sunspotter, "I wonder why IPIX haven't secured a Gates Foundation grant?" Gates is about HIS OWN vaccine's and HIS OWN virus creations not helping this company out. Just the way it is. GO IPIX. Runs in a different crowd of rich elitists all sitting around with zero common sense, should stick to computing.
Leo seems to be a day late and a dollar short as far as I can see being a simple layperson I would be taking this stuff versus anything else here should I happen to get sick with this China Virus. But hey what do I know about medicine, I open the Advil and pop them down that is the extent. but if this medicine does what it says then B has no shot, other than it is known in studies to Kill the virus dead, but short of that there are other cheaper old style medicines out there, so what do you think the masses will do here wait for B or die without it? Seems an easy answer to me folks.

PFE new antiviral also states Ivermectin in use with their product to be soon. IPIX and Leo are far behind the eight ball here folks, hate to say it as a shareholder here but I am for life first, then family, then money.
IPIX and Leo better hurry up Jewish Holidays or not going on now. There are other medicines out there that can do what IPIX is trying to do but have been around a long time but no BP money to be made in taking these medications. Get on the stick IPIX, you snooze, you lose.
Ad prior to this video is pretty important as well. GO IPIX hopefully.
You have to remember the vaccine is a preventative, Ivermectin seems to be the fix if you get sick from Covid the two are not the same idea or reasoning here they are totally different usage. Remember people who get the normal flu vaccine a lot of those folks end up getting the flu anyway, it too is not 100% of a preventative, just like Covid vaccine is not 100% either. Therapeutics are much better to treat Covid after one gets it. Prior to that we should be able to simply live our lives. Ask Pfizer where is their data on long term affects of their vaccine? As there is, and they will admit to this a lot of bad information on the web which most folks read today to get their information for some dumb reason.
But that being the case Pfizer does not do themselves any favors in not letting us all know what is true and untrue about their vaccines, what are those long term affects? Do they know? Why should we trust this vaccine? When Pfizer does not answer these questions they do themselves no favors to the public at large reading all this other dissenting comments and articles about it. They in fact become the issue without their responding to common sense questions about their vaccines. It looks bad but then again elitist's do not know what looks bad or have much common sense in the first place, they are tone deaf to their own great minds and cannot fathom why anyone would question them. That is in fact their problem this is why folks refuse to get vaccinated, they read something somewhere and no good answer comes forth from the company so they end up not taking it. Just saying, some good faith and common sense would go a long way here Pfizer if you are listening. GLTA here.
PJ I am afraid they have other thoughts in mind here. And it is not solutions. GO IPIX.
And this now about those who have been vaccinated as someone had posted prior. "Call Me Crazy" i believe.
New vaccine better controlled breakthrough infections in mice
Quote:
Summary
SARS-CoV-2 infection causes respiratory insufficiency and neurological manifestations, including loss of smell and psychiatric disorders, and can be fatal. Most vaccines are based on the spike antigen alone, and although they have shown efficacy at preventing severe disease and death, they do not always confer sterilizing immunity. Here, we interrogate whether SARS-CoV-2 vaccines could be improved by incorporating nucleocapsid as an antigen. We show that, after 72 h of challenge, a spike-based vaccine confers acute protection in the lung, but not in the brain. However, combining a spike-based vaccine with a nucleocapsid-based vaccine confers acute protection in both the lung and brain. These findings suggest that nucleocapsid-specific immunity can improve the distal control of SARS-CoV-2, warranting the inclusion of nucleocapsid in next-generation COVID-19 vaccines.

Protecting against long-term neurological manifestation of COVID
Scientists are still collecting data to determine whether vaccinated individuals who have a breakthrough COVID infection develop long-term neurological symptoms. In this study, the scientists found evidence of viral infection in the brains of mice that were immunized with a current spike-based vaccine.
“I’m a little worried to see that the mice had viral loads in the brains because this suggests that perhaps with the current spike-based vaccines, these breakthrough infections could potentially get through to the brain,” Penaloza-MacMaster said. “We don’t know if that’s just in mice or whether it constitutes a general phenomenon. We’re investigating that right now, but a technical challenge is that, due to ethical reasons, we cannot sample brain tissue of vaccinated humans to evaluate breakthrough infection.”
He hopes the new combination vaccine may better protect the brain from developing neurological symptoms if a breakthrough infection occurs.
Tanushree Dangi, a microbiology and immunology postdoctoral fellow, and Nicole Palacio, a Ph.D. candidate in the Penaloza-MacMaster’s laboratory, are co-authors on the paper. This study was a collaboration with Justin Richner and Jacob Class, investigators at the University of Illinois Chicago.
Funding for the study was provided by the National Institutes of Health (grant DP2DA051912), and the Emerging and Re-Emerging Pathogens Program (EREPP) program at Northwestern.

