News? Update?
Good Day All,
I am requesting everyone review our releases regarding SHD Devices so they have a good idea what that company is doing and how it came about. We started first with a USB charging unit in 2016 called the Spider Charger working with MegaHertz Power Systems. That evolved into the creation of www.shddevices.com as a joint venture of which we now own 25%. Attending the IoT World Summit in May, 2017 in San Jose opened up to the possibilities of expanding our products suites and adding firmware and communications and security software which add the potential for recurring revenue streams for SHD and that led into using blockchain for the security protocols to protect data and access. These are exciting times. The company has several products under development and several patents and trademarks. SHD is raising $ 5 million Cdn privately.
Lomiko's 80% owned La Loutre Graphite Project is still very active and we are looking forward to drilling the Refractory Zone and increasing the Resource and getting on with the PEA which we want to be very competitive with Mason Graphite TSXV: LLG ($ 2.45 and just raised $ 45 million) Please see some of our videos at:
LOMIKO AND CANADA STRATEGIC DISCOVER A 500+ METRE LONG HIGH GRADE ZONE AT LA LOUTRE WITH ONE INTERCEPT OF 90.75 METRES OF 9% FLAKE GRAPHITE AND MULTIPLE INTERCEPTS OVER 10%
September 24, 2015 TSX-V: LMR
Vancouver, B.C. Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX-V:LMR, OTC:LMRMF, FSE:DH8B) (“Lomiko”) and Canada Strategic Metals Inc. (“Canada Strategic”) (TSX.V: CJC; FSE: YXEN; OTC-BB: CJCFF) are very pleased to announce the results for eleven (11) exploratory holes in the area of where high grade samples were discovered and reported July 29, 2015. The recent drilling campaign on the La Loutre Graphite project has highlighted high grade drills holes along 500 metre strike length that is open in all directions.
The La Loutre property consists of contiguous claim blocks totalling approximately 2,500 hectares (25 km2) situated approximately 53 km east of Imerys Carbon and Graphite, formerly known as the Timcal Graphite Mine, North America’s only operating graphite mine, and 117 km northwest of Montreal.

After the current program is complete, the property will be assessed for a resource and if warranted, a pre-economic assessment (PEA). Viable near surface mineralization reduces the amount of waste rock that needs to be moved, reducing overall cost of the project and reducing environmental impact.
In addition, Lomiko hopes to define material >99.99% Graphite Crystalline Flake to serve as the base material for testing graphite for the ultrapure carbon market and for conversion to graphene and use in 3D Printing and Supercapacitors. A map of hole localisation and results is available on the web site of the company at: www.csmetals.ca

The 2015 drilling program is managed by Consul-Teck Exploration of Val-d'Or, Quebec, who designed the drilling campaign, supervised the program and logged and sampled the core.
Consul-Teck Exploration implemented QA/QC procedures to ensure best practices in sampling and analysis of the core samples. The drill core was logged and then split, with one half sent for assay and the other retained in the core box as a witness sample. Duplicates and blanks were inserted regularly into the sample stream.
The samples in secure tagged bags were delivered directly to the analytical facility for analysis. In this case, the analytical facility was the ALS minerals in Val-d'Or, Quebec. The samples are weighed and identified prior to sample preparation. The samples are crushed to 70% minus 2 mm, then separated and pulverized to 85% passing 75µm. All samples are analyzed for Carbon Graphite using C-IR18.

We have valued the company at C$0.200 per share based on the potential to exploit the lithium-ion batteries, 3D printing solutions, and natural graphite market. We consider Lomiko Metals at current pricing and current timing a high Alpha opportunity.

Yeah, 31% gain on the day is nice. Hopefully we can slowly build off this.
tried for .075 errr. lol
Sounds good, but it would nice if we had a Geologist on this board to explain it further.

