Absolutely, I Am
I am a passionate shareholder of ERBB. I am also a passionate advocate for cannabis in general. My excitement waned a bit over the past few months because management foibles have made it hard to sustain enthusiasm. And in all honesty, I have been killing myself for the past few months working for the company I referred to in my last post which has taken too much of my time.
I still have concerns about American Green's ability to meet goals but by all means the company in operational. Just 15 months ago, my biggest concern was if ERBB was even a legit stock/company but those fears are not nearly as ominous at this point in time. American Green IS legit.
ERBB Has a Strong Following
You have to realize that not only does ERBB have some opinionated shareholders but the entire industry is full of passionate investors because it is a long fought cause. Rarely do you have a black market industry that is being illuminated by groundbreaking legislation. Even more exceptional is the ability to legally invest in cannabis entities.
Add to all that that ERBB has generated significant financial gains for many.
From a personal perspective, I own numerous blue chip stocks in an all-star portfolio but most of those stocks are just "holdings". With the exception of @APL, I don't own a single other stock that brings me pride as a shareholder. Along the same lines of @APL, as a shareholder of ERBB, I have seen repeated calls from people saying the stock is garbage or it is going nowhere.
Time will tell. Message boards posts will not. I agree the "ERBB ON" calls with zero substance are tiresome. However, so is the senseless bashing of ERBB. The company has come a long way in the past few months. Barely 6 months ago, bashers were posting that ERBB was being investigated by the SEC, the Zazzz machine was vaporware and so on.
Its All About the MONEY
At this point in the game, hype will not get it done. Last year this time the hype was at the all time high and people did not care about actual revenues or even legitimate business models.
To the contrary, today most of the shady companies have been weeded out but PRs and future prospects will no longer move stocks.
ERBB has emerged as a clear leader with management that is trying to make a real run in the cannabis space. Despite the operational activity, it seems that investors are still wary because the revenues are only trickling in.
Aside from a big money player swooping in to move the stock, ERBB will likely not move until significant revenue is realized. Q1 earnings should be very interesting considering American Green release a PR stating that revenues have doubled every month since September 2014. Should this pattern continue through to next ER, there could be an explosion to the upside.
Until then ERBB will linger. The .01+ pps is still up nearly 500% since about 15 months ago.
If ERBB dips below a penny I will be a buyer. I am still holding my swing trade with the entry below .0125 but my timeline is approaching as Q1 is closing.
More Eyes, More Buys, More Highs
That's the idea right?
American Green is shaping up to be a real player in the cannabis sector. The vending and cultivation equipment are great entries into the cannabis market without relying on revenues directly from THC sales. A vending machine shouldn't face any more scrutiny for selling THC products than the companies who make the canisters that hold flower or the security system installer at a dispensary. If the government is ready to take tax dollars from THC sales, it's time we acknowledge the right for companies to profit from those sales too.
ERBB has had its share of growing pains but like the stalk of a plant, it's often good to stress the branches to create a stronger growing shoot.
Zazzz is happening and now American Green has the zazzznetwork.com to back it up. The company is making a legitimate go at this and 2015 will be the proving ground. If some of my Zazzz calculations are correct, .50 is still in the cards. The Zazzz machine and network and ultimately the Tomassi patent could be worth several $100m so even with 3.9b shares, ERBB could see a quarter.
Cricket, You Got it Right
American Green has established itself as a real player in the cannabis space. After a few transitory years, the company has legs to stand upon and the debate about whether ERBB is "legit" has been put to rest. Right now the focus is on what sort of returns the company (and shareholders) will see from continuing operations.
Before long, I expect investment capital to be flowing into ERBB.
Month to Month Revenues Have Doubled Since September
Thats pretty significant considering those revenues DO NOT include Zazzz figures.
Now that Zazzz is rolling out, the next ER should give a glimpse into what is to come. Hopefully, Zazzz will be generating income by the next report.
I'm not expecting a blow out, but by all appearances a business structure is in place so money is being made.
Unimaginable Potential for the New Legal MJ Industry
The DotCom boom comprised of explosive technological growth but it was mostly limited to expanding the digital sector. The cannabis industry crosses into all sectors of industry: agricultural, medicine, growth/consumption technology, real estate, employment, law enforcement.....rarely does one industry encompass all sectors of economy and society.
American Green has a multitude of directions for capitalizing on the many growing shoots of the cannabis space. The "seed to sale" mantra is hopefully being executed as 2014 brought many advancements with OGTea, Truth Lighting, Jurassic H2O and Green Universe.
