PPS (to me) is an indication of how a company is doing relative to the public community. Some real, some perceived. I do feel better when the PPS Goes up, and I feel a little worse when it goes down.

PPS, to me, is _not_ an indication of how good a product is though.

Unfortunately, no matter HOW good a product is, a poorly run company may never bring it to market.

I've never heard anyone talk about how the _product_ doesn't work in this case - and THAT is what appeals to me about EFFC. If this company can get the _product_ in the hands of the right people and run this as a business, and put all of this 'noise and vagueness' behind them, then the PPS will take care of itself.

In order for the PPS to take care of itself though, the business people need to put some pen to paper and iron out these things that pain us all.

a) Settle the Bio thing with Caroni.
b) Get some financials done, whatever they are. No one really cares how good or bad they are (I'm sure someone does). Transparency is king!
c) Submit the paperwork to the SEC to uplist
d) Publish some price sheets, and investor product info

I'm thinking of trying to take a list of questions to the company to see if they are willing to provide some shareholder responses. We may get a little more traction if questions come from a group representing 10-20% of public traded shares.