Lab-made coronavirus related to SARS can infect human cells.
An experiment that created a hybrid version of a bat coronavirus — one related to the virus that causes SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) — has triggered renewed debate over whether engineering lab variants of viruses with possible pandemic potential is worth the risks.
In an article published in Nature Medicine1 on 9 November, scientists investigated a virus called SHC014, which is found in horseshoe bats in China. The researchers created a chimaeric virus, made up of a surface protein of SHC014 and the backbone of a SARS virus that had been adapted to grow in mice and to mimic human disease. The chimaera infected human airway cells — proving that the surface protein of SHC014 has the necessary structure to bind to a key receptor on the cells and to infect them. It also caused disease in mice, but did not kill them.
Although almost all coronaviruses isolated from bats have not been able to bind to the key human receptor, SHC014 is not the first that can do so. In 2013, researchers reported this ability for the first time in a different coronavirus isolated from the same bat population2.
The findings reinforce suspicions that bat coronaviruses capable of directly infecting humans (rather than first needing to evolve in an intermediate animal host) may be more common than previously thought, the researchers say.
But other virologists question whether the information gleaned from the experiment justifies the potential risk. Although the extent of any risk is difficult to assess, Simon Wain-Hobson, a virologist at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, points out that the researchers have created a novel virus that “grows remarkably well” in human cells. “If the virus escaped, nobody could predict the trajectory,” he says.
Creation of a chimaera
The argument is essentially a rerun of the debate over whether to allow lab research that increases the virulence, ease of spread or host range of dangerous pathogens — what is known as ‘gain-of-function’ research. In October 2014, the US government imposed a moratorium on federal funding of such research on the viruses that cause SARS, influenza and MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome, a deadly disease caused by a virus that sporadically jumps from camels to people).
The latest study was already under way before the US moratorium began, and the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) allowed it to proceed while it was under review by the agency, says Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a co-author of the study. The NIH eventually concluded that the work was not so risky as to fall under the moratorium, he says.
But Wain-Hobson disapproves of the study because, he says, it provides little benefit, and reveals little about the risk that the wild SHC014 virus in bats poses to humans.
Other experiments in the study show that the virus in wild bats would need to evolve to pose any threat to humans — a change that may never happen, although it cannot be ruled out. Baric and his team reconstructed the wild virus from its genome sequence and found that it grew poorly in human cell cultures and caused no significant disease in mice.
“The only impact of this work is the creation, in a lab, of a new, non-natural risk,” agrees Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist and biodefence expert at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey. Both Ebright and Wain-Hobson are long-standing critics of gain-of-function research.
In their paper, the study authors also concede that funders may think twice about allowing such experiments in the future. "Scientific review panels may deem similar studies building chimeric viruses based on circulating strains too risky to pursue," they write, adding that discussion is needed as to "whether these types of chimeric virus studies warrant further investigation versus the inherent risks involved”.
Useful research
But Baric and others say the research did have benefits. The study findings “move this virus from a candidate emerging pathogen to a clear and present danger”, says Peter Daszak, who co-authored the 2013 paper. Daszak is president of the EcoHealth Alliance, an international network of scientists, headquartered in New York City, that samples viruses from animals and people in emerging-diseases hotspots across the globe.
Studies testing hybrid viruses in human cell culture and animal models are limited in what they can say about the threat posed by a wild virus, Daszak agrees. But he argues that they can help indicate which pathogens should be prioritized for further research attention.
Without the experiments, says Baric, the SHC014 virus would still be seen as not a threat. Previously, scientists had believed, on the basis of molecular modelling and other studies, that it should not be able to infect human cells. The latest work shows that the virus has already overcome critical barriers, such as being able to latch onto human receptors and efficiently infect human airway cells, he says. “I don't think you can ignore that.” He plans to do further studies with the virus in non-human primates, which may yield data more relevant to humans.
Thank you for this post it also proves the point from Dr. Poland of the Mayo Clinic that Science is always changing fine tuning and updating current vaccines you take today will not be the ones you take later on after all this data is finalized and gathered up. This is why this therapeutic with great results forthcoming........ when?? Is needed. GO IPIX...... Where's the
Beef?
I guess no one wants to be the (1) out of (30,000) to die from this fact though. Just saying. Need our IPIX therapeutic to come out and be available as soon as safe effective proof is realized. Thanks to all here.
If I recall correctly they started giving out Hydroxychloroquine tablets. sorry about the spelling. But I thought I had read that months ago. I may be wrong but also thought I had read an article saying how well it was helping in India. GO IPIX.
Farrell, as always another great post here from a Dr. in the know I had not seen these prior. I have also viewed the one you posted after this one. Great stuff. Yes and it does lend itself to IPIX and their therapeutic option here so perhaps sooner rather than later. Thanks again.
Of course it will with FDA and CDC on Pfizer payroll just approve them all already no matter what is in them. Go for it PFE never stopped you before just keep those bags of money going to these agencies and you'll do just fine. no traceability. Thanks invest in PFE they got the goods folks.
Sad to know that some in our World create these deadly viruses and others try to save humanity, to that regard does anyone here know that any new work as it relates to creating new deadly viruses that affect humanity are still underway or was there a cease and desist order to stop of such viruses from being created. Thanks to those in the know here. GO IPIX.
Does anyone know if the nanoparticles in the shots is destroyed when "B" is used in the human body afterwards? Say someone vaccinated gets the D Variant and is sick can they take "B" without disruption or destruction of the vaccine contents? Thanks. Layperson at work here. GO IPIX. Things dumbazzes need to know.
Dead on there rahrah good points here. Remember when the CDC said you could spray your whole house with DDT poison and even on toast and all was fine. They started from dumbazzville, USA. Now not much different. GLTA here stay safe and stay away from the Chicken please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone here know of any private independent testing laboratory that has tested the contents in the Pfizer Covid19 Vaccine and can show that link here? I have looked and can only find multiple articles about what PFE says their list of ingredients is. WHO/CDC same thing. Not sure anyone has really tested this sauce to see what is really in it for sure independent of PFE and Fauci and so-called experts tout every day. I would like to see an independent source here that has tested this serum and what those findings were. Thanks anyone/everyone.

