When did IBM buy in? Why would a F100 even bring Yippy to the table against Google and HP? I like IBM as the F100 too.
Maybe we will learn something on January 21st, which is IBMs Q4 earnings call.
With how fast this thing moves, we can see $1 tomorrow.
Any predictions for tomorrow?
I think it's more likely that they just pulled the wool over our eyes.
I'm on the "set it and forget it" train now. Once news comes out, this will be a ton of fun to cheer on.
I wish there was a way to hide the ticker in my scottrade account so I didn't have to look at it every day and get POed watching it.
For me, the only thing I'm worried about is their new website that is supposed to be up within weeks.
Pass that test and then we go from there.
Still don't know if people are going to buy this vodka.
There is nothing I would like to do right now more than start a media compaign and expose kyle for the POS he is.
And I made money on this... Why am I so dissappointed?
I think legal action is a great idea.
Kyle is clearly a POS... He's dead to me.
Bottom line. They decieved shareholders with that BS 8-K on January 3rd. Kyle Tracey is dead to me. I hope this goes to zero.
Glad I made money pre split before we found out what a dead beat these guys were.
I blame myself for today... I'm a black cat. All my pennies took a bad turn today.
In times like this, I like to just not look at things for a few days so that I don't do something stupid like dump half my position.
Really like this one.
I hope man... but right now I feel like they're just leaving us hanging.
It just seems like they went out of their way to deceive us with the 8-K on 1/3/2014... too easy to be a little ticked off at them right now.
So the current belief is that there are 36mil shares out there. So the current value of the company is almost $300 million.
No wonder this is bombing.
Here is the way I see it. They timed the 40-1 split specifically when they did so that they could use fuzzy language in the 8-K released on January 3rd. The 8-k on Janusry 3 stated that the closing had to be completed by January 7th or a reasonable time thereafter. Guess what happened on January 7th... oh a 40-1 split.
Dirtball move if you ask me. We need a serious explanation of what is happening.
Then why did they mislead everybody about the 30,000,000 shares?
When I read the 8K I still see it as 30 millions pre-split shares...
Why are we talking about this now? This has been out there for awhile.
What are we looking at that says is post split?
This stock makes me want to punch somebody... Do we think news will even put an end to this unless its very unexpected?
Added 25k today... Don't really want to go any deeper.
I remember pre split it went from a 25 cent hod to a 12.5 cent close. Two weeks later it was at 40 cents. This is just weak hands after everybody got their resplit shares.
Pretty much. I have a 100k share position here and that's all I'm risking here because I'm not convinced that any of this is going to happen. If it is on store shelves in the US, then I will believe them and will be kicking myself. If we get burned, then I took a shot and missed.
IMO if in 30 days it is not verified that this thing is in store in CA or if the website is not updated I'm the 1-2 week time frame, this company will be proven to be complete junk. If its in stores, then we can believe what they have to say.
This whole story isn't a little odd to you guys?
My thought of the 0.025 dividend is that this was just a alternative representation of the 40:1 reverse split.
1/40=0.025
This is a very important close I think. If we can close up 15-25% then it might catch the attention of all the MJ players over the weekend. Hopefully we see a lot of new faces around here over the weekend.
Scottrade too.
I took another shot on this because the license is pending and it sounds like they might actually be able to get CA distribution without it. I also like how it's been moving sideways despite getting no attention. A lot of support.
There might be money to be made here.
I still worry about the product actually selling.
Good info... they let me buy PLED but did not yet convert my other shares.
Glad to be back in the game tomorrow.
When do we think we will get news?
When do we think news is going to come? Seems like they release stuff on all different days of the week in the past.
One thing I like about the Facebook pic...
"Have to be able to transport ore in all kinds of weather."
The took the "milling" language out... but it sounds like they are definitely moving some ore.
It seems so stupid that this stock is so low... so hard to be patient, but we have to!
Kind of glad I got out when I did... I bought 30% of my position back though a marginally lower price.
I'd be going crazy right now if my whole position was locked up. Any idea when Scottrade is going to let me trade this?
Just got in last week... the more I read the more I like about YIPI.
I cashed out some profits in an MJ stock yesterday and double my position here today, so that is something that will definitely happen.
What do we think about the 7 cent spread between the ask and the buy right now? Guess no body wants to sell?
I'm more of a short term investor. I'm going to stay in until the financials come out and we get more info about F100. I might hold a small position and root for a buy out.
