I bet you want to give it to Eva and watch her shake.
Now that I see things to their logical conclusion, I want a word like emerge. Emergence, Emerging, or something like that. I want this to emerge from BK as a viable company. I don't want any more emergency resucitations.
Yeah, that will take time. I wouldn't expect it to trade much higher that ten until it trades on the NYSE. You need credibility and respectability. You need to have current filings, etc. They have a lot of 10-K' to catch up on to just be considered for Nasdaq.
You can't expect them to learn too much at one time. I think you have a good lesson plan.
Plan on giving shares. It'll be a gift that bring happiness for many years, and even if this performs miracles, it will be a slow speed chase to $20.
If you can teach her to say "Trenwick Pirates," or even just "Trenwick," I think we have a winner. Of course, some of us long term holders might appreciate a "chug-ah, chug-ah, chug-ah; woo, woo!" which might indicate that the TRAINWRECK has recovered.
That'll do just fine. Us penny stock investors can't be too particular about the fineness of the plumage.
Welcome aboard, matey. You don't have a pegleg or a parrot to spare do you?
I have to believe that "the company" is TWKGQ, ie TGL and it's subsidiaries. As someone just pointed out, the JPL has no control over the functioning subsidiaries, and has only been able to sign agreements with them. Those agreements are for "The company's" benefit. The "winding up" should finish with SEC filings to emerge from BK and elect new directors and officers, since all of the rats have jumped ship, we are the pirates in the control of this ghost ship.
Just from the information that lifegear, eva, and a few others have provided, I see that we be should asking them to file 10q's and 10-Ks, and emerge from BK. We should be considering our holdings as proxies to elect a new board of directors and officers of the company. This appears to be a viable and active reinsurance company, and the JPL should be appreciated for their work.
That's what I am trying to tell everyone. NO LIQUIDATION. A viable reinsurance company emerging from a bankruptcy sounds like what we are looking at. Why would they write new business against reserves if they intend to distribute the reserves? Sure, you can expect some sort of distribution, but the more they distribute, the more they would have to pay for debt service to start a new company to write new business. Why would you want to pay debt service on money you already have? Why would you want to attract an underwriter to a structure which already exists?
I might even suggest that we nominate EVA as chairperson of the bored. Six years was a long time to hold that many shares, and now she appears very bored. Those legs would look real good under one of those executive boardroom tables.
I kind of like the idea of a tiki hut on the beach in Bermuda as the boardroom, but we might wish to upscale it a bit.
The structure appears created as LSUK. The syndicate basically works for the JPL until a management group appears to hold the majority interest, IMO.
That one sentence makes it clear that the people of Bermuda might be offended if there is any hanky panky involved. It is a statement of national pride and confidence in the men and their work. I think it might be a good thing for us. I was afraid that the UK operatives might try some funny business, but I am reassured by that one sentence that the JPL is wary and ready to deal with them.
50k might be really good. I think most of us are preferring 8k.
Don't we need some volume first? I can almost bet they have a wall at the top, and somebody will have to push us over it.
I am targeting Venus, but I will probably stop at the moon first.
Alphabet soup. 8K, 10Q, 10K, 13d, 13g, 504, and a few more. Just don't send me any more B's with K's. I have had too many of those.
Happy Birthday! Does your company give you special drugs to test on your birthday, or do you just test the same ones over and over?
TA is a lot like T&A. We like nice bottoms.
I can't imagine where you got that impression;0)
Wouldn't a short want to encourage more buying so he could get deeper under water?
I see that Gary hasn't posted to his blog since May, so it could be a while before he answers the email. More time to wait for the stock to come to us.
Sure, but the customers are computer literate. Print media is dead. Where are they advertising?
I think I took out most of the supply, but we have a demand problem at these higher prices. I am tapped out in money, but I have some resources that I hope to bring to the table very shortly.
I get W1 from the bottom to the top of this year, but it could be just w1, a subwave that is incomplete. We are in W2 or w2 until the tops are exceeded.
I started interpreting it based on someone who had studied it a long time. He bought the books, and made intense calculations. I saw the emotional connection, and I just wing it. Momentum trading is what it really is about. Once the emotional momentum starts, guessing direction gets a lot easier. Selling too soon is only a minor error that many wealthy people make. Buying too soon is what Joe Six pack guys like you and I make. Us and the Fundamentalists like Buffet, that is.
I think W5 is the long and profitable. W3 is when to buy and hold long term.
You know that Elliot is not for idle minds, and if you take some time to study it, you will learn how to go in circles like me without a whole lot of effort.
If you get in on the CC, as them what they are doing to address the SG&A bubble.
Or better yet, why everybody gets paid but the shareholders;)
You guys must be bored, so I thought I would doodle a bit. I took a look at the chart and drew out the Elliot waves. It looks a lot like the first subwave of W3, which could actually be just w3, a subwave of W1. W3 becomes official when the W1 top is exceeded. w3 is official when the w1 top is exceeded. W3 is implied when w3 of this run exceeds the w7 top of the previous wave at 4 pennies.
In other words: Look out above if this trades higher than last weeks high, because that would represent a clear indication that w3 of W3 has begun. w4 would consolidate, and w5 would go to the moon, making W3 a real powerful wave.
Trading sure is slow. Are you guys as tapped out as I am?
Not necessarily "for all." Maybe shorty has a spy among us, and it wouldn't be better for him;)
We have managed to bring a few good researchers here, and have tracked down the whereabouts of some of the former management team. Disappearing was not among their primary talents. Mr. Diamond appears to have recent activity in a stop-smoking program called "Breathe Laser" and Mr. Cohen is now an Executive Coach and appears to be free-lancing. I will assume they are both still majority holders of the stock, and are searching for an opportunity or an aquisition.
I suggested that the company was debt free, but that would be an assumption. I can't verify that without some accurate research and disclosure. I have emailed Mr. Cohen, and I intend to try to get more info from Mr Diamond in the near future.
I stopped buying his lunch a long time ago. Wasn't I supposed to get some shares of Marti for my trouble?
They cancelled the dividend abou that time. I don't remember the interest feature, but the 67 million sounds like a familiar number. Extending the LOC was awful gracious of us.
Sure looks like upside to me. Of course a criminal investigation would get my attention and provide entertainment. I think I would rather get the money than watching re-runs of the Keystone Cops.
With all of those wacks, it is a good thing I hid my nuts.
It's great to see your legs are here, Eva. The old gang misses them. I was always crazy about them, but before it was temporary.
About now, I am hoping the run isn't for the exit.
Maybe they are thinking of forming a partnership called "Underwater Underwriting"
