If I were you I wouldn't invest in anything in 2016. Better stay out of everything til 2017!
They have no idea...
??
Actually VGTL's process scans the movie at 8k and reduces it back down to 4k. They're already way ahead of you. Go on their website and check it out.
Sounds great! Nothing like a little news to spur the pps! INMG is cooking away, quietly building value and revenue streams.
I don't know, I think he'll wait for one more financial report (Q4) before deciding to reduce the share structure. Although...if he does it now at this low pps, it would be cheaper for the company to buy them back.
A week ago we were cruising at .0006. Now look at us! Sustained above .0008. Let's see a Nasdaq ticker jump 33% in a week and hold!
Just the beginning my friends! And that's after pulling profits off the table!!!!
$100,000.00 purchase order is only the beginning.
No one is going to give a small startup a massive order without testing the company's ability first, least of all China. COMAC, China's national airline, has just produced a new smaller regional airliner similar in size to the old Boeing 727. They are on a fast track to produce a 737 size plane while Airbus is currently completing a finishing plant in China for final assembly of the aircraft they want to sell in China. Boeing is behind in that race but has similar plans. TPAC is the only manufacturer in China (and China requires that any part be acquired from a China manufacturer before outsourcing out of country) capable of producing these Navair approved spherical self-lubricating bearings.
Bill must be staring at the stock price and shrugging his shoulders watching the sell fest today. He probably knows that it was inevitable, given the stock's track record. But finally, legitimate news comes out, the company has just started receiving P.O.'s, a stock buyback is in progress or about to commence...and the stock drops 27%.
The 2nd level of support is .0007 and it's already bounced off of that.
Those who were attracted to the ballistic climb have sold off at a loss and those that bought in previously at .0005 and .0006 have joined in to grab some profits or panic sell, you decide.
Fine. The company is still good, actually in better position than ever. The stock has just changed hands is all. If you can get 'em at .0007 or .0008, better start buying. This is just the first of many orders and news releases that will occur this month and next.
We won't until the next 10-Q comes out.
Yeah, that is somewhat of a concern. VgTel basically lost 6 to 9 months of progress although they did manage to acquire MPSS in the process so they at least have a production facility.
You're right about that with regard to CEO, however, the last 8-K does have her as a interim CEO. Although it indicates planned negotiation on permanent CEO, and we've already passed that date, there is no requirement to file if the status is the same. She's still interim as far as filing is required which carries all the rights, privileges, and status of a CEO.
Thanks whitie. I noticed when I played around with the 2 line simple moving averages, it seemed like a (10,30) MA worked fairly well for shorter term investing indication but hey, most of the time DD trumped the chart analysis.
Conversion of 15-70 mm film to 4K and 8K.
I picked those numbers up from the stock chart analysis video earlier but what I was more interested in, that I don't have much experience with, are the 50 and 200 day MA's and what looks like a golden cross. Any comment on that or is what may or may not be a golden cross not important or significant with pink stocks?
So does the 200MA become the new support level or is it the 50MA? How does it look when you use a 50MA and a 15MA?
CES 2016 in Las Vegas January 6-9 could be big for VGTel as Ultra HD and 4K will be predominantly displayed and discussed. In addition, check out the news announced yesterday, Dec 8:
"The UHD Alliance (UHDA), an inter-industry group working on achieving consensus on standards involved in the display of 4K Ultra HD video in the home, said Tuesday that it has completed specifications for 4K Ultra HD displays, content and distribution and will formally announce them at CES 2016."
This directly would impact any producer or distributor of UltraHD or 4K content, like VGTel. Wonder if VGTel is waiting til that time to finalize whatever they're working on. You know AA and company will be at the show. It would be a great time to announce something (in conjuction with the biggest consumer electronics show of the year.)
@TPACbearings: There will be another significant press release tomorrow, 12/10. It pertains to one of the other stated objectives we are striving to meet
If you look on her facebook page she has quite a few businesses that are listed on her resume. She has no current listing as a CEO, whether VGTel or any other company although she does have a couple listed that she is no longer with. So it may be that her tenure as interim CEO has been extended. That would give her more options in the business world. The VGTel website does list her as CEO, not interim. So, it may be that her focus is on this company and her recent success tip video does involve VGTL. She has not indicated on social media involvement with any other company.
That would be great news. VGTL certainly fits the description of a struggling company doing things backwards that has a great product and has acquired assets (Motion Picture Scanning Services.)
Exciting times ahead.
