Big dump at .005 giving me a fill, I imagine we should see a T-trade after hours, the seller appears to still be around.
continued buying down to 50 cents, I'd like to trade it even in this range but i feel like its too cheap to be selling under 75 cents, but maybe we are in a new paradigm of a bear market where all of these small caps are experiencing a price adjustment that wont be able to easily recover, I just dont know but how cheap can they get is the question i continue to grapple with. Regardless PRPO always recovers and sometimes its breathtaking, best to be patient and accumulate on pullbacks
I am baffled by the price action on this company with what they have, market cap is now 1/3 of revenues, granted they burn about 5 mill/quarter but supposedly improving operations. I mean what changed, its not like the burn rate went up. Anyway I have been accumulating down to the current price, I'd like to go in heavier right here actually, depends on cash position.
CVAT will continue to be a great opportunity to trade, while I didnt expect it to make it back to the mid-teens, so be it, if I had more cash I would have bought more heavily but i will take what I got and more if continues to pull back in the new year. Remember the company teeters on profitability quarter to quarter on its core business while it tries to expand on the new initiatives in oil recovery. This is a STEAL under 2 cents.
Price action on this extended pullback is a fantastic opportunity to buy which I have taken advantage especially down at these prices. We should be back above 2 cents with or without news.
this is going to be one hellava year for AITX. I am EXPECTING SIGNIFICANT GROWTH both in the technology and sales and reocurring revenue arenas. Not crazy about the dilution but we need to do what we need to do. Great time to buy at these prices.
check out the companies website https://distributolgov.com/ which is where they are selling their products, I mean this is real stuff. And the quarterly report now shows revenues. I think we will start to see growth and news role out. At a penny a share its a steal compared to a year ago when it traded at 4 cents with no info, think about it, put 2 and 2 together.
I dont think they got anything in fact they had to turn in their shares to the treasury if you read a recent update.
The real question is what is the company actually doing to move forward, shear silence what a disgrace. If this goes to zero I'll have made $20 grand but I was up around $100 grand at one point, what a friggin waste, need to ask myself what I would have done different, I am not sure if I would have ... I mean we actually got the ETF out there which people had all sorts of doubts about making happen, it just wasnt successful and I dont know if anyone could have predicted that honestly. I would think our intellectual capital is worth something more than the current market cap of half a million wouldnt you think?
thanks i guess my main concern at this point is the economy which is out of our control. I am willing to increase my position at this price but not higher.
As I review my portfolio Ive been keeping an eye on FUNN (small position of 800K) which has stagnated at half a penny which seems cheap. So seems we are losing about $300 - 400K per quarter, which isnt horrible, but we need to actual get profitable. I still think that the share price should be higher. I'm open to buying 200K at this price, but I just dont know what is the impetus for us to get the next level if anyone wants to elaborate. One theme I see here is that practically everyone believes the management are incompetent - what can we do about that.
not sure what you are referring to but this is a simple operation and when the right opportunity comes along, its a slam dunk. Worst case we have the land but I want to see the casino project followed through on. One more day of tax selling, I was asleep at the wheel for the dump today and while I did have orders in at lower prices, I actually had an order in yesterday at that low fill price that I forgot to re-enter darn it. Maybe tomorrow we get one more dump.
come on man, cut the crap. Many OTCs get the extensions and some end up filing late past the deadline or never at all. GSTC on the other hand, go thru and take a look, they file every single time within the extension period except once it looks like they were a month later and even then it couldve fallen under COVID extensions. Nah, for a company with no money they make it happen. Go make your arguments but leave that one out.
another T-trade issued but the # of shares is really not a lot. Be ready to buy in the .004Xs tomorrow, price down here is cheap. The ramp up for PCTL continues. Either their products work or they dont, I believe that they do. Nobody is getting rich over there, and the idea of a "scam" is just ludicrous. I cant predict long term success or not, but at this price I'm a buyer, at very worse its a nice shorter term trade which has allowed me to lower my avg.
Thanks for the summary that's helpful. I guess I got lucky this morning with my stink bid at .0046. Bidding more in case someone decides to dump more.