Of course those entities could be substantial revenue sources but we all want I see Zazzz take hold. So far it's been tease after tease without any follow through.
ERBB's due
Agreed, Not a Let Down
I certainly did not expect a repeat of last year. The hype from seeing lines in the first days of CO legalization sparked the rally but a lack of follow through regarding income, at least with publicly traded companies is why the MJ index lost steam.
At this point we need to see some sort of revenues with AG. The only monies coming in for ERBB will be via Jurassic h2o, Truth Lighting and OG Tea as well as a trickle from apparel. Zazzz won't be bringing on any revenues yet.
Is American Green Ready for Real Gains?
Here comes a real make or break moment for American Green. As cyclical momentum returns to the cannabis space, so to does the chance to develop sustainable gains by executing business objectives. The past year has been boom and bust but perhaps the new year brings new reason to cheer.
At the end of 2014 AG treated interested parties to some exciting pictures and a video update displaying corporate activity. By all means the media is promising. The market is ready for Zazzz and I hope this time American Green is ready too.
It's also been a great year or so since Shearin joined the team. He has brought a lot to the table and I have no doubt he is working hard to legitimize ERBB.
The first PR of the year should be interesting.
Clay Bandwagons Momo w Simple TA
I like his stuff but he clearly comes around with the momo. He was ghost when ERBB was trading in the summer doldrums and didn't return until the autumn pop over .02
Of all the nonsense I've read here, such as fools who think triple bottoms are bearish, Clay provides accurate albeit extremely simplified TA.
GAP CLOSED! That's About It
The bearish engulfing candlestick is ugly on the chart but so was that gap. I prefer that the gap was closed sooner rather than having it loom over (under) subsequent rallies. That gap would have been staring down any big rally and making upward movement less sustainable.
But let's also address the recent PR. Great news by all means but ERBB has the tendency to make groundbreaking announcements followed by drastic underperformance or even a complete failure to deliver. AG needed good news and while the recent PR was exactly that, it also fell short on actionable news. The month over month growth would be better released in a future earnings report than a PR and let's face it, ALL WE WANT IS THE DAMN PR ABOUT RELEASING THE ZAZZZ MACHINES. One step further would be a video of an inaugural customer sales via a Zazzz machine.
As for my recent trade that is being logged on this thread, starting with the sub-.012 buy, I'm still holding until Q1 2015 and will not waver from that timeline.
Ok, Ok Heads Above Water
I timed my recent "plung" pretty well. Up about 25% so far but no plans to take profits yet. This swing will carry through Q1 of 2015.
I'm thinking if the recent PR is legit, the numbers could start blowing some minds and hopefully blowing up some bank accounts!
It's Weird and Interesting but No New Info
Who knows where it can me from? Timmy Sykes, the porky and perpetually snarling piglet has his name on it but did it really come from him? Pud the 3 stocks are just 3 of many MJ plays. I like the YTD percentage gain on ERBB showing it to be a real champ amongst the other 2. If ERBB could get a market cap equal to the top company on that list (GWPeeH, $1.1b) ERBB would be worth nearly .30! Possible? Yes. Likely? No. But it's like lotto, gotta be in to win
And thats why I added some ERBB today and earlier in the week. There is a chance the annual MJ market cycle repeats and now is part of the cyclical low. With any luck, the Q1 highs will come around again in 2015 and maybe AG can finally get Zazzz to market, providing a fundamental boost to the company's value. The position I established recently is purely swing trading for those cyclical moves. I will be dumping those new shares at .01 or over the next few months as ERBB moves upwards. If ERBB hits .01, I'll consider reestablishing a position around .0075.
Do They Though? DiZazzster Is All I See
"in which actually has a solid business model, as AmericanGreen appears to currently have going for it"
I thought AG had a lot going for them but the past 2 months shattered that opinion. Ludicrous delays on Zazzz, unaccounted for OneBode sale, unaccounted for 180m share buyback, unaccounted for $1.17m Jurassic order (not to mention mis-PRed quote of $1.7m)......
AG "appears" to have a lot going for it in the same way The Bachelor "appears" to have people looking for a life partner but is cast with mostly out of work actors.
So far not a single word AG has PR'ed has come true. Zazzz is a diZazzzter. The other entities are not even close to being online.
