Asian and Canadian. Vietnam, India, also China and Scandinavia. It is just accentuating how threatened those using biofloc and other outdated technology are by NS's successful test of their technology tested and working.
Shmp is a real find, its future successes are assured because the technology jumps over great ihurdlew in aquaculture like cost, ecological, and survival rate. It makes the need to import fish, much of it contaminated, obsolete.
NS technology produces 4x the shrimp biofloc systems do per liter so mentioning and promoting other RAS companies to compare to NS is trying to get noticed. They are not able to compete with this technology. The technology could sell this company overnight not their shrimp production. this company had an aquaculture breakthrough as the first RAS to use electrocoagulation.
It costs way less than biofloc
It produces 4x per liter
It needs less manpower to maintain
Know what you own
Aquaculture is the new cbd this convention is going to be hot news and Shmp the big splash.
Shmp is going to be the big news at convention
Let's focus on upcoming meetings ar the convention re distribution, licensing, buyout opportunities, future species and hatchery plans. Thanks.
Keeping it real and long. SHMP!
Next week is going to be big for SHMP.
A new technology that is a breakthrough in aquaculture bringing fresh seafood to the US and elsewhere economically and safely using no chemicals or antibiotics.
Next week is going to be exciting.
We've broken through that first support with room to spare already.
Steady rise.
Chart is about to breakout...pennant formation after consolidation and it's about to move.
SHMP has been setting up many meetings at the upcoming convention, according to commentary by the patent holders.
A company does not need a booth at a convention. A convention is a place where an industry meets up with everyone in their industry. Meetings are set up weeks and months in advance. Many established companies choose suites in hotel rooms for business meetings, presentations. Sometimes an organization throws parties in rented venues.
The trades for the conventions carry contacts and info about all attendees.
Convention space does not offer the privacy that one would want with serious meetings, especially when people want who is negotiating for what private.
The media has been following NS since it set out on its journey to create the first successful RAS electrocoagulation unit. And that buzz has turned into a blitz as they approached the end of this last test that produced a crop of shrimp certified by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
Let's wait and see what else they may "present" at the convention, but the booth is not perhaps an appropriate choice at this time.
I believe Texas provides the most US grown shrimp, but those numbers you are posting showing survival rates that are usually around 25 percent is appalling.
And cruel.
Maintaining water conditioning properly is the most difficult thing with farmed fish, aquariums, etc.
Obviously, NS has cracked the code.
We are going to see its technology replacing all these RAS biofloc systems and all going forward after next week. No doubt.
I have become so much more aware of where shrimp and other fish comes from since becoming a shmp investor, so much of it is from India or Vietnam...Vietnam uses many of those outdoor mangrove ponds that are being ruined by them. And it is important to realize a lot of the oxygen on this planet is coming from those mangroves apparently and shrimp farming has had a devastating effect on them.
Once a shrimp farm has been used, the shrimp polluting it, they get bacteria, they die, the water and ecosystem is ruined, and they move on to the next pond.
And much of the shrimp from India has been banned in 2019 because of antibiotics.
I look forward to the establishment of home farmed salmon as well, though I buy a lot of fish farmed Scandinavian salmon, the reality is so much of this fish is frozen and defrosted.
And the fresh salmon from Alaska, if you can overnight it, never tastes as fresh if bought in a supermarket fish section.
Great day for SHMP! w/confirmation TECH IS A GO!
Electrocoagulation RAS will replace Biofloc RAS going forward.
This is why this story is so big.
Because it's cheaper to run, more efficient, and at least with shrimp, the density of the animals quadruples in the same amount of space.
And all this without going into viability percentages.
So let's stay on this train!
shmp has the ONLY PATENT FOR THE FIRST RAS ELECTROCOAGULATION UNITS THAT TODAY OFFICIALLY HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO DO WHAT THEY WERE MADE TO DO.
KEEP water clean of debris, free of bacteria, ammonia levels down, and through the entire grow cycle of shrimp that were harvested at 23 grams!
They held back the viability specifics in the press release today.
