Like the “future potential” when the stock...at $46 post split equivalent...was said to be “under valued”....that “potential”? lol
That future scenario at the time didn't count Tenkay. Lol, smh.
Past statement :
Mr. Cutaia,
Do you still feel confident of achieving $50 million in revenues for 2017?
If not, what would be a CONSERVATIVE "lay down" revenue number?
Thank you,
A: Yes Confidence remains high.
Current statement :
Welcome to 2020. Now it begins. The foundation is laid, the table is set, and our players have taken the field. This decade belongs to VERB. What we will accomplish together will be epic.

ACTUAL DUE DILIGENCE is, by definition, about finding the bad news. The negative. That which the company DOES NOT want you to know.
This section will get avoided.
Stock and thus company would actually be run with transparency and growth would be made clear and reasonable
I tend to agree with this, but we don't even know how McKinley would take the role. He appears to show similar patterns such as the constant "seat belt time" phrase as if this is some kind of game. Refer to post #3507, or read below. This is what Rory's response was. Now refer to the 10K for that year.

How close were we Rory with the "high confidence" of 50 million in revenue of 2017 with no conservative comment?
Why doesn't Rory, CEO of Verb not do anymore weekly/consistent SHAC videos like he used to? We used to get those all the time, and the stock price ramped up around 3000%.
Another red day for Verb while the stock market is still on fire.
Verb Technology News - There has been a recent update to the lawsuit against Verb Technologies. Just found it.

given that the stock is down over 95% from its high while on his “Road to Nasdaq”
Is it normal for a legitimate stock to lose 95% of its share price from its highs?
The last stock market crash in 2008 caused stocks to lose massive amounts of value. Maybe Verb losing around 95% of its share price from its highs is a normal thing. Like Rory sais "Come on guys, everything has its peaks and valleys".
it all comes down to q4 results
This is literally said every quarter by someone for Verb, lol. Either that, or a never ending repeat of another phrase.
"This Halloween, we will get a nice treat"
"This Christmas we will be gifted"
"It all comes down to this quarter"
"2018 is our year"
"We will never do a reverse split"
I'll be waiting by the bus next time so I can get thrown under it more quickly.
It's okay Rory, take your time in answering this question for us. We all know you are very busy. Very happy revenue was close to your high confidence / predictions. Have a great Tuesday.
I think there has been plenty of court updates since the original lawsuit file came out. The pdf you just saw, is out dated more less I'm pretty sure. There is a new plaintiff for the lawsuit against Verb Technologies according to the Pace Monitor Federal Court website. I hear the losses are pretty significant too, and we don't even know about all the losses that the other investors suffered from. However, I can't open any of the recent court date links. I only have limited access. If anyone has any recent detailed knowledge on it, let us know.
Rory, since you seem to know when selling pressure will stop based off your comments (even though you tell us at other times you have no control over it?), when will this round of selling pressure stop?
Selling pressure will be over soon
Rory, I thought you had no control over what the share price does?
Why was this said?

Hey Rory, do you plan on apologizing to the investors that were mislead by many of your comments made that resulted in drastic losses to their finances? This is one of many, but we can start here. Have a nice day.
Why is this dumping so hard this morning?
Nice red morning already, good start to the week?
Another red day. Does anyone know the disconnect yet between the small revenue Verb has and the large amount of users?
I know of people that lost friends and homes because of the hype that came from Verb and then the large losses / downturn of the share price that followed it shortly after. It still may have a chance though, if revenues kick in and we are told truthfully where the disconnect is between all these users and a small revenue stream to go with it.
If Verb goes bankrupt, and then rises back for another go, that would wipe out all original shares, even if you just did not touch them in your account?
Stock market has been on fire again, but Verb went up only a fraction of a penny today.
Who keeps dumping shares?
Why is almost every single Form 4 we saw recently always amount to 1500 shares?
That's good to know. Verb (nFusz) at the time had little to no revenue prior to uplist. Do you not need money to uplist and if they did uplist without Sound concepts, where would money come from? So basically Sound Concepts saved them. And Rory gave millions to the Sound Concepts team. So what do us public shareholders get?
Was it possible for Verb (nFusz prior) to uplist to NASDAQ without the help of Sound Concepts?
Vanguard accounts appear to buy up multiple small cap / penny stocks , Verb being one of them. Maybe all these penny stocks plan on doing well?
Look at these links Tenkay, these are only a few of many others that Vanguard seems to show interest in. Vanguard accounts bought up Verb shares, I won't doubt that. They seem to buy up multiple other penny stocks as well. You can find a laundry list of penny stocks that Vanguard bought up, not just Verb. I'm still interested to see the accumulation of Verb shares being purchased.

