A picture of "Jock" English:
http://www1.gnb.ca/cnb/multimedia/display-e.asp?ID=405&num=1
An entry on his resume, just in case anybody thinks he might be a "ruthless stock promoter," and not a software salesman by trade:

I am reasonably satisfied that the remainder of his 10 million shares are in relatively capable hands. I was worried for a minute or two.
I don't know much about developments, but I do know he has potential in the fundamentals. On the technical side, he is making a run at the 52 week high and there is strong accumulation that is driving the move. His geopolitical status is such that dramatic swings could occur, but the trend appears to be up, so if I had been fortunate enough to "own the bottom;" I would be adding on the dips.
I have to time a few more bottoms to start actually following my own advice. Snails are still distributing, so it might be a few more months on that one. I am attmpting to catch another bottom on an OTC stock that I held previously, and another that is facing a near term delisting. Daily volume on either is not substantial enough for me to mention them by name until I actually acquire a position.
SEC filings.
"Jock" was granted 10 million shares, and sold a few thousand real cheap before the run. He is still holding a bunch.
It appears the company owed him some money, and he got a lot of shares, a directorship, and the COO position in one fell swoop. My time line could be corrupted, or maybe the "official story" is. It appears he bought himself a big ticket by loaning some money when the company was desperate.
Throwin' da Hail Mary!!
I'm goin' to Disneyland!
I thought .035 to .021 was considered a pullback.
Testing the 10 and 20 day highs appears more likely, followed by a test of the 50 day moving average if new 52 week highs are not made.
Earnings anticipation could create a "white knuckler" pullback that you might be able to exploit if Lugs and I don't jump on it first.
Thursday's action was pretty strong. I would expect some fire bugs to start fanning the flames if she breaks .028 with a strong bid or decent volume.
Burn baby, burn.
It looks like your timing was good on that one. I don't think I will have to throw in any support, but an aggressive stance could chase her further out of Uncle J's reach.
I see some very strong technicals, but would like to see new highs as a confirmation. I'd be real happy to throw in two cents for support on any weakness. I won't see it after a new high.
I thought the officiating was great.
The first quarter "push-off" TD? Sure, he could have caught it and made the play without drawing the penalty, but it would have been bad officiating if it wasn't called. Rules are made to be broken unless you get caught.
Knobias link is back. I wasn't sure if Jan 26 was a 52 week high, but that was the subject of their Link. It looks like a computer generated stat sheet.
Technicals appear very strong.
It sounds like her bottom is in capable hands. I actually have enough shares to play her as I want to, so I won't be outbidding you. I might consider stepping up to support if Jester the Mad Scalper steps up to fill you and causes a rush on the bank. The 20, 50, and 200 day averages aren't very far down. Looks like you have the 20 covered, and that is the one that I would most like to see holding. The bands are already starting to tighten, but there is still lots of room for scalping.
Thanks! I think you gave up too easy, but only time will tell.
She did me today!! Better late than never, so they say.
25k on an AON at .023
She still shows good money flow and accumulation. P&F objectives have risen to .08. Very bullish charts. I have a little saved for a rainy day if such opportunity arises, but I think I rather see her test the tops than the bottoms.
They went around me, but I had an AON.
It should have filled. Greedy .....
It seems I might have rained on my own parade, being the only remaining public (announced) member of the QM club, but I still feel that AMY is undervalued even when the decimals are correctly placed. I just don't have the 50 cent target that others were apparently hoping for. I hope the math realization doesn't lower their targets to Jester's .005 wish.
I just let the cat out of the bag on RB. I do hope there is a rational explanation for the missed decimal point. I saw it about a month ago.
I didn't even know that the Doc was there!
Tell him I lost my password to RB, and that I am going to try to reset it or create a new ID.
Those jumping rats sure picked the tree clean.
I gave them some fodder, but have remained in the QM club.
Still holding on to over a Quarter Million, but I thought I would put some out for future diversification possibilities.
If she goes back to fill the gap, I might not diversify.
"Don't sell too early!!"
Oh, no! I wouldn't want to jump in front of Jester....
Is "too early" anytime before November 13, 2010?
It wasn't me, although I have touted it to a few friends, yet I doubt they were that interested. Just the same, she's closed above the 20 day MA for a few days now. Money flow and accumulation are making some nice marks on the chart. I have a feeling she will jump if the right person says "Boo!"
Basic Liberties are very much intact. In California, I still cannot spit on the sidewalk, nor smoke in a building, nor walk down the street with an un-opened six pack under my arm unless it is inside a bag, nor even sit on my own front porch sipping a Mint Julep.
In California, the rats are endemic. In short, they call them democrats.