You Should Really Learn TA
The technical patterns you are discussing, DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BOTTOMS are BULLISH PATTERNS! Yet you are acting as if they are otherwise. Stop trying to scare people and educated yourself. If the double or triple bottom does "break" all that means is the pattern is invalid and the stock will not breakout back to the higher levels.
A DOUBLE TOP OR TRIPLE TOP is a bearish patter but ERBB is nowhere near forming that.

Taking the Plung - ERBB Swing Trade
I'm still thoroughly disappointed by AG's performance. I'm less concerned about ERBB because this is pennyland after all. I'm not particularly concerned about the poor stock performance except in how it correlates with the miserable operational execution at American Green.
But I'm a buyer today. I'm getting in for a swing trade over the next few months based upon the MJ market cycles of the past 3 years. In 2012 when CB!S popped I was truly shocked. In 2013 when it was MJN@'s turn to fly, I was somewhat ready for it and by 2014, I loaded the boat, making a mint.
While I don't expect 2015 to be nearly as spectacular as 2014's entire MJ market explosion, I want to put some new money on the table.
I've added to my position here with some disposable shares.
Let it rip ERBB!
@LPR Cmon, Hotstocked? Really?
Those chumps are on par with Brochstein. They know zip about cannabis and about as much about stocks. I wouldn't take vodka recommendations from those clown, much less investing/trading insight.
ERBB has its share of problems but those 2 Eastern European donkeys are pure comedy and do nothing to highlight the real issues.
On Deck for ERBB
Any day now we should be hearing about what the heck is going in with Zazzz. I want to be excited but reality has set in. Delays, false promises and unnecessary updates have squandered any reasons to get excited. We need to see legitimate proof of customers using Zazzz machines on a regular basis.
Also coming up is Colorado's 1 year anniversary of legalization. But all means it has been a stunning success. The state is estimated to take in $150m plus in new tax revenue directly from legal cannabis sales, residual benefits have been job creation and a real estate spike as growers are purchasing long abandoned warehouses. Keep in mind Colorado is a state with a small population. An interesting set of numbers yet to be reported is what sort of money was saved by preventing wasteful arrests for simple possession.
What happens when the heavily populated East Coast states get into the legalization game? This could be a game changing industry. Let's hope ERBB gets their act together because the opportunities are phenomenal.
Another Fact: Triple Bottoms are Bullish
My view of ERBB may not be so popular these days becuase of that negative sentiment stickied above, but there are no disputing facts such as a triple bottom being a bullish technical indicator. For someone to claim otherwise shows either an ulterior motive or just plain ignorance, in both cases enough to dismiss that person's sentiment.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERBB&p=D&yr=0&mn=4&dy=0&id=p84514984508
The triple bottom setup is in tact. None of the 3 dips are lower than the preceding lows. The first low of .0113 is lower than the second at .0115 and the recent low of .0123 is higher than both pervious dips.
I don't find much conviction or commitment to double and triple bottoms. Technical patterns rarely perform as indicated and far more fail to play out despite all the supposed chart snapshots of textbooks setups. The only techincal indicators that seem to play out are Golden/Death Crosses, bollinger resistance and gaps. I've made some money of cup and handle formations and a few other candlestick patterns but it really isn't a precisely science.
Enough Kvetching, Now for the Bull Case
I've made it pretty clear that I'm disgruntled as an ERBB shareholder but I can't stand just complaining about problems when the time could be better spent exploring solutions. I still feel this company has a chance. There is still some fight in the dog and it's not ready to be taken out behind the barn. The following is my opinion of what American Green needs to do in an effort to bring value to ERBB:
Zazzz
Get the damn thing to market already!
I'm sick of hearing that AG doesn't want to release a less than ready prime time player. They've already done that, and then re-released it, and then re-designed and re-released it again so I'm calling bullshit there. Put the darn machine in the 6 supposed shops, plug it in and use the real world feedback to expand as needed. Maybe even hire reps to routinely check on the machine, discuss it with customers and observe use in the field. But most important, stop tinkering around with new designs and other crap.
MOST IMPORTANT WITH ZAZZZ GOING FORWARD IS GETTING A CREDIBLE DEMO VIDEO OF THE MACHINES USE INVOLVING AN ACTUAL PURCHASE. Shoot a legitimate video with Stephen showing a customer how to use the machine;
I'm not talking about a quick iPhone video or news soundbite with little substance.
Show Stephen explicitly explaining each step, especially the verification process. Also show someone getting denied access to prove the ID process is legit.