Well, unless Tom does some tactical PR, I think we're going to go dormant for another couple months. Just means we won't be driving a new Ferrari til spring/summer 2016. Maybe he needs a pr rep that updates us once every two weeks on what's going on with productions like MofM, new projects in the works, and so forth. You know what could help, teaser previews of current projects with behind the scenes production crew interviews. Would be awesome and right up their alley. Would have to be well done and high def. None of this camera phone junk that's out there.
Anyway, having a good pr guy would free Tom up to be focused on production.

It will go up. Just slower than what was hoped for. Pumper PM'd me and blamed a couple of posters that were negative! Can you believe that?

It's just sour grapes. "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" News tomorrow will probably not be monumental, like an initial order for $10 million in bearings from Airbus, but it will give weight and substance to the positive direction TPAC is going in. And, it will be news, something everyone's been clamoring for.
Remember, this is a long play. I know that runs counter to pink trading. But solid companies on the big board gotta start somewhere. Why not here?
Volume at 80 million. Not bad for some kids from the sticks...
Search google for @tpacbearings and look at the two latest tweets from the company.
Buyers outweigh sellers 2:1!!!
Confirmed from TPAC on twitter: Press release tomorrow, December 9!
Excellent. Bill may have successfully inked an aquisition or contract for parts on this last trip to China.
Looking forward to tomorrow.
Sure glad i didn't offload another 3 to 5 million at .001...
I don't know where you're hearing 3 or 4 PR's this month with one today from. I just tweeted Bill yesterday asking "if the "major news" before the end of the year was still on", (yes, I used those exact words: "major news") and he tweeted back, "Yes, still on."
He has not indicated any other news and if you were around about a month ago, there were a bunch of posts back and forth trying to read into another previous tweet by Bill something that wasn't there. Bill had tweeted on Nov 9: "We'll have a PR when we have substantive news. I'm still in USA working on 2 of our objectives & making sales calls."
Many took that to mean "substantive news" was coming out or imminent. All he said was that if and when they got something worth reporting, they would report it in a PR.
If you have heard from Bill otherwise about PR, let us all know what he said exactly and where and when he said it. Otherwise, it sounds like euphoric pumping. It happened before when this went to .0014 and then crashed.
Look at all of these plays today. Whether buying or selling, we're talking low volume. 10's of thousands for each trade instead of millions. Even 50,000 at .0065 only yieds around $325 a trade. Beer money! Are there less shares to trade due to the longs locking the float by holding? If this pops, you will wish you had millions instead of thousands...
This is being held down for some inexplicable reason. The only thing I can come up with, given the nature of the business, is that the 10-Q that has been delayed, will show even more growth than the last one. Either that or it's gonna tank. After all the previous CFO just quit. Could there be something way out of whack with their financials? Maybe. But I doubt it. To me, the first scenario is much more likely. Could be a boomer up to $0.40 at the posting of their newest 10-Q We'll see...

I think that any share retirement is a trump card that Tom has and may opt to use when the timing is right. Certainly not until Q2, 2016.
The fact is, Tom has already stated that with the original shares that were retired at the time of the merger with GBGM, he felt that the current share structure, which we are looking at now, was acceptible.
I don't think he's going to need to retire shares as long as the financials continue to come in on the positive side. Would we all like it if he did? Sure! Will he look at the current PPS and decide to do it? Maybe. But the PPS would probably just start another gradual decline. Another one or two good quarterly reports is all that's needed.
Tom seems to be the kind of guys that's got the patience of an oyster.
Ugly when viewed from the outside, beautiful when allowed to produce the highly prized pearl over time.
That's INMG.
I sold 4 mil also at .0007. Couldn't resist, just to test the waters. Look at how many shares were sold at .0007 but the ask stayed at .0008. Nice. I've still got 60 mil and will hold and maybe we'll see this climb increase. It has the potential to drop back down to .0003 or .0004 before the news breaks under the right circumstances. But, if Bill is still on schedule "before the end of December" with the news, if it is "major news" like he said, no way to stop it from blowing the lid off whatever ceiling we thought it might have. If it involves COMAC, Airbus, or Boeing...good by to ever picking TPAC up on the cheap.
It's funny how the longer the wait for the contract approval with COO to be inked, the lower and more frequent the estimates of the upfront $$$. Nothing has changed as far as the number and type of patents co-developed with COO. There were a couple of posts that could be taken as slightly negative with respect to Coopervision's financials, but in actuality, they are doing quite well. The MM sitting on the .042 ask that refused to increase with .05 hits isn't helping much but in reality, regardless of how much the upfront money is, EPGL will not be able to be held down.
Hope the news catches Mr.042 by surprise...
Well, it was a nice thought anyway. At least we've got some support at .006. The 500 buy at .0074 was a nice gesture but seems like most are in a holding pattern right now until they hear something from the company.
