thank you!!!!!.....ck
They have not sold the brand and continue to plan expanding it's reach. This is some sort of middle ground in which ICONIX will be part benificiary of the brand name and Danskin gets the capital they need without a BK and recap that destroys current shareholder value. I am sure that they would have chosen the Bk and formal recap if the deal with ICONIX meant that the brand was no longer an asset of the company..They have monetized the intellectual property. Do i really know what that means..No but it does not equate to selling the brand...read below. "Iconix marketing support will help complete the company's vision for the brand" Going much higher ..IMO
Donald Schupak, Danskin's Chairman said "The transaction will provide capital for growth of the Danskin(R) wholesale business and, at the same time, monetize its intellectual properties, enhancing opportunities to increase shareholder value. Carol Hochman and her team have done an exceptional job expanding this great brand and implementing a multi-channel distribution strategy in a markedly undercapitalized environment. In addition to providing working capital, Iconix marketing support will help complete the Company's vision for the Brand."
yeah ipre...And there is more upside on that list. I bought 100k shares of anwm at .024 and sold them at .021..how stupid am i

and it goes on..Heavy institutional ownership to boot. Watch this do what BNVI did
Thanks fellas i don't think I am entitled to those perks. I get 15 post a day on free acess. I'll turn down computer volume. Floyd drives me nuts. Looks like there is still room for the cap to grow here. GLTA
nobody can click the links in the i-box and learn about the company with out the music. Can you please bag the music.. Point well taken..thanks.
good stuff..thanks
thanks..will you take a position here. What entry would attract you..gltu
dart, do you think this chart is broken as you say. i get the feeling after averaging down, I can get out of here with a profit. I have 1.1 million shares at about .005 avg...tia
Why DANS is a strong buy
I have tried to find the institutional ownership here. I am sure it is large which is why the float is so tight.
Nasdaq.com doesn't have it and I can't seem to find my way back to the pre-pink sheet yahoo page that would have it
I think they worked the deal they did to try to regain shareholder value to long time holders of the issue, avoiding bankruptcy and yet retaining the brand name. They essentially have sold everything except the brand itself which is formidable. Do you know how easily Danskin products will find there way in to ANY Department store catering to all income levels. With the debt serviced, manufacturer in place, established brand, easy aceess to markets and easy penetration of mkts. They don't have to dillute. This is one pink that if need be in a year or so will have the streams of rev. banking relationships, longstanding reputation that will allow them to get debt financing. This is going to dollars. Those that bought at .40 don't panic, your entry is good. Everyone thinking about this. I have not been in the game long but this sure seems to be a rare opportunity IMO...I bought 6k shares @ .16 glta

Last post. The bottom is in and the traders are slinking around..The good traders that is....some of us are already here..been here. We are going up..I will make money here but I will have EARNED it.
That ground fog is what is confusing here. He is either a complete idiot or he bought some other claims with the cash and we are going to here about it. If he dilluted at less than a penny to line his own pockest we are in bed with a fool..glta
in at 16..I think I am lucky to buy at this price. I'm old so I know the brand..Maybe they will try to do for their brand in their market what Addidas did for their brand in their mkt. Danskin is a big big name.. I was not by the computer yesterday or I would have gotten in on this earlier.
buy dans right now..imo
I'm going to sell another loser and add 500k before the end of day...I will steal those shares from the bottom feeders who are back and sniffing around..You can sell to them if you want. I'm a buyer...glta
capitulation..we go up..i hope...
160k more at 22
if I had the money, I would add. We need volume..gl
Oh you gotta love that response....gltu..Obviously you were born to play the tables....double down...Lmao.....You are probably right but. I don't have the powder...
962k shares at .006...gulp
yes..sorry for being mean..I am disgusted with my buy in here...gltu
did you read the post
At this point we are news driven Everyone wants to know what they used the 140 million new shares they threw at us. If it was for further acquisitions.. Nice..If they just lined their own pockets then it shows they really have no intention of building shareholder value....I'm trapped and hoping
the market likes the assets here. The question is new paper or shareholder value. To be determined. gl
ipre....my money hasnt cleared...i am disgusted with myself...anwm....nttl....aesk....shoot me
RRLB looks like a squeeze
cohq. I smell an RM
jumped into both..glta
Ip, I'm going hiking in the desert today, so I would be watching the tape...I need a little help..RSDS....RRLB...COHQ
gl
Boy NTTL and BNVI are still going nuts
I wish i had the money to avg down..last post..glta
sometimes i win and sometimes i carry the bags..i try to play both roles as gracefully as possible and win more than lose. they played the game and won this time... they will be carrying my bags next time..good luck to them and us
a pinkie investing in a casino...Risk heaven..gl
good luck..I have 962k at .006. I hope you make a lot of money
I know you...good luck
the facts are the facts. You buy and you sell and this is the pinks. just assume everyone has rabbies and hope you don't get bit..But when you do, it is your own fault...thats it..and when you hit ...sweet Mama it sure is fun
glta
gonna be ok here. They have cleaned up this sucker for a reason..I am waiting on the reason.. They high volume event. I've seen it before. Quiet for a couple of days, and RM...We shall see. In a little high .00115avg..gl
if it dips down again avg down..I wouldn't do it here. The buyers low today will be flipping out all day. You will get another dip..IMO...gl
I understand raising funds..I do...And maybe they have printed for the purposes of buying more claims but if they are printing their way to wealth then nuts because this stock was gonna run on the value.
Anyway 350 million shares x .0028 is still under 1 million mkt cap glta
they are still printing...be careful...