OneBode
Disclose WTF is happening. At this point it doesn't matter good or bad, but it is the uncertainty that makes the situation so volatile. I'm more worried about this topic than almost anything else because it could have far reaching legal consequences of not properly handled.
Jurassic Water
The $1.17m order has become a bit of a unicorn and hasn't showed up on balance sheets. Again of similar concern as the OneBode issue, but also another example of a failure to meet demand.
Shareholder Conference
Stephen needs to gather his druthers and communicate with shareholders. This doesn't have to be some sort of live streaming conference but it shouldn't be yet another "interview" on some burner media outlet. The company needs to come clean about operations because, again, the lack of guidance is perhaps more disturbing to shareholders than the executions failures.
Share Float / Uplisting
I'm not terribly concerned with the large float. If American Green could reach even my lowest of revenue projections they would be making money by now. And if those goals were met, the company could aggressively buy back shares in an effort to get uplisted. Of course, this all assumes that operational goals were met but that clearly has not happened.
Guys I like American Green but in its current state the company is not healthy.
"Terrible Business Execution" for AG is Not IMO
Unless the definition of business success has completely changed, it is incontrovertible fact that American Green has failed multiple times at their business execution.
1. Zazzz - promised (delayed) for 2 years, claims of 1000 machines in 12 months back in early Q1 2014, released in April 2014, 7 weeks go by before that 1 machine is finally placed after delays, then it's not operational for months. 1 more placement at a new location, still not in use. 6 supposed contracts at new locations but the release of a new generation of machine results in further delays. Current status: 2 of 1000 machine placed, then replaced, ultimately zero operational machines in 3/4 of the projected timeline and ZERO revenue
2. OneBode - $3m "sale" that has yet to be accounted for? Doesn't bode well for other supposed acquisitions
3. $1.17m Jurassic Water order that hasn't been accounted for and was originally erroneously PRed as a $1.7m sale. Hmmm....again doesn't bode well for other supposed sales or contracts.
4. Botched live streaming conference.
I'm sorry but these are facts and this is piss poor execution. You can't play favorites here. If this were a term paper to be graded by a professor it would be an F.
Folks I'm not going to utter the scary alphabet guys regulating the markets just yet but points 2 and 3 worry me the most
Don't See Glass Popping VAPE but.........
I agree that hopefully last quarter's earnings aren't indicative of future earnings.
I've been pretty harsh on VAPE and I shouldn't be, especially sine I just picked up more shares today at 1.
The valuation of this company is so drastically under appreciated, it's kind of absurd. At <$10 market cap, I find it almost insane not to buy here. There is a real risk of further collapse to sub-dollar levels but when comparable MJ stocks are valued at $50-100m+ on far less revenue, not to mention no real products, how can VAPE still be so low?
Rags this is Economics, Not Law
A company's success is not beholden to the same grounds as a legal defense. This isn't "innocent until proven guilty" or in the case of commerce "successful until proven failed." American Green needs to prove that there is a viable business and over the past several months, the company has failed to do so. Therefore the market has spoken and barring some fundamental shift or brief technical bounces, ERBB will continue lower.
I wish this weren't the case. I'd be much happier (and wealthier) if ERBB was at .25 with Zazzz machines deployed across the Union but right now the long term prospects are looking dim. I'd be the first to applaud the OGTea or Truth Lighting or Green Universe acquisitions but the lack of full disclosure and accounting for OneBode has me a little shaken. Inking a stencil of American AmGreen's logo onto a lighting array and tweeting a picture of the unit is not proof of ownership.
Johnny, I See the Glass Contains Water
I don't see the glass as half full.
I don't see the glass as half empty.
I do see that there is water in the glass.
And the only thing that matters is if I'm thirsty.
I don't want to debate who has "spent more time and effort researching ERBB." I've been here a while, I know ERBB well. Hopefully you can read that I'm no fool and maybe you've even seen my style somewhere. I've also had close communication with Stephen and company, all positive interactions.
The long term vision is what worries me. Nine months ago that vision was looking great. Zazzz was coming to market, AG was developing the brand in new and exciting ways. But today it's falling apart. And now you're already talking Mach 3?!?
I'll tell you in the decade since I starting piling money into @APL, through all the 30-60% pullbacks I always stuck to the long term vision. Unfortunately, ERBB does not have the capital, the business model or the proof of product that can sustain the company.
At the current rate, there is no long term for ERBB. The company cannot continue to endless pile up debt without revenues. Period.