T-Trade for 1.8 million shares, someone / entity is selling shares, we could see lower prices, be ready to buy in the .004s if it comes to that, no idea if it will or not.
look man, at least they are not enriching themselves, they are very very motivated. With the right suitor, its a slam dunk, hands down. Continue to be patient and be ready to buy on any tax selling the next couple days, doubt we get it but always need to be alert, I have picked up bargains in some of my other pennies.
absolute disaster this has been, I literally cannot believe it. I threw in for a half a million shares at .0011 and was filled almost instantly. My best hope is to sell on any rallies at this point. If I can break even with a lifetime cost probably around .005 then I would take it, I have had enough of these people, there is no excuse, none, whether they come through or not.
no its not going to go that low. EVERYONE selling now is losing a lot of money, why would they lose more than they have already lost, makes no sense.
got filled for another 200K at .0036 this is like taking candy from a baby.
have to admit I am very suspicious of the nature of posts that are going up here for the past week or so, as if these folks new something about the press release that came out yesterday, I dont like that aspect. That said, as I have always said, CRTL is a buy down at these prices, great stable share structure, and the company is moving forward in their space.
absolutely fantastic opportunity to buy down here, only Q is how much to buy, so far 400K, but considering more. When this blows, look out above, I literally cant wait.
Honestly from my meager research I believe the company itself is loved by its customers. I think a problem could be they aren’t keeping up with inflation pricing and customers are getting a great deal. Look at their gross profit and SG&A numbers. It’s simple if they cannot lower their sg&a then they have to raise their prices to get better gross margins - don’t need to be profitable but need to narrow the gap of losses
I mean other companies in this space can do it. Then pacv has to do it. Just get closer at least bc we’re just falling behind too much each quarter and it’s fairly consistent actually if yu look at the numbers. Like the expression goes for the definition of insanity … do same thing expecting different results. This is the kind of “meat” we need to hear more specifics on this
yeah I read that the other day. One part of it is not terrible, the other one is horrible they gave the stock away. Disgraceful.
I saw that, and I also see ALZN just fell off a cliff, I mean could that be related, people get nervous, there shouldnt be any relation whatsoever. Im buying right here at around 90 cents. Unfortunately the Feb 2.50 calls are no longer worth writing even if you could get a nickel, while the May 2.50s only fetch a dime, good thing I have written my fair share. Easy to look in hindsight and say why not write more, but you never never never know when this will spike. It has done it a few times and no reason to think we wont get a nice pump to drive up the price of options, when that happens do not be asleep at the wheel.
Picked up more this morning but couldnt get filled in the 009s. If this makes its way back to 2 cents in near term, wow, it just goes to show you, not sure what it shows you, but it does show something. Or if it falls back to a penny, same thing.
wow, my "group" is just me at 6.3 mill which I thought would be more than anyone else here. If it werent for your group I guess we'd be close to zero wow. I guess I wont bother sending them an email at this point, if you cant get a response surely I wouldnt. We just need to hope for the best. I still say someone needs to pay them a visit.
thanks for the feedback. I do think there are more people than i realize and panic out selling. They refuse to sell at 2 cents but they will sell at say .013. Remarkable really.
I guess I have never understood this point made about things being unfair. I mean, how is it in these sellers interest to drive the price down if the price comes back, granted depending on how much it goes down, they could try and buy closer to a bottom after selling, but they may or may not be able to pull that off b/c they cant predict what buyers will do. I look at it simply as buyers and sellers, whatever price you get thats what it is, and the sellers who drive the price down dont necessarily make any money.
that was a heck of a downdraft. Picked up 400K avg at .0141, higher than I would like with respect to the low print, but using the spike high of .024 I felt it was warranted, oh well, if things work out it wont matter. Actually if they dont work out it wont matter either as I have learned over the years.
right someone needs to pay a visit to them that lives in driving distance and ask the tough Qs
that my friend is why it's called a mirage
am I the only weary one here, certainly not. Have accumulated many many more shares than I normally would for a penny stock, but in this case b/c they own the land I feel like there has to be a floor in the worst case scenario that the land needs to just be sold. If it comes down to that, so be it, but we ought to be able to do better after all this time. But my patience is wearing out, why is it so hard to find the right partner for such a fantastic property I dont know. What I do know is that management/board is definitely motivated and will make it happen, so where are the suitors, are there just so many other opportunities out there that this one simply doesnt stand out, I just dont know.
lol it sometimes feels that way for sure. I am working on the latter thru various channels. I believe it but if I can get proof to convince others that would help quell things, it seems to be what people are asking for at the current time.
oh yeah he had the attention of the masses, but I think most people didnt really understand what he presented unless they are in the field, which I guess a lot of those people were. I guess I was the one struggling to understand storage, its not just filling up one of those huge tanks above the ground that we see along the hiways, no sir-ee.
