Once they announce the first licensing agreement to use their tech this stock is gonna pop!
I haven't worked on the floor of an exchange in years, but what I call a specialist is now technically a DMM. But it's really splitting hairs. Watch CNBC. LOL, I used to be a market maker before decimalization. I don't need to watch TV to understand how markets are made. : )
MMs are a necessary evil. It's just on OTC stocks, especially stinky pinkys, the MMs wield all the power. A stock trading on Nasdaq/NYSE is subject to much less manipulation by MMs. You have a designated MM, or specialist, who pretty much controls the spread at all times.
Analysts' consensus target price is $22.13. $16 is very doable IMHO.
OK, I'm gonna call it. @OWCPharma has tweeted articles about MMJ in Mass, Cali and Maine. I believe OWCP has signed consulting contracts with these 3 states. I also believe they are working towards contracts with Florida and Canada.
Just my guess. Do your own DD of course.

Building a Lower Cost Portfolio of Cannabinoid Therapeutics

Interesting read on another OTC stock that is advancing MMJ with the FDA: AXIM.
http://analysis.secfilings.com/articles/148-axim-biotech-building-a-lower-cost-portfolio-of-cannabinoid-therapeutics
OWCP will use the same playbook for all FDA approved cremes, and then for illnesses treated with the sublingual tablet.
As I've said before, I'm positive top MBA programs this year will do a case study comparison of the traditional GWPH route vs the new OWCP/AXIM route.
Common ground! I'd buy more at .35!
So, do you have a position in any MMJ companies?
I'm curious what your standard is for pre-clinical MMJ biotech companies.
It might very well go down to around .40. If it went below that I'd even break my cardinal rule of not putting more than 10% of my funds in any single stock/etf and load up to maybe 200K shares total (I'm at 120K now, starting at .20).
However, this is an OTC QB company and they have publically stated efficacy and final safety IRB results are due March 2017.
My money is betting both results will be positive.
So, frankly, Sir, I don't give a damn where the stock trades between tomorrow and March 31. When IRB results are released OWCP won't be trading anywhere near .60.
I have other stocks I'm happy to day trade. But IRB news could come for OWCP any day, so I'm not going to flip to try to make a few extra thousand. I'm sure lots of people have made money day trading OWCP, and I'm happy for them and for the liquidity they've provided.
But OWCP is an investment for me and I'm not expecting to part with any shares until 2018 at the earliest.
I tend to be very conservative, and I'm an IT major not an accounting major, so bare with me and take this all with the proverbial grain of salt.
Psoriasis creme sales, 2 Million monthly, 24 M annually.
Acne creme sales, 2 Million monthly, 24 M annually.
Consulting contacts, 50 K monthly (10 agreements, each $5K a month), 600K annually.
Sublingual tablet licensing fees, 9 K monthly (3 licenses at $3K a month during various clinical trials, much more money to come once any drugs are approved and sold worldwide), 118K annually.
Creme licensing fees, 50 K monthly. (5 licenses at $10K a month because of the ease of getting cremes to the market), 600K annually.
Settlement of lawsuit: 1 time payment of $2 Million.
So, in Q1 of 2018, OWCP might have $10 Million cash on hand, and will have poured millions into IRB and FDA studies for Multiple Myeloma, PTSD, and Fibromyalgia.
Revenue for 2016 would be half of the amounts above, so just shy of $25 Million. Earnings on that would be say $6 Million, or 4 cents per share. PE ratio is 145 in biotech, so $5.80 per share would be fair. Note, Forward PE in biotech is around 100 (so looking at $50 Million revenue in 2018, with $12 Million profit) that would be 8.5 cents profit per share, or $8.50 per share.
HOWEVER, the value would be higher based on where OWCP was with the various IRB and FDA clinical studies and/or trials.
Note that revenue should accelerate very quickly in 2018 and 2019, as cremes can be made available for acne, dermatitis, exzeme, etc, in a "cookie cutter" fashion. $20 per share in 2019 seems very reasonable to me based on the sale of various cremes alone.
AGAIN, I'm not an accountant so I could be comically, and laughably wrong on these estimates and my calculations! Happy to hear from someone more knowledgeable in this area.
Interesting mix of people and institutions following @OWCPharma on Twitter. Lots of pro MJ and MMJ folks and day traders everywhere!
What caught my eye is the number of people who are interested in Psoriasis. Looks like the forthcoming creme will have an immediate market via social media!

