
It will be a magnificent display of God's good grace.
How to say it?
Should I be gentle and say that she will make a run at the "Angel money" that made it all possible, or should I be brutal and say she will attempt to clean up the toxic spillage at a nickle?
The convertibles from that level are the most significant part of her history that needs to be broken out of.
Either way, a nickle should be attacked on any decent volume.
I would also add, that a moderate volume breakout of the declining tops leading to a retest of the recent high almost always leads to a breakout of that recent high.
You mean like last weeks Mental Patient? LOL
Ok, I agree a bit with Testers volume theory, but also add that my own Metrics say a high volume break out of the recent highs suggest a test of the 6 month or 52 week high. Since they are nearly identical, I suggest the latter will be tested at some point on any decent volume.
I just pull a Rip Van Winkle and take another 20 year nap.
I also suspect a PR is imminent. I can't imagine that the "scam hype rags" haven't posted an alert after last weeks action. I almost hope they don't pick up on it as it would attract scalpers and shorts.
Amy is a reputable dame now! Give me coverage by a big street firm. LOL
And Murtha was a Commanding General and chief strategist of which Army? Really, Doug! I imagine there are a few Buck Privates who wish to opine as well. Might as well let them run the Army. If you want to get to the nitty gritty on this, you are welcome to go to the other board and we can discuss Facts as opposed to opinion. I thought this one was for AMY.
I am sure your name calling, insinuations, and accusations will be fully appreciated by the moonbats, but surely you must have some credible input.
Did Tester get a fill on that? Did Chucky?
I remember Chucky well. I once saw him run a stock like this one from about 20 cents to $1.50 in about 6 months. Paradigm genetics. I think they changed their name, so I can't say where they ended up. If he really likes it, he'll chomp the ask from time to time.
I found it. When the memory fails, use Google. ICOR

The run was almost 3 years ago.
She's looking a bit fickle now.
Bring on the dancers!
I saw it twice last week. Same stock.
Gotta put on the Nike's to catch this girl.
Dancing shoes don't work anymore.
Don't let me change your style, you still provide the needed support.
This spread should encourage confidence.
Unfortunately, the selling appears very deliberate.
Will the buyers step up?
Toss a coin?
You know of my fondness for technicals.
I sat at .005 for about two months on the hope for a double bottom. When the Q came out, I knew it was time to move, and not dawdle. Holding the 2nd devo for 8 hours convinced me that I had to keep pushing or miss the chance.
We're still holding that devo, and somebody else is doing the pushing.
Buffalo wings anybody?
Some "chicken" with weak hands just bailed out, and our boy caught them.
This guy is just nibbling on the appetizers. Wait until he orders dinner.
I don't know who my new friend is, but he's pounding that ask like a champ. Slow measured chunks. Almost like a big timer.
Welcome Mr. Littlejohn
And you might be correct about the buildout expense problems. One thing the PR failed to mention, or stated in a way that was very subtle, that seems most important; is these guys have been growing q over q over q over q with no sign of a slowdown and nowhere near any possible saturation in the niche.
Price rise will accomodate buildout with a finance deal. Until the price goes up, they have to finance and grow organically. A substantial price rise could allow a stock deal that might hurt some speculators, but the early birds should profit handsomely. Stock deals at this level would hurt us, and would likely destroy potential for any real gains on our holdings as they would stigmatize themselves as gross diluters. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that score.
