Now THAT's how you do an April Fools joke.
CRAP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PM PLEASE DELETE THE EARLIER POST RIGHT AWAY.
Gail, I just got a letter (actual snail mail) from the SEC. It seems they are investigating you and the board. I don't have a scanner; when I get some time later I will type the letter into an email and send it to you (or a PM).
Sigh yourself. Which part of "You are correct. I posted the following:
CXAC good news - 1 MM ran out of .0001 shares, only HDSN is left." did you not understand? Isn't that an admission?
Anyway, I always look for good news for stocks that you pick, so that was good news at the time. I do believe in posting all the facts, good and bad, which is why I later posted the bad news about all the MMs and shares for sale. So yes, I was happy but then became unhappy. You have experienced the same...like a stock one day, then something not so good happens and you don't like the stock on a later day.
You are correct. I posted the following:
CXAC good news - 1 MM ran out of .0001 shares, only HDSN is left.
However, everything is relative. At the time, that was good news. Now, try selling shares. You and everybody's grandmother have shares for sale. LOL.
2 more insider buys filed 04/01/09. Now 7,337,131 shares owned.
Sounds familiar, but probably another stock. You keep looking hehehe.
I did? I searched my PMs and my posts, and could not locate that. Please refresh my memory.
CXAC has 12 MMs trying to sell shares at .0002. One of the MMs has an ask size of 50K (others are 5K). That is why I gave up and got out at .0001. As of right now, IMO you would have a better chance to sell at .0002 than .0003, but unless something changes drastically, again IMO, you don't have much chance at selling at either. Remember, there are a LOT of others ahead of you in line to sell their shares. The 9M trade blocks at .0001 make me suspect the company is selling. Of course, if you sell at .0001 Murphy will probably run the darn stock and I will feel like an idiot LOL.
Because standing here day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year would be tiring. Have faith brother! Yes, I have a right to know....and I think I know....that Linda has completed her portion, and is waiting for the folks across the ocean (over whom she has no control) to complete their aspect. So I'm OK with how this is unfolding.
Good luck with IMGW. I have had a sell order at .0001 in since 3/20, still waiting.
Silly girl! You don't count in this instance. I am asking if anyone ELSE thinks it is YOUR fault if we lose money.
You are responsible to do your very best for us...and you do. But then WE MAKE THE CHOICE! WE ARE THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CHOICE, OUR BUYS, OUR SELLS! NOT YOU!!! Which part of that do you not understand? Is there ANYONE on this board that feels Gail is responsible if we LOSE MONEY?????????
no no no no NO!!!!!! You are NOT responsible for losses. Period. Nor will you get the $$ we make when we profit.

Oh, I definitely agree. If I had gotten my shares I would be a happy camper!!! But it seems shares can only be gotten at 2 and above...which is FORBIDDEN for Gail picks....and have you ever had a Gail spanking? Not fun!!!
Profitchaser's info was good. I can add a little more. If a company files a 10-Q, you can usually find it on pinksheets under filings. At the top of the 10-Q they are required to put the O/S and the "as of" date. For the A/S, I recommend going to the Secretary of State websites. Some states have useful info (NV) and some are useless (DE).
Here are some links:

Good luck. "Too" no longer applies, I didn't get shares and I don't plan to try again.
Why a form 4? Per post 1000, the O/S is 242,404,741. 10M shares is 4.125% of the O/S. I realize it is a moot point now, but I am curious.
As promised, I wish all of you good luck! MMs chose to not sell me shares, my order has been cancelled.
It was filed today.

Certainly! Any time!
FNAT has FIFTY BILLION A/S and a float of 6 BILLION. If this one runs I will have seen everything LOL. Info per pinksheets, as of 01/28/09.
Correct. I am not using AON, 3,339,911 shares traded at 09:37. I did not get any of those. Which surprised me, since there was no bid, I figured today I would get the first of any shares traded. That is why I figure MM BS.
Is this more MM bs?
03/30/2009 11:28 PM SEWC 10000000 Buy $0.0001 Accepted Detail Quote Cancel Modify
L2 shows no bid, yet I did not get even 1 share. If I don't get any by end of day (sooner if another more appealing opportunity arises) I will move on (wishing you all good luck of course)!
Now for the REAL A/S.....thanks to Profit Chaser, for proof reading my post....it is 2 billion, not million. My apologies!
Correction - the A/S is 2,000,000 per https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=FFAz3zOEKlpMqCISVdiXgA%253d%253d&CorpName=SEW+CAL+LOGO%2c+INC.
Despite that, I plan to take a position in SEWC tomorrow. My reasons, and the weight of each reason, are as follows:
1. No bid, BUT only 1 MM (after hours) on ask at .0001. weight 1%
2. Fully reporting pink. weight 1%
3. Company actually does something and has legitimate revenue. weight 5%
4. Gail likes SEWC. weight 93%
Me like RTGV too. Me have great hopes.
Gail, if you check the history, you will see that after I had the bad feeling and got out (with a profit) at around 3 or 4, it went down to 2 and stayed there for awhile. Today it is going nuts LOL.
The CIRT situation had nothing to do with hunches. If you wish, I can elaborate here, but I recommend not. SKYF and IMGW will run, but I don't think they will run soon, and being an impatient sort, I decided to let them go and get one of your picks that will run sooner. SKYF has no bid and 5MMs at 1, VERT showing an ask size of 100,000, so I'm not unhappy I was able to sell. That provided $$, some of which I put into CXAC. IMGW I bought on 3/5, and IMO 25 days is long enough to wait (remember, I am an impatient sort).
I do trust your hunches.
At the time I bought CIRT, I don't remember seeing a large ask size. For HESG, VERT wasn't the red flag for me, VERT's large ask size was. Any MM with an unusually large ask size is a red flag IMO. CIRT was one I bought reluctantly, and was glad to get rid of..
$treet. First character is a dollar sign.
Search for $treet under members. First letter is a dollar sign.
CYOS and GRWW are .0002 x .0003, so we have to wait. HESG is a different story. No bid, 4 MMs at 1, 3MMs have ask size 5,000 but VERT has ask size 500,000. IMO, that is a red flag. Reading the HESG board might be a good idea - I did so and decided to pass on HESG. This may be one of the times that a company is using the chart info to sneak in selling a lot of shares.
You made a statement that you could NEVER have made without you knowing everyone's intentions and thoughts. May I suggest a logic course? Many colleges offer those.