Banks aren't likely to touch any MMJ OTC stocks until cannabis is removed from Schedule 1. However, saying that no funds hold OTC stocks is false.
And with that, he rests his Case.
MMs make $$$ by buying shares from you and selling to me. In theory they make profit twice on each and every transaction. In practice, one MM might buy and another might sell. But over the course of a trading session the number of transactions generally net flat.
So on a tight spread they make a penny per share. Buy 100 shares at $10 from you, and sell those same 100 shares to me for $10.01.
When a stock is in play and volatile, like OWCP today, the spread widens and they make more money on each trade. Buy for .50, sell for .53 Boom. 3 times the profit.
The stock doesn't matter. The spread matters and when a stock is in play the MMs literally are printing money.
News is coming. Another advisory board addition.
So, anyone else notice the little slip in the announcement of 1/27?
Looks to me like TWO new people joined the advisory board.
The lead was:
USAA shows 0.60
Yup, looks like almost 3 million shares changed hands today.
Prediction: volatility will attract clay. Unless news come out tonight, we'll have a bear party tomorrow.
Yup, people are predictable and I can only imagine how many had stop loss orders at .50. They will log in to their accounts after work and see the MMs stole their shares.
Was looking at who is following OWCP on Twitter and found @fixmypsoriasis:
https://twitter.com/fixmypsoriasis
When $OWCP's psoriasis creme is approved, word is going to spread quickly. Of course I'll be happy when efficacy results are released, but I'll also be very happy for all the people who suffer from psoriasis who will be able to get relief.
Big banks are on the sideline until cannabis is removed from the schedule 1 listings:
http://fortune.com/2016/03/31/colorado-legal-marijuana-banking-cash/
Once banks have a green light, things are going to get very interesting in MJ and especially MMJ.
That's the interesting thing. I wasn't invested in $OWCP at that time, but a law firm handling an offering apparently dropped the ball and that caused the broker-dealer to dump something like 20 Million shares. As far as I can tell, that is what caused the stock to drop from .20 to .003. I wish I had know about the stock back then!!! OWCP has sent a letter to that law firm requesting $2 Million in damages. Once revenue starts coming in in Q2, I think we will see a lawsuit for negligence.
If you discount that clusterf*ck, you have a pretty strong looking chart.
I'm sure a lot of people look at that time period and assume this is a stinky pinky. That's good and bad, but it surely has kept the stock undervalued in my opinion.
Thanks, War!
I hear ya. Before MJ stocks I had never, ever invested in an OTC stock. These OTC MMs really piss me off, so I was thinking a reverse split would help get us uplisted faster. Totally understand your point. Splits and reverse splits are not very popular options nowadays.
What would you guys like to see managment do in 2017? Stock wise. Company wise I think everything is going great and the company has a modest goal list for this year!
But on the business side of things, here's my list:
1. Disclose the identity of the 3 States that have signed consulting contracts. In reality, likely due to NDAs, this won't happen. But it would make a great 8-K in that it shows Revenue. You know what, I'd be happy to just have the revenue from the consulting contracts posted. State IDs would be icing on the cake, but it sure would be great to stop hearing bashing about OWCP being "pre-revenue".
2. Reverse Split. 140 Million shares is a lot. LOL not compared to some of the stinky-pinkies with 2 Billion shares, but 140 Million is a lot of shares. Let's get down to 70 Million shares!
3. Uplist. Get us on the big board where we belong!!! NASDAQ ticker OWCP naturally, but NYSE ticker could be OWC.
$OWCP Go Long, go Strong!
Barchart shows $LIXXF as top 1% and 100% Buy
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/LIXXF
Can 2018 get here already!?! Can't wait for $OWCP to uplist to get away from these OTC MMs.
Anyone know the steps involved in an uplisting? I've read there is a minimum share price and revenues required to move up to NASDAQ. Recently read an article that said if cannabis is removed from schedule 1, banks can come in and then things will get very interesting for all MJ and MMJ OTC stocks.
Do yourself a big favor and remove the ticker from your watchlist. You don't want to know the price in 3 months, let alone 12 months. Bye Bye!
The more I research Jeffrey Friedland, the more I like his vision of $OWCP in 3 years.
If you haven't watched the video, please do: http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/cfn-media-exclusive-interview-with-jeffrey-friedland-advisory-board-member-owc-pharmaceutical-otcqb-owcp-2186139.htm
Mr. Friedland has over 5,000,000 shares of OWCP. Based on today's share price, he's an OWCP millionaire 3 times over.
However, the share price today, in 6 months, or even 12 months is not what's motivating Mr. Friedland. He's looking 3+ years out, specifically, at this:
I was wondering about the $100K investment in the Wall Street Conference in March and came across this article:
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/international-investors-reap-quick-88mm-paper-gains-in-u-s-cannabis-investment/
"OTC BB market makers (MMs) don't use fundamental and technical analysis. However, what they do realize is a lot of dumb money does use this newest nitch charting or TA (Technical Analysis) to run a stock either up or down. To the MMs this is like taking candy from a baby. Simply they will paint the tape and use whatever tactic to affect the charting bands. Thus the public and dumb money they will have eating out of their hands. Effectively the MMs can show a strong stock growing weak by manipulating the close price in order to generate selling volume, delaying trading time to manipulate trading activities, or even stalling the ask without honoring orders to hold a stock price."
https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/1xydch/market_maker_speaks_out_ways_of_a_market_maker/
IMHO, Technical Analysis works on NYSE/Nasdaq stocks that have (a) professional analysts covering the stock, (b) Options traders betting on future prices, (c) narrow bid/ask and good daily volume. I don't believe TA works on OTC stocks as the MMs simply wield too much control of prices.
@OWCPharma Tweeted this article a few hours ago.
I'm hoping that's because CA is one of the MMJ states that hired $OWCP as consultants. Can't wait to find out which 3 States signed up Dr. Baruch & Co.
OWC Phama CEO Ziv Turner interviewed in 11/3/16. Good info on the sublingual tablet and creme.

OWCP has ramped up its social media presence this year. Just another example of how OWCP is shareholder value friendly. Not paid PR, organic growth on Facebook and Twitter.
We have two massive hammers about to drop in the coming weeks.
First, the efficacy test. We all know what GWPH and AXIM did after efficacy results dropped.
Second, OWCP will drop another 8-K with details of the consulting agreements with the 3 mystery MMJ States. Sure, the agreements are likely for nominal cash value. However, what is the likelihood that a new MMJ state like CA or MA will take a look at OWCP's research and decide that delivery systems like creams or sublingual tablets are preferred over smoking or oils? Can you imagine if CA announced that it's MMJ program would only allow for CBD/HTC compounds to be used via creams or sublingual tablets?
No reputable, thoughtful doctor is going to tell a patient to "take two puffs and call me in the morning". Yes, maybe for patients who just need pain management. But for everyone else, especially children, the delivery method is key. OWCP has 2 proprietary delivery methods ready to go!
