As always, you'll come to find out that your "shorty" scenario doesn't fit too well with reality.
The fact that the SEC has not acted is proof positive CFGX us legit.
LOL. That's a keeper.

LOL. Wonder if Stephen bought his yacht from Jehu?
Mhmm. It's like a $3 bill. Looks like they managed to rope in a few marks though.
company is fake
Not only wrong, but dead wrong. Public companies that have no stock registered with the SEC have no obligations at all regarding their financial statements. Many of them don't even bother with financial statements, especially audited ones. Many times penny stock companies go dark, deregister their shares, to avoid having to pay out a lot of money for a yearly audit. Or so they say.
If a corporation's stock is publicly traded, (like AZFL), the financial statements must also adhere to rules established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This includes having its financial statements audited by an independent CPA firm.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least though if Lumb actually knew Hand and he asked him to take over the shell, so people would quit emailing him about the divvies that were never coming.
I wonder if Pete Bezzano and Alan Santini moves with them?
LOL. Alan is definitely at the same location as Lumb.
Where is Hand living at right now?
Some people can just never admit to themselves that they bet on the wrong horse. So, stand by for some doozy conspiracy theories.
LOL
I have to say...watching shareholders get defrauded is exciting, isn't it?
It's perplexing, actually. Watching people get taken by the same scheme carried out by the SA cabal over and over again. Flat learning curve I guess.
Yeah, I'm sure he appreciates those efforts as well since it doesn't cost him any money. He likes to make fun of them though.
The so called dumping of shares over the years, the reference of 100% accuracy in calling it how it would play out.. All are intersting views..
There shouldn't be anything interesting about it. If nothing else can be said about the man, Lumb is predictable. He's been doing the same thing over and over and over for years. Anyone who can't see that has made themselves willfully blind to the fact. And really, why should he change his M O. So far there's been no lack of marks to give him their money.
More like deep in the brown stuff.
I'm deep in the red, but it's fine.
LOL. Classic Lumb. Good for him, still making money off the marks.
NOT a reliable source for any investing advice.
I'm left to wonder what the reliable source of investing advice was that got people to invest in this perpetual no bid, dog rocket of a stock?
What was your relationship to John Altering and Ele Kauderer?
None. The only thing I know about them is what you told me in PM's.
Did you have anything to do with running paid promos when the company had zilch to put into them?
LOL. That's pretty funny considering my epic disdain for paid pumper clowns.
You guys think you know things but you know very little as you just admitted!
I sure didn't need all the intricate details to know where this stock would end up, did I.
Have you spoken with any dead people since or was that just a one time deal?
You don't really know too much !
Perhaps not. But I do know that you claimed to have spoken with him after he was dead. Rather strange if you ask me.
I don't think you know who you think you want to know!
Speaking of which, have you spoken with any dead people today?
You're forgiven, OG. Go and sin no more. lol
I'm sure investors are confused about how they ended up holding a no bid stock.
You know so little about CoreWafer it is funny you even post here!
I knew enough about it not to have put any money into it. Chalk one up for me.
People with a working brain don't put up $2.50/share in margin to short a trip zero stock. I don't care how much money they have.
After you document the comments you made regarding certain traders.
It was documented in the financial statements for this stock.
In fact, and it is a fact, that a fair number of (them) actually work for certain MMs!
Then I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem documenting those facts for us in the form of some written proof. And no, it's not economical for people to short trip zero stocks. Reg-T spells out why.
Yeah, people short triple zero stocks all the time because it's just so economical to do so. smh
I've seen many people make a lot of money on the OTC format
No doubt. People with deep discounted PIPE shares telling people how good of an investment the stock was as they were pounding the piss out of the sell button at the same time. Seen that done a few times myself by a certain cheezy group of grifters.
THANKS SEE YOU AT .05 OR HIGHER
I wouldn't know why you'd put a valuation like that on the stock. Without millions of dollars spent on advertising, hardly anyone will know the product exists even if they do manage to make one.
PYCT BUY BACK SHARES IT HAS BEEN PR'd
Yeah, they bought back a whopping 1% of the shares. Funny thing is they had to hire a sleazy promoter just to pump the stock and get them a bid to buy back on. That should tell you something.
I'm suggesting those are the shares they're covering their daily short volume with.
Now it be viewed as profit for those who loaded under .0010
What will they do with all that profit, buy a happy meal or a cup of coffee?
I'm not afraid, it's just no ones business what I own. Trading isn't a team sport.
Why would that matter to anyone?
In that case they may have covered right away but decided to wait and report the shares all at one time. It's not uncommon. What is uncommon is to see the shares they buy to cover show up. It's almost like a double print. Perhaps it's due to the stocks unsolicited status, but I'm not 100% sure.
An announcement will be made shortly when commercial production begins.
You mean like this one?

Sorry sugar....Sandia Technologies has no record of your family employment...tomorrow I can check with COBRA! By the way Colonel George Johnston in Albuquerque was on the board of Sandia Tech and supplied this information for me tonight! Who are you anyway?

Is that how you see it happening???
Yeah, pretty much. And MM's don't have to pay commissions. lol About half of the commission you pay your broker on a trade actually goes to the MM's for making that trade happen.
