Mr. Poertner,
Are we getting any closer to having the GSI contract started? If not when do you expect to be painting and finishing products for them?
Thanks,
Bradley

How do we know that the debt being converted is not from shares issued months ago? Like four or five months ago. Before Five Axis contract had been started and before GSI. Don't debt converters have a certain window of time to convert the debt? They had to do something back then to pay the bills I agree. But does anyone here not agree that companies can take a new direction and return to profitability or is it just all doom and gloom? Think about hard times in your own life and then times of prosperity. I am asking all of these questions so I can learn don't respond with sarcasm.
Thanks
I hold no position here as of now just for the record. Just doing DD and asking questions.
MWWC WILL RUN WITH NO REVERSE SPLIT WATCH. PATIENCE
GO MWWC!!!!
We will have to agree to disagree.
What's the share structure here?
You can't add all those shares to the o/s some was dilution, yes but some where shares traded back and forth. Besides that wouldn't the o/s reflect shares they have given out to debt holders? They are outstanding shares aren't they?
MWWC EMAIL FROM RAINER HIS ANSWERS WERE IN RED IN THE ORIGINAL EMAIL BUT IT WOULD NOT COPY A PASTE THAT WAY.

> Hope you are having a good day sir I have a couple of questions for you. I am a current share holder in your company and would like to know when the next financial update will be for MWWC? HIS ANSWERThe next financial update is our 10 for the first fiscal quarter 2013 ending on 12, 2012, which will be released around February 15, 2013.
Also I have seen the recent dilution of shares this past week that I am assuming is from old convertible debt. HIS ANSWER Correct
Is MWWC going to be able to continue operations without doing another reverse split this year and be able to raise the capital to avoid constantly using toxic financing to keep the business afloat? HIS ANSWERThat is certainly the plan, although it is difficult to give any assurances about any future events, that could be impacted by many different and unforeseeable circumstances. That is why we always have to state that any future results could vary drastically from any projections.
I understand there have been major contracts signed and the automotive industry took a hard hit these last four years but is the company turning the corner to new heights of prosperity? HIS ANSWER MWW is working very hard to do exactly that and are, as I believe on a good path.
Could you please give me a share structure update also? Thank you for your time. HIS ANSWERThe current share structure will be updated latest with the next 10Q, due on Feb 15, 2103, or in any earlier SEC filings that would require this disclosure.
While I can appreciate you would have liked to receive more specific answers, please understand that we can only disseminate facts according to SEC rules and regulations and that made publically available to all investors at the same time.
Thank you for being a MWW shareholder

Five Axis production is in full swing, GSI production has not commenced yet, we will make the announcement when it happens
We have a dynamic work force that can be adjusted at any time to the required head count.
Yes, they will impact financial performance in the second quarter.
We will also make announcements about new programs when appropriate.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Subject: MWWC Contracts
Mr. Poertner,
I am in the process of doing some dd and would like to see if you could answer these questions. MWWC signed at least two big contracts a few months ago. One being with G.S.I. and the other being with Five Axis. Has MWWC currently been painting and finishing products for these two companies this month I'll even go as far as this week? It has also been stated that MWWC was going to hirer a second shift to process the demands of the G.S.I. contract, has this happened yet? These two contracts among others will greatly influence the upcoming financial results. If you could please respond it would be of much assistance.
Thanks,
Bradley

Thanks for the DD!
Wow impressive words.
And people continue to buy. Go MWWC.
Tweeting doesn't bother me at all I hope they continue. I wish someone would tweet over at EXP*.
Alf, just to put it real simple this is rediculous. We need some type of positive news with some positive looking numbers in the news.
Usually got to be 2 plus to hit Nasdaq plus other stipulations to be met. Investopidia.com will tell you. Anyway you want to look at it a good sign.
Email from Ray on Nasdaq and Pet Stem.
Bradley,
I will put you on the list for Pet Stem samples and expect to have them in about two weeks. yes, it is our goal to first, begin reporting to SEC again, then elevate to the OTCBB and then to a higher market. An entire strategy has already been laid out and is in motion. I couldn't comment on a timeframe though.
I hope that answers your questions, have a great weekend!

Ray,
I have spoken with you multiple times in the past. I'm glad all seem to be going with with Medgen and orders are rolling in. I have a question, I have the perfect dog to try the stemcell for pet product on. I read another email you had sent to a guy named Ben and read of your pug. My parents have a 16 year old chihuahua that is blind and has difficulty getting around. I was wondering if there is any way I could get a sample, buy a sample or something to try on her? I can even take before and after videos. If she does well I will send them to you as a testimonial. Let me know. Excited to be a shareholder here. Does Nick have any plans in the future of taking MDIN to Nasdaq? I know we are still in the beginnings here but something to think about or maybe it has already been discussed. Thanks for your time and efforts.
Best Regards,

Agreed
At least James delivered the news when he said he would unlike the past. There is a new sheriff in town.
I like the global part of the business plan. We live in a global economy now and the world economically speaking is getting smaller. I am in a few other investments that are in a different country and I can tell you that the worlds wealth is shifting from the west to the east for now. If they can make the business happen in the Middle East, Europe, and China areas I think this could be big. It is not going to be an overnight success like we were hoping I do believe. I still think atyg has got big funding and the new funder is looking for a great return on his investment by going global not some trip 1 dilution. Most people can't see that forest for the trees. Look at JC Penny's it is a large retail clothing store. They got a new CEO he thought he would change the whole approach to the way they market and do business what has happened, sales dropped drastically and the stock has followed suit. Now they are making changes again. I say all that to say this, companies can change but it takes weeks and months not days. Now don't get me wrong I was at least expecting 2s today but there are more PRs coming. He gets this to go global 25 mil in revs no problem.
