So be ready for the drop and buy like crazy, that will help fuel the big rally up and reverse the trend. Don't blink and don't worry, for the tide is about to change next week.
Not uncommon for a stock to have one last big fear factor drop intraday before a strong rally to the Long Side.
So lowtrade, When does this patern stop? The way it is going the company stock will have no value by the time the Strat launches!
In with 15,246,000 shares, let her rip. Should be good times ahead for SEIH. Cannot wait for the new corporate format.
In my opinion, Now and any lower is the time to BUY, if you want to get in on the big gains. Don't forget that Huff stated recently that we were about to get about a large infusion of cash from either a govt entity or a private one, or a combination of the two.
Read Below:
On the commercial front, we are in advanced funding discussions with several government and commercial parties who have fully embraced the world-changing nature of this new wireless platform. Because we have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements with several of these parties, we are not permitted, at this stage, to disclose their identities. However, we are optimistic that, during the course of the next couple of months we will have secured one or more "strategic partnerships". We are in advanced discussions with parties through our presence in Latin America and through our Sanswire Europe Joint Venture. If these negotiations continue to advance in the productive and favorable way they have to date, then we can confirm that these multi-national parties have the demonstrated capability, and desire, to provide funds for research, development and deployment of Stratellites in amounts that are measured in potentially hundreds of millions of dollars. Our commercial objectives are to enter into two regional partnerships with governments and/or with multinational TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) organizations during the course of the next 12 months. These "partnerships" are being structured in such a way that Sanswire will provide the technology, manpower, export licenses and ground operations in return for the capital required to manufacture, assemble and operate the Sanswire Fleet in those regions. And, in all cases, Sanswire will exclusively own, and be in a position to fully protect, all of its proprietary technology from any potential competitors.
Oilman47, Who is providing the 5 engines? There has been speculation that Kestral (spelling maybe wrong) is no longer involved.
This information from Mr. Huff in responce to the NY Post article should give us a big hint about our protection since we are on a military base with production taking place.
See below:
Contrary to Mr. Bryon's assertion, the first Stratellites are slated to be delivered to military and capital partners interests.
Mr. Timothy Huff stated: "The importance of placing these Stratellites in the best location to maximize security for our armed forces is of paramount importance. The technology that we have developed with NASA, the Air Force and other agencies will help save lives and provide quality of life for those that will be the first users of the technology." Mr. Huff continued, "Our capital partners will be afforded initial units and follow on customers will be in line for available capacity."
Moreover, the Stratellite represents a last-mile solution to provide internet and telephone to those areas where conventional infrastructure is not in place.
Has anybody stopped to think that we have the military on our side to prevent corporate sabotage from happening against the Stratellite? If it is true that the big corporations don't want GTE to succeed then this is great to have Uncle Sam on our side protecting our little bird in the cage.
What does that have to do with GTEL?

SEBASS,Thanks for the support. The facts speak for theirselves. You are correct that Huff stated one reason for going to the AMEX was for the banking relationships for funding necessities. Has anybody noticed that the stock price has gone down over half of the high? Has anybody lost any money here by selling? You are right that many people just take whatever the company comes out with as JUST FINE WITH THEM. Well it isn't just fine with me when I learn and see funny business going on. We need to keep the heat on the company to think about the commoners more regarding share price! How do we do that is the question?
Well Rocky you might be right and then again maybe not. I hope you are. I voted no because I have been burned before by companies that have the open checkbook policy. I called Huff many months ago and asked about the reverse split. He was very pointed to let me know that there were lots of other ways to accomplish changing boards. Well, I guess he just forgot about them or wanted to tell me what I wanted to hear. No matter how sweet this GTE looks for the future, getting there will be something we all need to watch closely, just like we have watched our investments take a big hit. I know that the No vote will not have any effect, but I just had to do it to send my little message. If this was such a good thing for the company, why doesn't Huff come out and explain the reason for the increase, instead of others having to do that for him? Good luck. holter49
The thing is that most people spend what is in their checkbook and then some. They will be able to use shares recklessly if they are available. What about the joint partnerships, aren't they supposed to bring in money? The only reason to use shares is for acquisition of companies.
MBTT is on the verge of sales if all goes right. If it does we should see share appreciation. I bet it spikes and drops.
I sure hope we see a price at .10 at least this time next year. Seems that with low overhead and deals making and brewing, the company could get the attention of a lot of investors and others. We shall see!
thank you bors.
How else will they be able to sell to the institutions and funds if they don't create shares for them to buy? Am I missing something or is that how it actually works?
Good questions from another board. Any answers?
Ask yourself this ABOUT GTEL MANAGEMENT:
Do they reverse the current aurthorized the same amounts as the common shares?
Do they reverse the convertible preferreds, incentive stock option program(s)?
Do they reverse their salaries the same amounts of the common shares?
Do they reverse and simply issue S-8's back to their original position holdings?
DO THEY REVERSE AND THEN ISSUE AN SB-2 FOR A GAZILLION SHARES ON THE BACKS OF THE REVERSED COMMON SHARE HOLDERS?
!Bonus Stock Shares! For shareholders, when moving to new Exchange Board? That would be a good question for the Shareholders Meeting!!!!! To heck with the reverse split talk, Let us plant the seed for a forward split or just bonus shares as a dividend. They will need more float anyway if this thing takes off an flies. Why not put those shares in our hands.
Wonder if I should sell before the 10Q or buy?
We sure aren't seeing any big upswing from promotional contracts. We need the meat like these other companies are getting to go with our potatoes
I did not see VTSI anywhere in your posts. Are we or aren't we?
You would have to give up your idea of having this company make you millions. Unfortunately but true. I know from experience.
You are not wrong and only a fool would be for a reverse split, Mr. Bogart. In fact if it did happen you should sell immediatley and take you money elsewhere. I know for a fact that this is what I will do. Experience My Good Man, Experience!!
You are not wrong and only a fool would be for a reverse split Mr. Bogart.
azgold, The fundamentals are the key. You can pump stock all day long with good news and if the company has no support foundation that is strong, you will see stock slides. The investor today has seen the inadequate companies go down and they look for that now. You need good fundamentals, good product and good income with great PR and that is how you grow. R/S is the Kiss of Death due to perception if nothing else.
Every reverse split I was ever a part of had the company stock decend over a short time frame below what it was before the split. If they split in a reverse fashion and they are not already a big board player, you can forget the share price because they are not strong enough to maintain there stock price on the company deeds in the first place. Don't beleive me then just do some research and you will find out. It bothers me to even hear Peter imply the possibility. That is the sign of a weak CEO, President or whatever his role is.
kenco, Why don't you read and learn that Sunncomm has a more advanced version that will work at a level of no shift key interference? Besides apparently no one reads your posts anyway due to the % drop reduction in record sales after the Hamilton release. Oh well some people think they know everything or just get paid to try and convince others they do.
Read last paragraph and one above it regarding VTSI. otcjournal.com wants to hear from us.