These ARE Facts
The Zazzz rollout has been an abject failure. Period. If you were the Zazzz project leader, would you be pleased with the results to date? I would be downright embarrassed and ashamed at my inability to manage deadlines/expectations but more so at how badly clients and shareholders have been let down
The Montana's event was mediocre with a poor turnout and a patchwork machine on display. I was enthusiastic back then because up until that point, the long-promised MJ vending machine from Tranzbyte had not taken physical form. The carrot was finally dangled in plain view.
But in the weeks after the Montana's launch, the Zazzz machine had not even been physically placed at Herbal Elements. It wasn't until much later that a machine was finally plunked down at HE but even then it was not operational due to alleged "legal compliance" or software or whatever poorly crafted excuses. What should have been an exciting inaugural Zazzz vending sale event was replaced with months of delays to the point where nobody can verify a single sale from Zazzz. And that is a fact: to date there is only 1 video of a man "acquiring" a product from Zazzz but the video does not show him using any special ID devices or give a step by step demo of verification, selection, dispensing......the rest if the videos are of AG employees using the machine, Stephen and Greg.
Fast forward to September and American Green announces half a dozen more dispensaries across the country with "signed contracts" to lease Zazzz machines. Woo freakin who, now ERBB should be gaining value! The Zazzz has had its "beta" period at HE and they should be ready to rock and rollout!
Nope. Instead we are greeted by Mach 2?!??! Wait, the "Mach 1" hasn't even been in operation? And the new machine is infinitely more complicated by including a flat-touchscreen that will require hi-res strain/brand specific media just for customers to know what they're buying
Whatever, the PR says it will be out in mid October, so I guess it's all good.
Early October arrives......
Wait.......American Green tweeted something about more software testing? Seriously, tweeted? More delays? This is where I became suspect because that "software" delay made me really wonder about what the Mach 2 has to offer and I was not impressed. Mainly I realized, these delays would be significant and before long, it's mid-November with not a single Mach 2 placed and yet another indefinite delay until December.
I fail to see where Zazzz is a success and why people are acting like I a "spinning" a yarn here. Sure AG has brought forth the long overdue MJ vending machine but several months after the "release", there is still not a dime being generated by what will soon be the second generation of the machine. What really scares me is with lack of transparency regarding the OneBode sale, the lack of accounting for the supposed $1.17m Jurassic Water unit order and other general failures at AG, how are we supposed to believe AG even owns the Tomassi patents for vending controlled substances.
Fundamental Disaster, Technical Opportunity
Face the facts, American Green is an unmitigated fundamental disaster right now. The company has a great product in the Zazzz machine but amateurish execution has all but squandered any advancements, moreover revenues. If those foibles weren't bad enough, American Green has a year's worth of completely unreliable and unverifiable information regarding acquisitions, partnerships and sales. All this has left ERBB in the lurch during a time when it should be breaking away from the mangy pack of mj stock dog.
Let me be absolutely frank here, I no longer view American Green or ERBB as a good "investment". Even just a few weeks back I may have said different, but after reading the recent (in true AG style, delayed) earnings report, there are so many glaring questions that I consider ERBB to be waaaay too risky to "invest". While I do still have trust in management and do not see the company as a fraud or a scam, I currently have almost no confidence in their ability to get the money flowing, at least from operationally generated revenue. This is quite a disappointment. The countless Zazzz failures, the lack of OneBode numbers, the lack of the $1.17m (mis-PRed $1.7m) Jurassic Water Order.....how are we supposed to believe OGTea or Truth Lighting have really be acquired?
However, this sentiment has brought ERBB to an interesting technical level. There is some "support" at the current price. Take that with a grain if salt though because if ERBB does clip below .01, there is absolutely zero support below a penny since the stock went parabolic through the sub penny range. Most technical indicators are bottomed and this time of the year has been the cyclical low for mj penny plays.
Before my PM inbox gets flooded please consider that I am just calling it how I see it and putting it out there. I'm not trying to influence ERBB (that's done with capital, not irrelevant message board rants or activity). I also don't need advice on selling because I'll buy or sell on my timeframe, not based on obnoxious ad hominem attacks.
Hotstocked? Speaking of DOGS.....
You find better financial advice (and writing) by reading the ingredients list on a bag of dog food. The last Hotstocked video was almost worthy of an Edward R Murrow Award. And you wanna talk about pooches, that female reporter had the eloquence of drunk speaking through a kazoo.
