orangeman..... we didn't get the CV risk reduction approval from the FDA until the end of 2019. What good would it have done to have a combo pill until at least 2020? The money was better spent on the Reduce-It study. Because of the Du Du ruling, now the combo pill makes a lot more sense. Not only does it put the generics in a high TG's box but it should make it easier for patient adherence. Less pills to take daily.
Sleven, just because the technology exists to do it, doesn't mean it's easy to do both en mass and economically. That's my guess.
I don't think for 1 minute Denner will wait around for that. Neither will we as some BP will be taking that project over.
Kiwi, you forgot to add to the good news column..... .04 a share profitable for the quarter. Profitable for the year .02/share I also don't see the combo pill as a red herring. It makes all the sense in the world to do something like this. As long as we can market a pill that will reduce CV risk of Stroke, Heart Attack, etc etc by 60%.... how is that not attractive? We then become more than just players in the statin market. We would have the best most effective pill on the market with patent protection. Generic V market would not even be worth competing in for those leaches.
Until then, the US is not lost as you say. AMRN is fighting the good fight and against all the headwinds (and there are many), margins have held up just fine. Revenues are down what 4% this year? I think we'll be OK and I also think it's only a matter of time for us to be acquired.
I was worried about you..... you went from about 20 negative spin posts a day to nothing for almost a week.
What happened to the pessimist in chief Whalatane (aka Kiwi)? Did he finally get the boot?
One of these Friday's.... I'm winning this thing

Well Lizzy..... investors didn't take too kindly to your OCGN issuing more shares... bummer!
Cardiovascular tidal wave post Covid?

Hi Lizzy...... just joking.... I'm as big an AMRN fan as I am a Ramfan
V is an anti-inflammatory..... I got the whole team on them and started a trend. OBJ is doubling the dosage and we're calling the trial ACL-It. Wish us luck

Great effort Marjac and your team..... we will always appreciate what you folks did.
That was epic Marjac..... Kupp is amazing... and props to McVay for figuring out ways to scheme him into occasional one-on-ones. Everyone on the planet knows Stafford is going to Kupp on that drive and they couldn't stop him.
Thanks Invest..... amazing month of playoffs this year... I am happy for Stafford, Whitworth, McVay, Donald, Ramsey.... all those guys that with this win will seal their Hall of Fame fate.
I was impressed with the Bengals defense. They were better than I expected. The Rams could not run at all against them. When Beckham went down, I knew we were in trouble but Stafford/Cupp/Donald would not be denied.
Sorry Lizzy.... but the virus is gonna virus and Aaron Donald is going to wreck a quarterback!
Believe me, If I had my way, I would be happy to see those responsible for pulling off this fraudulent heist of our patents, to be buried up to their necks in a mound of red ants. After dumping a cup of honey on them, I would leave them in peace.
jasbg, that makes sense.... it would tough to prove fraud but if it was a "mistake". They wouldn't be liable..... may the truth set us free.
Invest, I don't see how we could extract damages if the patents are restored. The Generics adhering to the Marine patents did not break any laws since the patents in essence didn't exist while they were selling gV.
Marjac, I hope you are taking a well deserved stress free vacation after today. You have many fans and well wishers for what you did today and leading up to today. As for the first time before this court, you were fantastic and handled yourself admirably. I took a business law course in college and after today, I know why I never pursued a career in law. With much gratitude.....
Which helps to make Marjacs argument for standing. AMRN legal council failed and failed to file for Rule 60 which is why then and only then could Marjac file on behalf of those of us that were misrepresented.
North, how does this work.... is it majority rule 2:1 in favor we win but 2:1 against, we lose?
Well done Marjac...... tough crowd.... Judge Dyke is just looking for the lazy, easy way out and dismiss standing.
SHOWTIME - get em Marjac
Here's another one to get you pumped up Marjac...
We will not go quietly into the night... we will not vanish without a fight...
Get your beauty rest Marjac..... you are prepared so don't over think this. Thank you!
Just added another 500 and got the Marjac rate .... tomorrow we climb.
Looks like I missed the dip in price for picking up a few cheaper shares this morning in advance of Marjacs big day..... oh well, I'm still buying more before the day is over.

Marjac....we cannot wait for you to present for the benefit of all of us. Wishing you tremendous success and it can't be said enough that we appreciate you and your team.
That is one of the more comprehensive government studies that I've witnessed. Since you probably had numerous cost overruns, I insist that we pay you $50 Billion.
I'd prefer the government handout go to Nuke who is conscious of good health versus funding safe drug houses to shoot up or do crack. Or maybe you think the government can spend more taxpayer dollars on the mating habits of fruit flies. Did we ever get a full report on that?
Nukem..... love Arizona.... my daughter usually lives in Tucson when not in school in Ireland . When we hit it big on AMRN, I'd enjoy stopping by, sipping some of that wine, and perhaps talk some football.
Regis management company buys half a million shares... don't know much about them but we'll take it.

Opinion in favor of reimbursement only in adult patients on treatment with a statin at the maximum tolerated dose, at very high cardiovascular risk due to established cardiovascular disease (secondary prevention) and presenting with moderately high hypertriglyceridemia (≥ 150 and < 500 mg/dL ).
Still a good sized market greater than ZERO which is what we had in France prior to this so let's get those prescriptions rolling. Where are the respected thought leaders that can can convince these cheap ass governments to stop using the Mineral Oil placebo BS as a loophole to avoid paying for their citizens health and wellness.
lizzy...... Stockvader posts all the time on the Yahoo Message Board for AMRN.....he uses SV. He's an optimist like me.
We could call it ViKeepher?
Excellent news.....
I never saw much of Stafford because outside of Detroit, they were only televised on Thanksgiving. All the analysts said well he's a got a great arm but... blah blah blah.... now that I've watched every game he played this year I can honestly say he is ridiculously talented when it comes to passing. He makes some mistakes but it's because he thinks he can make any throw and 90% of the time, he can. One of the bigger advantages he has over Burrow is that he has seen everything a defense can throw at you. He has years of experience at defensive schemes and how to exploit them. Borrow doesn't have that yet so Stafford will throw a pick not because of the defense fooling him but because he is wired to still make that throw. I think Burrow is similar in that he is wired to make those throws but the defense is going to show things he's not familiar with yet.
