Save your powder for the end of day. Some people don't like to hold over the weekend. You can pick them up cheaper, and get more for your buck. More shares in stronger hands that is a good thing. GLTYA

Subject: Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information
To Whom it concerns..... My name is Txxxx Cxxxxxxxx, I am a small share holder in KMAG. I am concerned about the Attorney's letter being filed so late. I have looked at the past filings and I see the longest that it has taken for the Attorney's letter is 2 days. Link here for your convenience. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KMAG/financials Why is it taking so long for the Attorney's letter? The CE can not come off until this is done. It has been posted on IHUB that the Attorney's letter was already finished, before the financials came out. Can you please update me as to when you expect the Attorney's letter will be finished. Thank You Concerned share holder Txxxx Cxxxxxxxxx

Up up and away.
What exactly is a stock dividend? A stock dividend is a proportionate distribution of additional shares of a company's stock to owners of the common stock. In other words, you will receive additional shares of stock when a company declares a stock dividend, in contrast to a cash dividend. A company may opt for stock dividends for a number of reasons including inadequate cash on hand or a desire to lower the price of the stock on a per-share basis to prompt more trading and increase liquidity. The term "stock split" can also apply to stock dividends. http://www.dividend.com/dividend-stock-library/dividend_stock_information.php#a4
Nice job smitter's You have a great board.
I told you he is the kiss of death. LOL
Thank you.
You got me thinking that the party is over. LOL
An old prospector walks his tired old mule into a western town one day.
He’d been out in the desert for about six months without a drop of whiskey. He walked up to the first saloon he came to and tied his old mule to the hitch rail. As he stood there brushing some of the dust from his face and clothes, a young gunslinger walked out of the saloon with a gun in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other.
The young gunslinger looked at the old man and laughed, saying, “Hey old man, have you ever danced?”
The old man looked up at the gunslinger and said, “No, I never did dance. I just never wanted to.”
A crowd had gathered by then and the gunslinger said, “Well, you old fool, you’re gonna’ dance now,” and started shooting at the old man’s feet.
The old prospector was hopping around and everybody was laughing. When the gunslinger fired his last bullet, he holstered his gun and turned around to go back into the saloon.
The old man reached up on the mule, drew his shotgun, and pulled both hammers back making a double clicking sound. The gunslinger heard the sound and everything got quiet. The crowd watched as the gunslinger slowly turned around looking down both barrels of the shotgun.
The old man asked, “Did you ever kiss a mule’s ass?”
The gunslinger swallowed hard and said, “No. But I’ve always wanted to.”
The lessons from this story are:
1. Don’t waste ammunition.
2. Don’t mess with old people.
Only you. Now cowboy up and ride off into the sunset.
Yes Sir, and maybe somwhat profitable.
Nice post nomoneyleft member marked you.

Good point., I see YA has a friend, with a lot of convertibles shares.
Thank you, poptech for the info. QR codes are everywhere now. As for a sale of the EU patents. I think there is more value to keep the patents together. I am sure a sale to Facebook has been discussed on this board. Facebook, is worldwide and has a lot of money. Now that they went public, i just seems like a perfect fit... There are a lot of recent filings to read up on. Again Thanks