ERBB has it's share of issues but of all the MJ plays, it has unique advantages. The company has peripheral technology that services the booming industry of legal cannabis. Getting these goods to market has been challenging but if AG can get a foothold, there could be some serious revenues in the near to mid term.
But probably not on this earnings report. If it ever comes out.
So High Minded and Helpful
You should get out more. I live in the 2nd largest metropolitan area and know plenty of people who consume and/or own all the goods you speak of. Except Hive. I have also visited several paraphernalia shops in the LA area and not one carries Hive. Most proprietors will tell you that ceramic is not nearly as popular as titanium.
But you keep up your angry, condescending rants about what this "great" company is up to. Just keep in mind, just because YOU believe it to be true, doesn't make it so.
Oh Jethrow So Much Anger
And so little to back it up.
$40 to $1 pps speaks louder than your ranting. That says it all to me.
But heres some more...
And last I checked "Instagram following" does not a company make. As for your branding claims, you know how I know Hive products aren't well branded, cause I don't know a single person who knows, much less uses a VAPE/Hive product. That may not be saying much but back in the day Roor, Protopipes….today G-Pens, Cloud Pens, Volcano, o.Pen Vape, Bhang Bars, Chubby Hubby, Dixie…..nobody, NOBODY I know uses Hive.
Put simply, I know a lot more than you think
HIVE Supply About As Stupid As It Gets
VAPE is going to help with "brand management and marketing" for OTHER companies. Their brand is a joke and they can't even market their own wares, how on earth would they help others in such endeavors?
PPS Doesn't Scare Me, Management Does
Some of us have seen ERBB at the .0015 lows and had the courage to buy the stock then. I am not concerned with day to day or even weekly and monthly pps swings.
What concerns me is management's inability to make things happen. The Zazzz machine holds enormous potential, along the explosive lines of RedBox. There is absolutely a significant demand for weed vending machines as have been used by dispensaries across California.
But American Green management has repeatedly failed to bring Zazzz to market. By now they have squandered the interest of clients, customers and shareholders alike.
Lets not put the cart before the horse. When I see a picture or video of an actual customer using Zazzz maybe my excitement will be renewed. Until then, Zazzz is a quarter ton piece of vaporware of which seems to only be in existence in order to show development of IP.
Bullish Engulfing Candlestick Indeed, Short Coverfest?
With the combination of a strong bounce that lead to a bullish engulfing candlestick and a flood of comical "bashers", could this be the sign of a turnaround?
I would think today's bounce comes from short covering, perhaps in anticipation of earnings. Personally, I don't expect much from the already delayed report but I wouldn't want to be short going into Friday. ERBB is already nearing the recent lows and no smart trader shorts at the lows when a stock is beatdown.
I'd like to see ERBB rebound to the .03 range but considering recent operational failures don't expect much.
Is This the Level of Investors in ERBB?
I see a lot of yammering but it sure doesn't translate into directional movement for ERBB. Then only thing that moves a stock in buying and selling, not posting rando, dated non-sense on message boards. Thankfully the bashers have moved on becuase people could post all the "news" American Green did not follow through with like failed Zazzz "launches", completely mysterious OneBode sales......
I didn't see the $1.45 painted of the tape but I can guarantee that in ERBB's current state there isn't a single chance the company will reach a $1b+ market cap with the current operational execution.
There's lots of big talk here but zero follow through both from the company and it's "investors." All the message board spamming is done by dreamers with small fries who are not backing their words with investment capital.
"Whiny Cry Babies?" Nope. Just Concerned Investors
It's completely unfair and absurdly inaccurate to label the recent ERBB backlash as being whiny. This company has repeatedly failed to meet their self imposed deadlines! PERIOD! American Green has let down clients, consumers and shareholders alike. The Zazzz Mach 2 was due out in the end of October, then delayed to November, and now it's pushed to December. AND THIS IS AFTER ENDLESS DELAYS SINCE THE "LAUNCH" IN APRIL. Only a fool would still be starry-eyed over upcoming Zazzz announcements, more so an insane fool because repeating the same crap over and over while expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
Yes Zazzz is only "one part" of ERBB's business, but it's the biggest part, the part that can put AG over the $100m market cap. Sorry but mom and pop grow shops and nutrient brands are not what is going to put ERBB into the .10s and beyond.
Oh and let's see all the other ERBB screw ups;
Failed first ever live streaming investor conference.