Whoa!!! What's all this talk about needing news?
There's no real reason for Tom to have to put out any news.
1.) He's working his business plan.
2.) The business plan is successful. Revenues are coming in (latest 10-Q)
3.) If it's true that revenues are producing sufficient financing for his biggest projects like the much anticipated "Mountains of Madness", then this should be the most confidence building aspect for investors.
Here's the most important reason for us that no news is actually okay:
4.) If revenues were NOT supporting his projects (or lining his pockets if didn't care about the company), he would be concerned about the share price as he would need to sell his shares to finance his projects. In that case he would be promoting the stock price with all kinds of "fluff news" like a pump. But the mere fact that we really haven't heard from him other than a short video (which really only demonstrated he can put out a video), gives the impression that things are going well with the business end of INMG.
If the CEO of a company is not worried about the pps of his company, it generally means that things are under control within the company and that the 10-Q's that are issued every 3 months are sufficient to show solid growth. How many of us are actually longs and did not sell our shares for a 300% profit a few weeks ago when it went from .0002 to .0006? I'll bet many saw it as a chance to to make from 100 to 300% and took advantage of it, at least selling a significant amount of their shares. Most of us probably own in the tens of millions. That's where the selloff came from.
Some investors were screaming that Tom dilluted the stock by selling off. But he had no need to because of the revenue stream. All those millions of shares were held by some who kept pumping what could only be described as a mantra: "NO CONVERTIBLE DEBT!" It got to be tiresome and many who have been playing the subpennies knew that the handwriting was on the wall because we've seen it so many times before with other tickers. Pump and dump, not by the CEO, but by a group of stock leaches.
I've still got my tens of millions of shares. I haven't sold any but probably won't buy more as I don't want to be over invested in any one stock. The news will come out when the next quarterly gets published.
And if it's as good as Tom feels it will be, like he has said it will be, the pps will go up out of the trips.
I don't think Tom cares about the typical investor in the pinks. They get in and get out quick for a nice profit. Fair enough. But he is interested in long term investors as they generally do not cause tremendous fluctuations in the stock price and thus indirectly aid in the rise of the share price. It's to these type of investors that he directed his comments "to the shareholders and prospective shareholders" in his last interview. And if he does want to finance a significant video production and needs to captialize on some of his stock to do it, a nice pps obviously helps. But that only serves to build the business which in turn helps the share price. I'm sure Tom Coleman is more concerned about building his business right now and his promise in his interview about keeping the shareholders informed will happen in good time, once he's got some breathing room and some positive results from the video and other assets.
Like I said before, if you want to make some money, make some quick turnovers when the pps jumps. If you want to make some real money, have a lot of shares in your fist come the end of the first quarter of 2016 (and beyond.) But you've got to get them now while they're still in the low trips.
I hope you're right cause I'm in this one, but I'm wondering where you're getting your specific info from?
Yeah, it's only giing up because of that news that's supposed to come out at the end of this month. But 2 or 3 weeks until that news is a long time in the pink world and you can see how it went from .0008 to .0006 in a heartbeat on Friday so there's no real support right now.
Yeah, me too. For me, it doesn't much matter because the company DD is quite good so far. It could be that if Tom really establishes this as a player, the RS would not be a possibility if one of the major cable entertainment giants bought him out. Then you'd see a solid share price come through without an RS.
No way, unfortunately. It'd be great to see but there is no news to support even .0007. This should and probably will stay between .0003 and .0006 more than likely until "actual news" is released. Bill is optimistic, and if they've got everything in place ready to produce parts like he says, there could be news of a PO. He has been busy with negotiations. However, and this is huge, his good news is not dependent on him. It's dependent on other companies to give him their orders. They could tell him, "Well, Bill, looks like we'll be good for a contract signing around Christmas", and then something will happen to their cash flow or something else could come along and then he gets "the phone call", "Hey bill, yeah, how's things going? Great, great...hey listen, about that contract this year, listen, something's come up. What's that? No...no...everything looks good to go but our accountants say we gotta hold off til the first quarter on this purchase for tax purposes (or whatever) but I just wanted to call to let you know that we're still on board with you and we'll be seeing you sometime in January. Okay? Great! Yeah, good to talk to you too, Tom. See ya soon." Click.
And then Tom has egg on his face that's not really his fault because everyone here wants to hear news all the time. He's trying to give news and when it was in his control, like the building out of the factory and so forth, he was able to regularly give updates and photos. But we're out of that realm now. The ball is in someone else's court when it comes to purchase orders.
So be prepared for delayed news again. Doesn't mean the company's not legit. It's just the manufacturing business. It's all about sales. And they don't always come on schedule.
