Yea, that's frustrating with IB. I can't buy AMAVF with them either. So use Fidelity for AMAVF and IB for ARCM shares in Europe.
Same with Groupe Gorge.
I don't believe it is official ticker because it takes 60-90 days for the process of registering shares and company will PR it when it's official.
And they won't be grey market shares- should be OTC QX (highest tier of OTC).
But GGG.V made a nice hammer today- bullish sign of support here.
I'll find out.
I don't think these are registered shares- probably is not the official listing.
I have call out to the key investors who are working on the US listing to confirm. But when listed in the US it certainly won't be grey market.
Will be registered shares- probably highest tier of OTC.
Nice close- bullish hammer for $GGG.V
Going to be a great (but bumpy) ride.
I'll try to get some pics at the Peter Schiff conference Dr. Polyakova is presenting at Tuesday.
Have a good weekend guys/gals.
Graphene 3D Lab- trading in US may be sooner than expected.

Dr. Polyakova invited to present Peter Schiff investment conference in NYC next week. Not on Graphene 3D Lab site yet, she was just invited, but she'll present Graphene/3D printing Tuesday 9/9 at 1:30.
If you're in NYC area might be worth going to. I'll be there.

Some nervous folks today- getting lots of PMs about it-
Here's my take....
This is a stock that traded at/under $1/share just 2-3 weeks ago. It made a parabolic move on high volume to over $2.50 and now is consolidating on low volume. It's natural for stocks to do this- especially one with a low float where there are people that are up 100-200% in a matter of weeks.
The upcoming demo, start of sales of graphene filaments, and US listing will be big positives for the stock longer term. For now it has to find support - my best guess is that that will be today...but it could certainly go lower short term also. There's even a chance it could make a turn back up by the close and go green- although I'd be very surprised if it did.
Without a doubt, Zecotek is the most frustrating stock I own.
That gap up was a fake in premarket- big volumme out of gate, trades up 5% and now tanking.
Yes- difficult to meld engineering brilliance with public speaking. Few are good at it.
Terry Wohlers is a good speaker, for example, but wouldn't call him an exceptionally dynamic or great speaker.
Elena was national chess champion in Russia before coming here to study and becoming a US citizen. Needless to say she's genius level thinker
Video with Dr. Polyakova today
http://www.bnn.ca/Video/player.aspx?vid=432217
Heard back and it's coming- but he's been busy so not sure when
Interesting- That begs the question are they negotiating a contract with Philips for use of Zecotek's crystals in the future?
Can't see why Zecotek would drop the claim for loss of profits unless they're looking for end to case on friendly terms as partners- but maybe I'm reading too much into it?
Board dead, but $ZMS trading isn't.
Record volume in first half hour of trading, and no news.
Don't know what's going on, but the volume last few days suggests something's up.
Yep- it used to be higher, (15% or more) but the key investors in GGG.V acquired some of those in the takeover- at least that's my understanding.
Now at 11% or so
Pac Crest? They were telling people to BUY at $75 and now sell at $50.
They were wrong in December and they're wrong now.
Amazing that people pay attention to these guys- or any analyst.
Do you own due diligence and KNOW what you own.
The time to accumulate DDD is now- over the next few weeks/months. Project Ara is a game-changer for the entire industry- the FIRST time 3D printing will be used on a massive production scale to print milions of components, and the patented technology by DDD will be using can be adapted for other market areas.
I wasn't buying DDD in December. I was selling.
And now- I'm buying.
Idiots.
Zecotek Photonics (ZMS.V). Interesting trading last two days.
Big volume drops followed by green closes. Monday was largest volume day in 6 months. Now a big bid at .62 up from close of .59 yesterday.
I think something's up. No news that I can find, but something going on there I think, just based on trading.
Great company, ARCW
Really like these guys
Long story on that.
Short version is Lomiko Metals got an 11% stake in GGG.V for next to nothing before the key investors stepped up to take GGG public.