OneBode, wtf is up with that sale?
Rex Chapman, ERBB spokesman gets pinched for stealing from the Apple store
Yo! MasterCard?
RFID?
The list goes on of screw ups with not one single triumph.
Faith is NOT Rooted in Reality
I make investments based on faith (in my DD) but I sell them due to reality.
The "faith" part of me is the side that knows a networked cannabis vending machine could be goldmine. I have seen traditional machines used to vend weed in California and you can have faith, when you are standing in line behind a 45 year old woman buying wax and a vapor pen for the first time, having access to a vending machine is an out that can save you a half hour at least. Zazzz has potential to propel American Green back over the $100m market cap. My most "faithful" prediction for ERBB put the stock over .20 based on sales projections and comparable peaks of another vending machine stock.
But now for a dose of reality.
The Zazzz rollout has not been fruitful. For those who are asking for proof of failure, please switch your phone over to camera mode and shoot a video of yourself purchasing an mJ based product from a Zazzz machine. Yes I have seen the machine, yes I know Stephen and Greg can put money into the slot an stuff will fall out but we have never seen anything else, except 1 random video from this summer where an anonymous person uses a Zazzz machine. The professional news reports never show a reporter using their ID and being denied a sale, or even using a biometric scan to be denied.
It is not a contradiction to say I have seen the Zazzz but then I question about the accuracy of the actual operation of said machine. Look, if I threw a wheel-less skateboard at your feet and said it was a hoverboard, maybe even showed you a quick video of me hoverboarding, would you believe me based on "faith" or would you want to see it get airborn before you bought one from me?
Basically, like many others I'm frustrated by what should be a strong company that is still floundering despite a great product. Customer accessed, non-biometric MJ vending machines already have proof of concept, they're in use in CA and gaining in popularity. Zazzz is losing ground everyday and risks being irrelevant regardless of patents. Also frustrating is the moronic level of dialog in the cannabis space, starting with "professional" MJ analysis and amateur cheerleading.
I'll take my medicine. A dose of reality isn't enough to clear out my ERBB position and only a fool sells MJ stocks this time of year. For the past 3 years, November and December have been the time to buy weed stocks but I don't anticipate the same hype in 2015 as the market saw in 2014.
"Used?", "Videoed?" Hardly
The videos that exist are 1 of 2 options:
Amateur cell phone video
Or
Novelty TV exposure.
The former are utterly useless clips of Stephen, Greg or some random stoner getting a single item. Never once has one of the amatuer videos show a credible sale or a basic demonstration of biometric ID device. There is a complete lack of even the simplest of Zazzz sales being recorded in a step by step manner. The only, yest THE ONLY amateur video on YouTube showing a purchase from a Zazzz machine is from June, almost 6 months ago. Since then it's all been Stephen with nonsensical 2 minute clips that show nothing.
And then there's the professional media "exposure". Great! Love it! Except there no real machine to follow it up. The news reports focus on the novelty while Stephen preaches how revolutionary the Zazzz will be. Unfortunately, after all the exposure, there are absolutely zero follow up stories about the success of Zazzz. Once again, even the professionally produced reports do little to display the "features" of the Zazzz machines.
I've done DD as well. Met with Stephen, Greg, seen the Mach 1 operate before my very eyes and once the initial excitement wore off, I am starting to wonder what I am holding with ERBB. For those who have asked, I prefer not to send this directly to Stephen because it will get to him without my help. I just hope to get people to critically look at the failures here and want to help bring legitimacy to ERBB by holding the company and officers responsible for their words.
Let Down for Shareholders, Clients and Customers Alike
December huh? At this point, further delays by a month don't mean squat because as others have noted, delays are the only consistent business plan at American Green. When it comes to Zazzz, the company has met with failure upon failure to the point where clients, shareholders and customers shouldn't care about anything except seeing the first verifiable sale via a Zazzz machine.
See, when marijuana became legal in Colorado there were loads of stories about the first customers to buy recreational weed across the state. Same thing in Washington. Plenty of footage exists of the demand and excitement for cannabis. With the Zazzz the only footage that even exists is a bunch of amateur and news media demo videos with Shearin showing the absolute minimal use of the machine. The most recent is a ridiculous look at the flat screen Mach 2 with no demo of any biometric devices, nor even a feature of the dispensing mechanism. To date nobody has a clue if the Doctors Orders machine is operational and the same goes for Herbal Elements.
