HIS ANSWERThat is certainly the plan, although it is difficult to give any assurances about any future events, that could be impacted by many different and unforeseeable circumstances. That is why we always have to state that any future results could vary drastically from any projections.

I understand there have been major contracts signed and the automotive industry took a hard hit these last four years but is the company turning the corner to new heights of prosperity? HIS ANSWER MWW is working very hard to do exactly that and are, as I believe on a good path.

Could you please give me a share structure update also? Thank you for your time. HIS ANSWERThe current share structure will be updated latest with the next 10Q, due on Feb 15, 2103, or in any earlier SEC filings that would require this disclosure.