Just my opinion, but I don't think it's crazy at all that Graphene 3D Lab has a higher market cap then Sigma Labs, and I expect it to go much higher as more people discover the company, it begins trading in the U.S., and they demo their 3D printed batteries. This will open people's eyes up to the potential here with graphene + 3D printing, and this little company is in the forefront of development in several areas now.
The market potential for graphene-enhanced 3D printed materials and 3D printed batteries made with graphene composites is a much larger than the market for SGLB's technology...and I say that as a SGLB shareholder and big fan of the company.
And $GGG.V pr says they'll give a public demonstration of their 3D printed batteries also- so that will get a lot of attention/press.
Huge AH news- 3D Printed Batteries from Graphene 3D Lab $GGG.V

Well, please understand I can't offer an unbiased opinion (see disclaimer).
This is a company (actually the only one) I ever approached personally to work with, and I did that when they were still private. This was due to management's 15 years of R&D experience in graphene and their commercialization plans.
I believe they will be first to market in several graphene-related technologies for 3D printing, and the potential market size for this material is pretty much unknown... beyond being very very big.
I wish I could be more specific- but there are so many potential applications when you combine graphene as a material for 3D printing (including nano batteries) that it's difficult to estimate.

AH news from Graphene 3D Lab
Graphene 3D Lab Inc. Files Provisional Patent Application Related to 3D Printable Batteries
Vancouver, British Columbia and New York, NY / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / September 2, 2014 / Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV: GGG) ("Graphene 3D" or the "Company"), a company developing advanced materials for 3D printing, has submitted a provisional application for a patent to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The application is related to recent innovations in the materials and methods of 3D printable batteries.
3D printing, a manufacturing technology which has witnessed a surge in commercial interest due in part to recent progress in its production capabilities, is still in the early stages of development in regard to printing electronic devices. The ability to 3D print electrochemical devices, such as batteries and supercapacitors, will contribute to significant expansion in the commercial applications of 3D printing technology.
Daniel Stolyarov, CEO of Graphene 3D commented, "The application filed by Graphene 3D has the potential to play an important role in achieving the ability to print electronic devices due to the necessity of providing a power source. Expanding our IP portfolio in this area is an important step in keeping with Graphene 3D's primary goal of creating an ecosystem for 3D printing functional devices with advanced materials." He continued, "A 3D printed battery can be incorporated into a 3D printed object during the building process. In addition, 3D printed batteries have several advantages over traditional batteries. Their shape, size and specifications can be freely adjusted to fit the particular design of the device. Our batteries are based on graphene and can potentially outperform conventional batteries. Graphene 3D plans to perform live demonstrations of our 3D printed batteries."

$GGG.V started trading on Frankfurt Exchange today.
Closed at 1.40 euros = $1.99 Canadian, or $1.83 USD.
These are registered shares on Germany's premier stock exchange.

I read that it's 20 days after trading starts on TSX
That doesn't guarantee news- just that the quiet period ends.
But companies large and small usually have something to say when the quiet period ends, so odds are good in my opinion.
Quiet $GGG.V board considering the fireworks in the stock!
That's true of many Vancouver-based companies. This isn't one of them.
Key early investors here are out of Toronto and Halifax.
Many of my subscribers got in in by August 11 or 12. They're all up over 100% in just two weeks- could easily be profit taking.
I'm sure many are daytrading it and others are buying for long term hold.
But yes, it could come crashing down like any other stock or the market in general I suppose.
With more to come.
Quiet period ends next week.
Certainly- good questions.
I'd like to do a video interview with him in the late fall also. Would be great I think!
Didn't know that- thanks.
But, the content is true in that LMR/LMRMF owns a chunk of GGG.V in escrow and the argument that the value of those shares + cash on hand is equal to or exceeds the market cap of Lomiko Metals.
Update re: "Perhaps you can interview Mark again to get an update on the latest developments at Sigma. It would hopefully bring bit of clarity to their commercialization process."
I heard back from Mark Cola this morning and will be getting something out soon. He's a little swamped right now (which is a good thing I guess), so not sure exactly when I'll get it out.