Hey Ted. You didn't miss anything special at the Oracle conference when Verb was there. Yeah, it was a nice environment to be in and got to see what Verb did. But what you saw on the internet around that time portraying how Verb/nFusz was the hottest thing there is was nothing more than just hype. The nFusz/Verb team was nice and willing to explain things. That said, there booth was just a very small average booth like most of the booths there. The Verb / nfusz booth was assigned near a wall/corner of the conference expo almost, a good distance away from the main walkway where most traffic was coming in at. The Verb booth was definitely not flooded with people at all times like some say it was. You had your random waves of people, but nothing crazy that would "wow" you. Denise and some of the other team really pushed / tried to push getting a video done with them. They tried alittle too hard, which I didn't exactly feel good about as an investor. They asked me about 4 times on different occasions to do the video which was about a miles walk away completely out of the expo, at that point I just started to feel uncomfortable. I'm simply informing people of facts and what has been observed, and the observance was quite clear. If you want, look at the Netsuite link that's out there with the reviews on Verb. There has been 1 review about the product, or atleast the last time I checked. Refer to the 10q back then was revenue was around 8k. See the disconnect here?....Revenues(8k roughly) and Oracle and refusing to show us user numbers? I liked the conference overall though and glad I got to meet Verb. I just felt hustled at the time, now that I look back at all of this.
ahh....I see...it’s what they don’t disclose in the SEC FILINGS that is important.
LOLOLOLOL.
“SaaS Revenue” decreased between Q2 and Q3.
Why would Verb hide something / not clarify it in a 10Q filing if it was to play in their favor (Too complicated)? Addition to that, if a publicly traded company doesn't disclose it accurately / or at all, can't SEC violations be brought on that specific company?
You think lay offs might happen if revenues continue to drop?
I think this was explained before, but may have missed it. Money has to come from somewhere, so it's either revenues increase which has yet to happen q over q or flood the market with shares by awarding them to employees? I'm trying to figure out all options to avoid lay offs which would be very unfair to the original sound concept employees, as they've been there for so long.
Does anyone know if any investor conferences are coming up that Rory plans to be at? It would he nice to go to one of these to see what its like. Would be neat to see how investors and Rory discuss various topics.
What do you guys think we get this year, a forward split or reverse split ?
If you say a forward split, why and is a forward split even realistic at this point given the declining revenues Q over Q. Or is it just bc Rory said we will get one in one of those videos he made that is now hidden by the company.
Verb was great today for anyone watching the price action on a weekly, good job guys.
What “quantities” are they using for their “quantitative” analysis?
Your question got avoided... shocking, lol.
What do you think of Morningstar Tenkay when it comes to Verb? I think most know the site is a respectable site, but you always have to dig into their details on what ever it is you are interested in and go from there. $VERB
Assuming you're asking a genuine question, who knows if it became true or not. I would just like Rory to show us with proof that no one sold a share, like he always stated in those videos. But, as we have heard and seems to be legitimate, some verb employees don't have to file their share count in Sec Edgar files.
It would help me put more trust into the company if he could prove it to us. He didn't seem to have a problem saying it on video.
I forgot to mention this to you Tenkay. One of the other reasons I brought this whole conversation up in the first place was because of Rory's SHAC videos. Remember when he would constantly tell us viewers that not one of his team members sold a single share, remember all those videos?
It completely contradicts what this specific Verb employee stated in private to a few select public investors. So someone is either lying from Verb, or the transaction just didn't happen in the first place once the date became current. But then, that just raises the question, why was this Verb employee so firm on getting rid of some of their shares. Then why was Rory constantly telling us no one sold shares from his team in those shac videos. I'd love to show the link, but the company hid all those videos for the most part from us.
I find this company interesting, but there are things they do that myself and I'm sure a lot of others think are just flat out wrong, and / or not right.
I'm still hoping this company does well....Hoping. $VERB
I see. Thanks Tenkay. I thought investors would like to know about this since a few public investors knew of it.
Hey =) I'd like to think it's not non sense when it comes from a credible employee source. Pretty good DD if you ask me.
To add on to this, the date has passed already on this Verb Technology employee explaining to public investors why he plans to sell and when. Both of which information I have. So this person either sold some, alot or none, this we need to find out. The point is, this person said it to the public, which doesn't put my mind at rest. A simple SHAC video saying one liners will not justify this to be true or false. I'm not looking to put a negative light on Verb as some may think, but rather to inform people about the gravity of specific situations.
I think you are missing my point of this situation. No those links have nothing to do with it, but I see you still can't answer the question. I apologize if I explained it bad.
I'm not sure what 30 days is in regards to? I'll give you my opinion if you can explain it more please. I have no problem answering questions like these, but I notice a lot of relevant topics get avoided.
Hey inriwm, I definitely see your point as I to an extent can't argue it. I see you mentioned links, DD, etc.
While my comment about one of the Verb employees began telling public investors about dumping shares at a specific date more less is very true . . How do you explain the links below? If you want DD (links). I answered your post with an honest opinion, can you answer mine?
I have one simple question, is this acceptable?
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2008/lr20683.htm
https://stockbrokerfraud.com/tag/dennis-boyd-mcmurray/
Well if that sale occurs while they know something material that has not been disclosed to the public and that information (when it is revealed) could/does have a negative impact on the stock price after they sold...they could find themselves in some trouble.
Okay, thanks. I'll have to get back to you with more on it. I know some won't believe me, but that's okay. It was said, and it was said more than once. Curious though, does that fall under SEC regulations or some other kind of regulation?