As a common layperson this sounds actually reasonable to me as these vaccines are not the cures, but trick your cells only. So this person believes this creates stronger variants in the end. Worth a read here.
Yes if one wishes to make money from the commies then go for it, China will be in Afghanistan next taking all of their diamonds, gold, rare earth minerals all nicely set up by Mr. Biden who China owns their family. GLTA here we are done put a fork in America, virus from China, voting theft by China, now Afghanistan going to China, the world is China's oyster now.
And it is temporary like a half a Band-Aid it works but not too well.
Only issue again is even though they have locked these sales up it works like half a band-aid not very well. IPIX and its creation here will allow no infection to enter one's cells in the first place and reduce any need for going to hospital at all. Vaccines of today hospitals are treating those who have had these locked up sale of band-aids. GO IPIX needed now more than ever here.
Need ENZC now more than ever with Gov. of FL promoting Regeneron's antibody as a treatment to reduce symptoms to avoid hospitalization and death. Seems the time is right here for ENZC to move on this and get this to market sooner rather than later. Take over possibly here unless they get a suitor here. GO ENZC.
Not leaving this gem on OTC for other junk, this one has potential to get there folks, that is why longs are still here and did not cash out when this flew up last year. Thanks all. GO ENZC.
True and it pains me not to be able to trust something Pfizer makes. Long story back in 1982 I invested in PFE and TAND stocks I was young then. They both did well, PFE with their drug lines and TAND with Radio Shack's and their TRS80C computer. Anyway back then PFE was a great company and many family members and friends worked at their plant in MA. Sorry to say now today Pfizer is just and has become just another big corporation and misses the mark big time with families of today. Just saying. Invest in IPIX do some research and you will make money, if money is you're thing. GLTA here.
Never taken my mask off at work or shopping or doctors office or pharmacies since it all started. Still wearing one because we do not know enough yet about vaccines that are out there. I for one want the inactive vaccine but FDA will not approve it yet as they tell these companies we already have three companies with vaccines out there take one of those, well I do not want to take those vaccines, I want the one I want, not the ones they want to push on me. Sorry folks. A lot of concern's out there about these vaccines and I suppose that is the way it has to be in our society but forcing or paying folks to take these leads a person with a brain and common sense to one rationalization, the fix is in, Gov.'t has bought all this vaccine and it is working like 1/2 a band-aid does on a open wound, not too well. They have zero liability on a vaccine not approved by anyone. I would never give anyone advice to take a vaccine as I do not wish the responsibility for that persons overall health going forward should I have convinced them to get this shot. It is a personal decision by human beings to be made such as a woman's right to choose. Do not tell me well you all had to take vaccines when you were younger to avoid other sicknesses. And yes we did and all those went through proper testing and channels for years to get them to market. Its a mess and a lot of folks simply do not trust big money pharmaceutical companies who have one goal in mind. $$$$$$ talks shiite walks. Don't Tread on Me Bro.
Today CDC admits vaccines have failed, vaxxers can be super spreaders and also carry higher viral loads than the unvaccinated. News is EVERYWHERE from NBC,CNN, USA TODAY. Now what.

And so it goes, truth coming out has Pfizer now reaching for hey we got a kids vaccine now and also we are working on an oral rinse blah, blah, blah. Pfizer has to move this needle fast and get these new headlines out there before they get this so called vaccine shutdown altogether, push now to get these jabs by our own dumbazz Gov't is because they bought a ton of it with our money and now it don't work.

Anyone heard of remote learning? Guess not.
I try not to control others or tell them what to do. If I had gotten the vaccine myself I would never tell anyone to get one, its none of my business and I don't want it on my conscience if that person dropped dead because of some anomaly with it in their personal body. Not my decision for others. Now it does not matter at all if you have the vaccine per the latest CDC information those who have it can get and spread the Delta Variant, so like I said yesterday it is very similar to covering a cut with 1/2 a band-aid it will not work very well. We need IPIX more than ever and their timing is sort of impeccable with results coming soon and this Symposium happening next week. Great move IPIX. Thanks by me to Leo.