One thing I like about this stock is I actually like the website. The idea is really good... obviously needs a lot of work, but its a really good idea.
Just my thoughts right now...
Before the 12/16/2013 PR, there was a lot of speculation about how many metric tons of antimony they had. They said "more than 500" in the PR. Personally, I was a little disappointed in this and I recall a lot of people here being more optimistic than 500 MT prior to the PR.
I think the sell on the news thing happened because the number was a little lower than expected. We might have seen a different result had they come out with 1500 MT.
But, that doesn't mean that monthly shipments are only going to be 500 MT, correct? This thing will rebound after we get a better idea of what to expect as far as monthly streams of revenue are concerned. That being said, I think even in a worst case scenario we are under priced right now, but I think most people were here for the short-term and realized that this wasn't going to start really popping for a while. That's also why the number of posts on the board is so low now.
I think the more we talk on here, the more attention the stock will get leading up to the news and if it's good news, this could shoot off nicely.
All in my opinion. I just got into pennies a few months ago and am still learning the game.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
I got out today.
PR's are fluff... I don't think they will ever materialize. They may have an agreement, but it's a competitive industry and they're not just going to be able to walk into places and get market share. No body knows about it... and how will they find out?
I think there is a license problem in the US, despite what a lot of people here think. If they didn't need a CA license, then why did they have one in the first place?
I still think a proper company would test market it before they started producing and sending out thousands of cases. What happens if no body buys this stuff? Like last time?
Consumer packaged goods is tough to break into. Why would someone risk spending $28-$32 on a bottle of something that they know nothing about when they can get a bottle of something that they like for less money.
Most stocks I would have probably given up on already. I sold about a third of my position last week, turned a profit on another stock, and bought my position back.
Right now my average is about 0.035 in this thing, so I'm down 20% or so. Usually, I would be gone by now, but I really like a long position here. Once revenues start hitting, how could this possible go down considering the market cap?
I think we just need news... everybody is high on MJ stocks and not paying attention.
I really think this is undervalued based on the information we have. Looking forward to a dime by the end of the quarter.
Well... I sold earlier at 40 cents.
I'm not going to sweat it, whatever happens here. Will take a smaller position if it comes back down to the low 30's.
Like I said, I was waaay to over invested here. As a young person just starting out in life, I'm glad I was able to quadruple my brokerage account in a couple months. Really set me up for making some other investments.
GLTA, hope to see you around again.
What happens when the first containers they send out don't sell?
Maybe because this company is junk and none of this will ever materialize.
I have about 75% of everything I have to my name in this thing... It seems like every week I want to buy more. If there is a dip after the r/s Monday, I will probably buy more. Fortunately, I'm single and have a good job. If this bombs it's going to hurt, but I will be able to rebuild myself.
Anybody else banking on this that much? I want to take my original investment out and just ride on the profits, but I don't want to give up any shares, lol. Maybe I'm being too greedy. Like I said before, I'm too in love with this. Keeps me up at night.
How do you define success? Their stock price?
Right.
Wouldn't a responsible company launch in one market, button that up, and then begin the process of rolling out nationally and then internationally?
Every major consumer packaged goods company I've worked with on new product launches operated this way. They had small market tests in a couple cities, analyzed the data, rolled out to a couple states, analyzed the data, and then launched nationally if it seemed like a viable product.
Maybe they do have a good product and maybe they do have an agreement in Brazil... but they haven't proven that there is a market yet. This company could go to zero if history repeats itself.
Say what you want, but nobody other than the people they gave free bottles to at the NYE party and the people on this board have any awareness about what Marani is. You can't just launch nationally and internationally based on a few facebook pictures of people no body even knows holding your bottle. People are not going to spend $28-$32 on a bottle of Vodka that they never heard of.
I'm no body, but if my sentiment shifted then other people's will also. I'm very disappointed that they would release such a fluff PR when everybody here was expecting so much more. People on here acted like that was such great news... any body with a computer could have achieved that same milestone.
What concerns me the most is that people on here contacted IR and they foreshadowed a PR that would make the investors very happy. What would make me happy is a legitimate business plan.
40 million in Brazil is a fairy tale... what happens when it doesn't sell there just like it didn't sell in the US?
After the whole party and all this anticipation about NYE... IR telling people to expect a PR and that we are all going to be very happy... we get a PR about an 'effin trademark in Mexico.