At this juncture, I'm beginning to think the only hope for Zazzz is as a patent trolling device for American Green to claim as evidence that they are trying to "develop" the IP. What comes to mind is Cisco slapping an "iPhone" sticker on a phone to protect their trademark on that moniker. The Zazzz Mach 2 is actually version 3.0 because first it was the Fat Albert coffin version of Zazzz, then the skinny version that never materialized aside from novel graphic renders, and now the Fat Albert Zazzz is back with a flat screen facelift and the fancy, but inaccurate label of Mach 2.
Regardless, I'm over the antics and would like to see some progress. The recent AG PRa haven't even been worthwhile reads, including a "recap" of election results. The acquisitions of MJ related entities are compelling but these are expenses that will not bring ERBB to $100m+ valuations. And now yet even more delays of Zazzz into December.......oy vey!
My recent negativity towards ERBB has brought on numerous PMs about being disloyal or amateurish....too bad. I'm not trying to make friends, I'm trying to make money. This is a potentially explosive market as we have seen in the past few years during the first quarters. The hope here is that one year the MJ markets will finally take off without crashing and burning as they have over the past few years. We are the pioneers here. Unlike any time in history, the small guys have the chance to seize this marijuana industry before the big guys snatch up all the market share. The major money institutions, drug companies and adult products industries cannot openly enter the cannabis sector due to tenuous legal issues. But we as investors can. We are like goldfish only limited by the access to food for growth.
Unfortunately American Green is currently starved of value. I really want ERBB to succeed as much or more than I want the entire sector to flourish but this company has repeatedly failed to create brand value or sustainable value. Don't tell me to sell and move on because if that's your argument you are only kidding yourself. For the drone who PMed me saying they doubt my position, keep pumping your pom-poms and don't engage me with ad hominen objections. Instead explain why I am wrong using facts.
I can be a strong proponent of a company's business but even with a company like Apple, there are flaws that must be discussed. Historically now is the time to buy and I did some small buying around this level a few months back. I may pick up a few more share if ERBB dips below .01 but there is going to be a lot of resistance going up and little support going down considering ERBB is still up about 700% YTD.
Reversal? I'm Not Seeing That At All
Technically I see a hanging man candlestick after a week of putting in lower lows and lower highs. It's pretty bearish right now.
Couple that with yet another fundamental flop from further Zazzz delays and ERBB is starting to smell pretty bad.
I'm sick of the nonchalance about these incessant delays. I would be extremely embarrassed if I were AG management. They are letting down customers and shareholders alike.
As far as I'm concerned I DGAF about "more machine placements" or bullshit projections. I don't care to see yet another video of Stephen or Greg in front of the Zazzz on social media or professional media outlets, I just want to see evidence of one single sale via the Zazzz machine.
As a shareholder I ashamed, I'm disillusioned and I'm growing thin on patience. And I'm a large holder. Unwinding my position will definitely have an impact on ERBB.
Zazzz Giving New Meaning to Vaporware
It's getting absurd. In fact this is downright embarrassing and it is getting more difficult to support American Green with each day. There are only so many times that AG can "release" the Zazzz machine before people just stop caring. I'm pretty close to that point after all this time.
I really want to believe the Zazzz machine is coming to market and I wish I wasn't saying "I told you so" but after hearing of another predictable delay, I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD HAPPEN. A few weeks ago, I posted that it is embarrassing that AG missed the self-imposed end of October deadline and that missing the then delayed November deadline would be a huge black eye. Guess what? AG took another beating and is left with another black eye.
Now that all the election hype is dead, American Green once again has zero, zip, zilch to show and in turn, ERBB will slip back to previous lows unless this company can get their act together.
Screw Florida. DC Is Where it Mattered
Sorry for those of you from FL but the state is a joke. Many of the cities there are built on drug money. OxyContin use and abuse is a major epidemic there, far, far more than any other state as reported by a detailed Vice News report. The state couldn't even get the presidential vote right, much less convict Casey Anthony for being responsible for the death of her child.
Oregon news is great but somewhat expected despite the previous legalization attempt in 2012.
But I'll say it again, Washington, D.C. is the most symbolic and most significant legalization to date. IT'S THE NATION'S CAPITAL PEOPLE! There is absolutely no more important district, city or state that is more symbolic in the legalization battle.
This is a victory and the spoils will be coming soon. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but soon enough.
ERBB now has yet another new market to sell their Zazzz hardware as well as ancillary goods.