If it was within 6 hours drive I would do it, that's about the limit, and I would find something else to achieve like visit some place or person, outside of that I would have to make an exception which I have done once.
But this is ludicrous at this point, someone needs to pay these people a visit, an unplanned surprise visit
well I went to that conference once down there so I did my part no way my wifes letting me go anywhere to talk about stocks, it's up to others to do theirs as well, I cant do everything myself, not that that is the case, but still, nothing substitutes for in person visit, rubber meets road, stuff like that.
PRPO dipped to 64 cents on Friday where I picked up shares, though I would like to have picked up more. Market cap down to 15 mill, wow. Unfortunately revenues are stagnant, quarter after quarter, and profitability not in the right direction yet. But again the stock is pretty cheap on a relative basis
the stock as it always does will spike but I dont know when, but when it does, be ready to take profits regardless of news if there is even any news. just take some profits.
Like I said, I never got a straight answer on that, I mean, is it all made up, what a story that would be for the judge and jury. We did try to research the guy in charge at the time I already forgot his name, it all led to dead ends, but if we spent enough time and money maybe we could have tracked him down who knows. One can only do so much due diligence before it gets prohibitive. I'd also like to have a conversation with the guy from BlueBell, I mean even the 10-Q or 10-K said it was fully vetted out.
I have to say I've been in many OTC tickers and in some where CEOs have done worse than this cohort, but nonetheless I want to strangle these people, literally want to strangle them for their lack of communication with shareholders, its so disrespectful, and that PR agency what in the world have they done that anyone knows about? Damn it I wish that one of us lived out that way, why with all the penny stocks I have been in are so few of them even remotely located near my home, they're all located somewhere else.
Respectfully I dont agree with the "swindling" part, though I know where you are coming from. While maybe everything we have heard over the years may not necessarily be fully "true" (OMD still comes to mind I would die to understand what happened there), enough of it is that I believe we were close to deals maybe many times (heck we had a PR saying that), as was the CEO (who never exercised any of his shares, wow that was a mistake, shows how confident he was in my opinion, though exercising before a deal completes might be frowned upon, though he has so many shares I wouldn't have had an issue with it).
Do you think he would go back and forth weekly to Mexico constantly, having them visit him many times, especially during COVID, exposing himself to death and danger, for what, to just potentially try and "swindle" investors out of a few hundred thousand or a million bucks? What a waste of time, energy and risk in my opinion, and living the high life on tacos and wine, bahh humbug, I don't believe it for a minute. To the contrary I would say he has at times hit close to rock bottom.
That said, if people truly believe that to be the case, and they have solid enough evidence of monetary impropriety/fraud, and/or fabrications about deals in Mexico, then they should follow your advice and file a lawsuit, and that would settle things one way or another. Just remember, IF he is innocent, it should be a piece of cake for him to defend since he would have unlimited paperwork backing up all that transpired, while in response one can be sure he will pursue retribution for wrongful accusation. IF he is guilty, then the court system should expose it (not as easily as proving innocence) and that would be very humbling to those of us that have continued to support over the years.
Has he been fudiciarilly irresponsible, wasting shareholder money on late fees and filing late, and effectively preventing the stock from trading, absolutely, it's not the worst I have ever seen but it's near the bottom of the barrel; whether that alone is prosecutable or not I do not know.
I am working on getting to the bottom of our not filling yet, stay tuned. One cannot even take a loss (against a gain assumedly) which is just not right as has been pointed out many times. We need to be trading. Now my brother who owns lots of shares thanks to me is starting to push buttons, says lawyer needed etc. to find out about why we are not trading, and he doesnt know jack about the stock market, I guess I dont blame anyone at this point.