Ask me about Liberty!
If I read your comments correctly; your a for gay marriage, against prayer in public, in favor of double taxation (dividend taxation of investments), against a better (private, non-bureaucratic) education system, and in favor of a high inheritance tax. Maybe that isn't exactly what you meant, but it was the best I could do with such vague descriptions.
I don't have sound on this puter, so I probably can't do the other link any justice. I jost hope it's not a bunch of hate-mongering. A little good fun doesn't hurt.
The only Bush I love is the kind the women usually shave off these days.
GW just isn't as bad as some want to make him out to be, and my battle is more against false propaganda than anything else. GW employs it like a Boy Scout compared to his Dr.Evil detractors.
Jester has a point.
Declining tops and bottom support suggest a move in one way or t'other. Typically they go with the decline, and then the volume comes in to break it out of the wedge in the final direction.
It wouldn't surprise me to see a few nuts fall off the tree for tax purposes.
I just got a new job, so my daytime posts will be less frequent. Hold down the fort and keep the runways clear.
I will have to work on figuring out how to get alerts via cellphone.
BTW, did anybody else notice that IHUB switched its quote link?
They used to direct you to Knobias, but Knobias went to a fee format. Now the news section doesn't show the links to the "pump rags" that came out with rec's for AMY in late November. You can still find them at the pinksheets website under the "news" tab.
Oh, yeah?
Merry Christmas to all those who patriotically celebrate our proclaimed national holiday! Whether you celebrate it for the extra day off work, the giving and recieving of gifts and/or seasonally adjusted revenues. Whether you appreciate the Man in the Big Red Suit, the funny looking green guy, or just say "bah humbug" to everyone else's inexplicable joy for the season; There really is something special about December 25th that should inspire every American: It's the one day of the year when most of the fictitious propaganda is directed toward a good purpose.
Peace on Earth, Good will toward Men!
If I know you, you are waiting for it to fall off and roll into the basement.
BTW, Chuckie seems to have taken the front spot in the rat line, and picked up a nice basket of nuts yesterday. He appears to be using some of them to hold a place for the Kangaroo variety.
I think most of us Kangaroos have lost our incentive to jump and climb, and are waiting for the tree climbing variety of pig to make sure there isn't any low hanging fruit for anyone.
Hopefully, It's just a Maalox moment.
She needs a little help digesting that 200 day MA.
I also get the feeling that our little group is the biggest player on the buy side, and that Denis is probably the biggest on the sell side, and that few if any MM's are carrying real inventory. Just the same, Denis hasn't filed recently, so again, it's mere speculation.
It's my biggest beef with the MM structure.
The 5K "show" number at this spread would make the average trader pay way too much in commission to bother. Unfortunately, he probably can't show more because of the cutthroat competition. It would make a lot more sense to have 5K orders across the spread, and let someone who wants to buy SIZE to bid deep into the ASK, and they that want liquidity to sell deep into the BID. Just another off the Wall St. opinion.
Nice supply at the ask.
I just took half the day's volume. (about a half hour ago)
Too bad, I was halfway hoping it was a bit thinner and I could push it up. I really hope she doesn't turn nasty.
Kangaroo rats are very unpredictable?
Bidding backwards?
Ok, just checking your usage of the word "know"
I would speculate that there are some who would be willing to part with shares as well unless it was a company policy to distribute "Tales of Home Depot employees", etc.
Scary? Only if you sold at the lower price. I'm exhilarated.
Stack that bid, Chuckles! Chucky, if you prefer. Give the kids a Happy Christmas and lets hope they don't consider suicide on the next.
So you "know" they are going to dump and take the smaller piece of the pie?
Very practical of them, I would say, if they are in fact hungry and looking to buy gifts for the kids; but I do think the ones who hold out and buy a Ferrari for the kids in ten years will have some real interesting Christmas stories.
Jester did say he was going to buy, dance, or something.
Of course, now he might just be dancing with the rats under the tree.
Depth on the ask was even thinner than I thought. I wonder if there are any AON's in the new spread? These $50/$100 trades are too funny.
I also noticed the volume on that sale.
I do believe he was a motivated seller. He was motivated to give the tape a paint job, and buy himself a Big Mac.
It's just my opinion, mind you, but there appears to be plenty of rats waiting for fruit to fall while the branches are barely beginning to bear any fruit, ie I am doubtful that there is any depth on the ask side, and it could run up in a matter of minutes with a small push. Hopefully some of the rats will learn to climb if that happens.
OTOH, I've been wrong about these things before.
Great minds think alike, I suppose.
Except when we talk about Bush and The Steelers?
Ya know I was born in Pittsburgh, eh?