Market Comment- Long Overdue Correction May Be in the Cards
Here's a chart of the NASDAQ Composite, as measured from early March when the new "BULL" was born. Pretty impressive. The market has inclined for nearly nine months without a 10% correction. Even in the go-go bull market of the 90's, the market never survived six months without at least a 10% correction.
We've been down for the last three days. Yesterday's earnings report from Merck (NYSE: MRK) put a damper on the pharmaceuticals. Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) came in with an adequate earnings report, and was rewarded with a 5 point sell off as a little reality returned to the market.
The ghost of the October 1987 crash is rearing its ugly head as it always does in the weeks preceding Halloween. I don't believe its a coincidence or a perennial event. I believe the annual October sell off is related to fund managers rebalancing their portfolios- ejecting losers and locking in profits well ahead of the all important year end day of reckoning. This might be the ultimate market manipulation to make fund managers look good.
All the technical reports I read every morning point to a long overdue correction. Most traders recognize Wall Street climbs a wall of worry, and no is worried, which has all the technicians worried (does that make sense?). Fear drives the market to higher levels.
I've included a couple of very simple technical indicators in the chart. Since this is not a technical newsletter, I like to keep it simple. The blue line represents support. The market has not broken below the blue line convincingly since this move began in early March. The index is trying to break below support right now.
If we break below the support line convincingly, I believe the trend will be broken and lower levels will be imminent. A break below support could take us down to the high end of the mid range (shown in red), below 1800. Coincidentally, nearly exactly a 10% correction from the top.
Don't despair- if this sets up, I believe it will be an outstanding buying opportunity. You'll know it's safe to buy again when the media trots out all the doom and gloom Bears who claim the economy is a mess, the recovery is jobless, and the FED is manipulating the money supply and interest rates to artificially stimulate spending. If the market drops, and these people are all over the financial press, it will be time to buy.
I clipped 20% off a QQQ put for my own account this week. I closed it out early today. However, a rally might get me back in.
eReserch Technologies (NASDAQ: ERES) - Do You Still Own This One?
I wrote two editions on eReserch in the last year. Dec 2, 2002, and April 22, 2003. If you bought the stock and still own it, please email me at editor@otcjournal.com.
On those publication dates the stock was trading at a split adjusted level of $7.45 and $13 respectively. Yesterday, the company reported blow out earnings again, and raised guidance again. If I only knew.
The stock is now trading at around $45, making ERES my best idea of the year. Penny stock VTSI moved up five fold at the high, but ERES has now moved up six fold since my first publication on the company. Of course, VTSI accomplished its move in a shorter time frame, so the annualized return could be better.
I wish I had written more on the company. Email me if you still own it- I would love to hear about it.

SirFelix, Ameritrade any number of shares for $10.99. I am suprised that you don't know that.
slow_feet, What happened to Racing Vision press release May 23,2002 that said the company would gain $27 million from the deal. Did they scrap that deal and move into where they are now? Or is it still on the books? It is a little funny about the change in the press releases. Probably atomatic when the company changes their information.
My understanding is that the company has to issue the shares. The company would make money from the MM after the sale. If they need money, they might just do that. Hopefully it would be gradual and slow so not to interrupt the share price rise.
holter
A14343,Why do you say this regarding getting funding? Just curious and concerned! I would not want this to be a BS statement for self gain.
Not knowing what the share count is or anything about the books has me worried that this company might want to do a R/S. I sure hate them and hope that they don't.
TroutWorld,
I have never shorted a stock. Not to say that I should of been shorting Enron when I was buying. I just realize, in my mind, that companies need good financials to last and sustain growth from sales and production. The stage seems to be set for this company. I wish I had more stock at a much lower price. Had it, sold it, want it back! The market makers are the ones that control the price of stock for companies in positions like this one. That has been my experience and I have my reservations about the short term price fluctuations that lead to long term trends. The company needs money and that is where I am coming from. If they are not selling stock they have to borrow the money. That leads to more debt. It seems to me that people are forgetting, already, what was supposed to be learned from the last rise in the market. What about company financials for value and not BS.
Holter
Barnabus,
You are so right and some are going to lose their gains by not selling on the short rises in price. Nothing of real substance has occurred as of yet. The company is in debt and getting going. Need big time revenue that may come, but who knows when. The company would still have to produce and that costs money, before they would get into a profit position. Don't get me wrong I like the company, but I am concerned about strength of financial situation.