LOOK WHAT WAS FOUND if YOU CAN BELIEVE IT
Yep- it used to be higher, (15% or more) but the key investors in GGG.V acquired some of those in the takeover- at least that's my understanding.
Now at 11% or so
retrace a tad and I am in
Gary, just 10% stake not 20. But where should the PPS of Lomiko be to reflect the ownership?
Nice to see Lomiko getting fired up. Didn't try to buy GGG.V. Thought we couldn't buy here in the US. But loaded up on LMR.(400k shares). Just broke even. Where do you guys see the PPS heading in light of the 4 mil+ holding of 3d graphene by LMR? What is this worth? Near term catalysts? Been in this since Gary's article last year! GLTA

Graphene 3D Lab (GGG.V) to Demonstrate New 3D Printed Batteries
Posted on September 2, 2014 by Gary Anderson
Graphene 3D LabAfter the close of trading today Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (web site) announced the company has filed a provisional patent application for 3D printed battery technology and that the company will hold a public demonstration of their 3D printed batteries.
See: Graphene 3D Lab Inc. Files Provisional Patent Application Related to 3D Printable Batteries
I checked with 3D printing patent attorney John Hornick who explained that provisional patent applications can be used to “lock in” the date of the filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to get in front of a potentially similar application made later by a different company.
3D printed batteries are a (potentially huge) addition to what I believe is the company’s early mover advantage in the commercialization of graphene filaments for 3D printing. Dr. Elena Polyakova, COO of Graphene 3D Lab stated in a June article that sales of their graphene-enhanced filaments for 3D printing are expected “within 3-6 months.”
Today’s news after the close is yet another reason I believe “The Best 3D Printing Stock to Buy Now is Graphene 3D Lab (GGG.V)“, and I can’t wait to see the public demonstration of this technology.
Looks like lomiko is heating up now that GGG is trading
Does anyone know what the stock did yesterday? THe Canadian exchanges should have been open, but I couldn't find any thing.
Thanks for the info, I knew they had an 11% stake in Graphene 3D Labs, but didn't realize GGG was taking off. I guess I need to read up on GGG and see what's up over there. I was originally going to sell my LMR once I hit break even, but now I may need to hold on to it.
Envirosciguy, Graphene 3D Lab has exploded in price, now $1.75. Lomiko owns 10% of that company. GLTA.
Lomiko owns 4.4m shares of Graphene 3D Labs (GGG) which is going through the roof.
At Friday's closing price, Lomiko's stake has a value of $7.7m CAD. Lomiko paid peanuts for them in comparison to the current price.

It's holding with another 11% gain. I have a small position in Lomiko, and have been in the red for awhile, but close to break even. i just need another 10% increase. Someone smarter than me care to explain what's behind the positive move in the last few days.
25%+ gain yesterday, wonder if this will hold or even better, keep trending up?
Thanks. I was looking for GGG.CA. 3D graphene. I've been in LMRMF for a year now. Go lomiko
You can buy Lomiko Metals in the U.S. Their symbol is LMRMF.
Canadian, cant but them in US yet.
On the US exchange or Canadian ? TD Amer did not have access.
I got in yesterday in Graphene 3D Labs :)
Agreed. It has been a while. Wonder what this will look like when real graphite mining starts. Did anyone get in on the Graphene 3D (GGG) IPO.
First close above $.06 in awhile and on good volume. Almost all trades were buys today. A good bullish sign.
It seems to me people have been accumulating the last couple of weeks. I'm not a 'charts' guy, that is just 15 yrs experience & my intuition talking but I think today's action confirms it.
Looks like Graphene 3D Printing Inc. went public with lomiko owning 13%. This is an interesting play.
I'm here & been holding for the better part of a year. Have high hopes for this one!
Still here and watching. LMR is proposing a stockholders rights plan for Octt, 2014 meeting. Looks like there must be some wealth found in the ground.
This Stock should have so many more followers than it currently does. Watch out folks, big things are coming soon!

New interview with Paul Gill, CEO of Lomiko
http://thewallstreetanalyzer.com/lomiko-metals-tsxvlmrotcqxlmrmf-ceo-paul-gill/
New to this board (and the graphene area) but I have been fairly heavy into sigma labs for some time. What is the connection between sigma and lomiko that you are referring to, as turning the corner?
I am into LMRMF just enough to keep me paying attention...so far.
They have started mining on a small scale. From Paul Gill- " Graphite production should grow about 10% per year for the next few years". "We will not have to buy equipment, we will lease at the beginning and custom mill". GLTA.
Have they started any mining yet? If not I feel they will put out more shares to raise capital to do it.
