Better late than never BP....... Great post.

After reading your information posted, and other information that I have found on the web about confidential treatment, My new guess is.....

I believe it could possibly be take over agreements (M&A) of some sort or another to do with IBC and / or Largo.
Keep in mind before Mark and our team got involved with both of these companies they were not in the best of positions to negotiate his helping hand.
Pure speculation on my part but it fits in just as many other scenarios could as well.
