Buy / out perform rating.
I find it absurd we are fighting resistance / support lower, so close to Feasibility Study.
outperform
When a stock performs better than the market as a whole, or a mutual fund performs better than the benchmark against which it is evaluated. Some securities research analysts use the term in their opinions on stocks, normally equivalent to a buy recommendation.

Me too Duke, but from what I have read lately we need a $4.00 sp to qualify.
So until that happens the FS comes first or some other substantive news to give us that boost.
As per my reasoning!
Improving Target company's performance creates value.

Better late than never BP....... Great post.
After reading your information posted, and other information that I have found on the web about confidential treatment, My new guess is.....
I believe it could possibly be take over agreements (M&A) of some sort or another to do with IBC and / or Largo.
Keep in mind before Mark and our team got involved with both of these companies they were not in the best of positions to negotiate his helping hand.
Pure speculation on my part but it fits in just as many other scenarios could as well.
Sounds like it has to be something proprietary and secret, like Colonel Sanders recipe.
So what could possibly be proprietary and secret that NioCorp. has? Can it be metallurgical?
And the dates are still confusing to me.
US Patents are good for 20 years.
DESIGN Patents are good for 14 years.

Hopefully, propjoe was replying to F2's message, otherwise I don't have a clue of what he is talking about LOL
My message was a guess for stock exchange application or IBC patents.
This part below makes me think it can't be pricing, because wouldn't that be material? And anything that is material has to be disclosed to investors. Pricing would not be a trade secret would it, or could it?
So perhaps the third one is a patent pending!
A company that will go or has gone public, however, must make detailed disclosures about its business because one of the regulatory procedures that the SEC has established. To be eligible for confidential treatment, the information sought to be protected must meet one of several FOIA exemptions from disclosure. The only one of these that is ever likely to be available is the one for trade secrets and commercial or financial information [that is] privileged or confidential.
But it is very interesting food for thought!
Could it have something to do with IBC's patents?
Because we are applying for a USA stock exchange?
Oops thought I was answering Todd but ... that's my guess Todd and F2
There is only one thing to do then!

Feels like it, that's for sure!
But I have to stick to my call many times and many moons ago, that the real launch is when NioCorp breaks through $1.90
(Up, Up, and Away)
I believe we are heading up the second flight of stairs leading to the launch pad right now.
Either way we will wind up in the heavens.
Great post Todd
I'm sure your right Todd.
The Last batch of Pilot tests showed runs of approximately 5 days each, and during the Virtual Conference Mark stated the last one was running.(I think) So we can assume the last run would be completed and NR worthy shortly.
"The Company is now proceeding toward its final pilot plants necessary to complete the Elk Creek Project Feasibility Study, including those related to regenerating and recycling acid used in the Elk Creek Project production process and additional Scandium recovery and purification operations."
I guess NioCorp was not satisfied with less than 1% loss hahaha
GL all

Yes and the excitement Mark has over the IBC connection,
He also subtly mentioned IBC as an off take partner in the near future AND the work they are doing right now is very exciting and promising.
Yes I got an email with the same message for the "on demand" recording, which is the recorded remarks by NioCorp during the presentation of the virtual conference.
Anytime we want to hear it , log in and choose "on demand" "NioCorp"
Dragonfly and Gravestone Doji Candle-Stick Pattern.(Rare)
The site below shows the different Doji patterns, and you will read that a Dragonfly signals reversal and a gravestone is rare to be found at the end of Downtrend.

Those two Doji's side by side look awesome.
LoL... Don't get me started!
Thanks Todd, very interesting!
I delved deeper into the site you provided, and I must admit the bigger(big)Kahuna has an awesome advertisment for Niobium.
And I have been wondering since the virtual conference if the Todd who asked the question was you?
I just call you Todd because it's easier than To dd haha.
I'm lazy because I type with two fingers!
Depending on who I'm replying to, determines which fingers I use.
for instance, WalterS I use my pinkies
Yes indeed Landmark.
Although I have been gung-ho about the project from the beginning, having Mark and the Team of Eleven grinding away with such ferocity and as you said transparancy. and as well as the risk factors which are falling like domino's. my hair is growing back I swear.
It looks like soon I will no longer be faulically challenged. Here's hoping.

Thanks Big-Picture , I have my speedo's packed. LoL
Nah. I'm a glass half full kind of guy. end of year is the target
or just into January
I just listened again and he did say what you mentioned about possible interuption around Christmas for equipment costs, but the next sentence he clearly stated they are still focused on completing the FS by the end of year
11:00 -12:00 min mark
I only listened once, so even if you are right, what's an extra month?
Whatever time they need is OK with me!
Your correcting Mark S? Not me!
I'm pretty sure he stated it should be completed before year end. At least that's what I heard.
But I could be mistaken, as I only listened once! Anyone else input?
Landmark, If you haven't registered, you must, to hear the conference call. If you registered already then just log in with the Email addy you registered with.

And great answers to great questions.
Confirmation of pre year end feasibility study
propjoe , about the options trading, are you holding up?
Get that sister of yours to give you some of the luck she's holding, if need be. jk / gl
The risk is all but gone. Just the fact Nebraska is so welcoming is value added IMO!
This is the final kick off, before the Hale Mary
well you getting great deals that's for sure.
Thanks.
I don't get how derivatives are based on the assets of a company which includes stocks, which are also based on the assets. I'm sure there is a lot more to it than that but that alone makes me question the validity.
Two trading avenues for one company both based on assets bothers me a bit.
I will stick with what I know. I'll leave the complicated stuff alone. LoL
With all this talk about derivatives I had to look up the true definition
Anyone who is curious see below.

I'm sure there is better info but this suits my curiosity.
Seems like a scam to me. But I don't know enough about it
no excitement on this or just hush, hush?
