Updated IBOX
I just updated the ibox with recent press releases and a note about today's press release
something is weird about that EOD buy.
You can see that the '433' shares at the end matches an earlier intra-day trade. It's almost as though the broker who has been posting the pre-arranged trades had something to do today, so he let it go at 3:56 instead of 4:15

if it doesn't ever stop I will continue to get more and more angry. eventually I may even get soo angry about it that I will post on message boards that I am angry about it.
ok so that puts the total slightly over 25 million. I hope this is the magic stopping number. :)
so how about a prediction about what RH will do over the next few days to bounce this stock even higher? .04 can't be his grand finale....
Sure I'd be pissed. If I were rich to begin with, I'd even string out the court argument as LOOONG as I could.
I have no idea as to the actual conversations that happened, so I can't place blame.
:)
hey defireman. Would you buy the idea that maybe Caroni was just pissed at RH for something. He was going to try and prove his point by trying to kill RH's company. It was revenge, pure and simple. Since Caroni is already rich, he doesn't need the money...
I updated the ibox and have since removed the propoganda
Welcome New Readers!
Many of you are probably stopping by because you've seen the stock double over the past 2 days. Please read the iBox to catch up on the history of the company.
Although the company has seen its share of problems, a positive outcome to the April 24th court appearance should mean great things for the stock price of EFFC in the near term.
so, if they don't show up, then EFFC wins ?
I've had to slowly reduce my position over the last week in order to fund some other purchases unfortunately. Holding on to 400k shares now. Hoping for the best!
take EFFC out of this. If you could buy a couple of hundred thousand shares at .018 and then day trade them out at .025 or .03 and that's all you cared about? Seems like a pretty good quick bit of change. Not much change, but still.
GL in court! It sure would be nice to be at a dime or something fun like that.
BTW Mike - what are the totals now in terms of Shares? I don't remembering seeing the SUM for a while.
thanks
Oh, he probably has an RSS feed or something. Trivial to whip out a reply if it comes to his mobile device or something.
I think that the MM's need to run this to about $1.00 today so that they can dump at a high price!
why would MM's do it? Well, because it's a computer. It's there to 'make a market'... People likely tend to buy or sell when they see the price move.
Whether or not the past promises came true or not, at least they showed a PROFIT (in the PR) in the publicly traded arm of ECN Holding.
Why I'm not selling.
What a day it's been.....I've read and thought about joenatural's post a lot.
I've come to a conclusion, which I hope many of you will follow me on.
What appears to be true, and my own research confirms, is that in order for the entity of EFFC to succeed, it needs an experienced CFO to replace Manon to clean it all up. IF, there is a PR this week, AND there are AF's that indicate that the company is still on track to do SOMETHING that will make a profit, then it really don't matter about the rest. None of it seems illegal, it just seems like someone has been running things who can't run a company, or it seems like bad advice was given, or received, or SOMETHING....
Everything, EVERYTHING, that I've heard indicates that there IS a waiting list for the product that they were developing. The actual FOLO product does exist. CRAM does exist. It just needs to be productionalized to the masses. It's likely that a experienced CEO/CFO could bring everyone back to the table and in 6 months, really, everyone would be swimming in contracts. I don't think that there is a problem with the entity that we all hold shares in - EFFC.... Maybe there *Is* a problem with some of the people running the company, but TWO people do not make a company, especially if something happens that makes those people 'leave the company suddenly for personal reasons'.
If any/some of this is true, then let's clean house of the management, and get this COMPANY cleaned up so that we can all bring it back to life and make some profits. *I* believe in the product and the concept that it brings, and I have had enough conversations with people who have worked around the technology / and around the product, etc, to believe that it can succeed with the right leadership. Let's just get the right leadership in there, bring ARGO back to the table as a partnership agreement to manufacture the units, and get them shipping!
This seems to be a different argonav site too. I remember the old one kinda wasn't very good?
that's getting AWFULLY close to 20 million?
Maybe it's not a million dollars, but 20 million shares?
you know what Believer? I won't be NEARLY as angry as the Google investors when their stock went from $700 to $400.
If EFFC goes to $700 and back to $400 and I still haven't sold? I think that's probably okay with me knowing how many shares I own. a couple of hundred million dollars would be fun.
Definately not counting on it - LOL.
it would seem to me that ANY 'fresh out of college CPA' person from somewhere in Quebec would be a candidate to sign off of the financials, right? It doesn't have to be an official firm to qualify as audited financials. There's plenty of people who would touch this, IMHO.
If anyone out there has some personal relationships with those close to the matter, please find out.
a) Who terminated the ARGO Agreement
b) WAs there a change in terms of the contract from 10M restricted to 23M common because of the drop of share price?
c) Was this a termination of contract, or were there terms that were never really 'met' from the acquisition? If there were terms that were not met, either company could have triggered the termination clause (see table of contents from that one post)
d) Was/Is the Argo lawsuit is a result of something going wrong with this acquisition contract? (the one that ARgo didn't pay their bill? Maybe RH didn't pay the bill?)
I'm still hoping that RH can still pull off SOMETHING here. Maybe reasonable profit from monitoring and software contracts to bring this at least up to the dime range, eh?
I too have had numerous emails to investor go unanswered, but I've also had answers very quickly to some sent a few minutes after the unanswered ones.
It appears that the company chooses NOT to respond, rather than to respond with "I'm sorry, but we cannot answer these questions directly". I'd rather them at least respond with no comment then not respond at all.
I've gotten recent responses that indicate Cassius has NOT sold off his position.

PPS (to me) is an indication of how a company is doing relative to the public community. Some real, some perceived. I do feel better when the PPS Goes up, and I feel a little worse when it goes down.
PPS, to me, is _not_ an indication of how good a product is though.
Unfortunately, no matter HOW good a product is, a poorly run company may never bring it to market.
I've never heard anyone talk about how the _product_ doesn't work in this case - and THAT is what appeals to me about EFFC. If this company can get the _product_ in the hands of the right people and run this as a business, and put all of this 'noise and vagueness' behind them, then the PPS will take care of itself.
In order for the PPS to take care of itself though, the business people need to put some pen to paper and iron out these things that pain us all.
a) Settle the Bio thing with Caroni.
b) Get some financials done, whatever they are. No one really cares how good or bad they are (I'm sure someone does). Transparency is king!
c) Submit the paperwork to the SEC to uplist
d) Publish some price sheets, and investor product info
I'm thinking of trying to take a list of questions to the company to see if they are willing to provide some shareholder responses. We may get a little more traction if questions come from a group representing 10-20% of public traded shares.
Thoughts ?
MLK - The philosophy of what you're identifying appears to be true. The one 'real-world problem' is that there is not enough shares to really make any real money on it. It appears that you could have flipped a couple of hundred thousand shares and made $2k-$4k. Good money, but not a boatload by any means.
Now THAT is a good question. I think the answer all depends on HOW Argo does its business, and When.
Is it a company with lots of small deals, or a few big deals?
Was this an investment in something 'new and exciting' that didn't Pan out, that hasn't yet paid for itself ?
Argo, from what I can tell from talking to a few of the actual distributors makes a 'rock solid product' so I'm unsure why this bill went unpaid.
Something that I noticed, was the ship-to on the purchase order. The product was shipped to Hong Kong.
Interesting to see how it will pan out.
my $0.92 spent with the PACER System brings us the Complaint.
Argo didn't pay for $90,000 worth of Equipment and now Airdesk is suing them to pay.

Note pointed out to me from CowPatty:
Today's AH shares have the 4 decimal points which all AH shares have had since oct 18. However, yesterday's supposed AH shares did not...so, should they truly be considered in with the AH shares that we've been tracking?

New Survey
I'm trying to see if I can get a rough estimate to see what the freely trading Float is out there - versus what is in the hands of the 'Long and Strong'.
Please take 10 seconds to answer the survey. It appears to be completely anonymous.
thanks!
Now that I think about your comment, instead of speaking poorly about EFFC, I think that it's rather lazy of the publishing company to just take a press release and rewrite it then actually contact the company and do research. I understand that it may slow down their process, but to take a press report and just re-write it? I wonder if the company even approved / knew that they were being written about.