They have their reasons, in my opinion, that I believe have to do with any negotiating they're in right now.
Plus it was a partial harvesting.
What they did confirm was the success of the system to raise shrimp to maturity (23 grams) keeping the water levels properly...low ammonia, cleaning debria, killing baceria.
And this is fact as TPWD (the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife) approved the marketing and safety of their shrimp...the only entity that can give that go ahead to sell fish and crustaceans in Texas...they also walked the entire plant.
This decision by the TPWD confirmed the success of their patented technology, which everyone was waiting for.
Their PR company was called by a few to get the viabiity we were told it was over 90 percent, which is a coup in and of itself.
we know from the months of following this that the density appears to be around 4x what can be raised in a biofloc system, which up until now has been the best technology in an RAS (recirculating) system...plus biofloc has never consistently exceeded 25 to 55 percent viability as a norm.
And we know biofloc is much more expensive to run.
So the success of this first RAS system using electrocoagulation successfully is a real coup as it promises to be an attractive preferable alternative to the biofloc systems.
WHICH IS WHY WE WHO UNDERSTAND THIS ARE STICKING WITH THE COMPANY.
PLUS, the tech is applicable to other marine fish.
Electrocoagulation will put bioflock out to pasture in all future RAS systems.
1. pennies to run vs. expensive
2. low manpower vs. higher manpower
3. cheap to set up and cut out the middleman
4. cheaper to grow and deliver locally than import.
5. Fresh delivered within a couple of hours instead of defrosted after a month or two
6. No antibiotics, no chemicals
7. animals carry no disease and aren't dying in their own waste.
I think so too.
It is a shame people sold today because they were spooked by some of the disinformation posted on here after the go-ahead by the Texas department of Parks and Wildlife on the clean bill to harvest and sell. The picture of a shrimp die off on a beach that was attributed to this company was absurd. But people believe this stuff. I even had one of the regular shorters tell me to sell because the price would go to .32 near the end of the day, AFTER the DD of the .90 plus survival rate coming from their pr firm.
Of course, that didn't happen.
I think they are releasing info in a clever manner so that the price wouldn't spike. A steady calm rise will keep the stock viable (oh a pun!) going forward.
Let's go to 6 dollars by Fall in a steady rise instead of going to 1 dollar and a retrace to pennies in one day if they'd simply pumped the minutiae specifics today.
Even at the close the push to get the price down before tomorrow was to get it under the 4 support level to encourage selling tomorrow and didn't succeed.
Tomorrow the stock will climb.
GLTA moving toward the convention.
It's shooting up tomorrow and people realize it look at the numbers jump.
You mean VIABILITY rate is greater than 90$ LOL!
Other people emailed the PR company and confirmed the same info.
You are able to do this as well.
E&E communications and the email is at the bottom of today's NS report too.
Very junior high school prankish some of the posts to get shareholders to sell shares.
10 day is 42.65 and has risen since oversold just at 30 this morning. Yesterday during all the shorting we hit 20 oversold before rising.
We continue to move on higher lows UPWARDS.
TPWD is the highest authority. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is the only entity that can approve a shrimp or fish farm's cleanliness, safety of the product for the consumer, and approve their harvest to market and give them the right to sell that product.
They also inspected the entire premises.
And eyewitnesses who have seen the place have been reporting for months through the entire process there has been just about 0 mortality of the shrimp.
As others reported, investors have been calling TPWD all day to get that DD they have a phone number on their website.
And others have been emailing their publicity company e&e, who as an extension of NS's business would not be stupid enough to risk the serious consequences of giving out misleading numbers on the viability of this harvest to investors.
It's truly exciting.
He said higher than 90 percent in fact!
Specifics will be showing up next week and then some.
We are looking at a revolutionary technology that will replace all other forms of aquaculture within a few years.
Less than that even.
Greater than 90 percent viability doesn't mean 90 shrimp are alive. Its the ratio of alive to dead of the great number of shrimp that survived to harvest weight of 23 grams.
9 to 1 lowest ratio as it was reported greater than.
You can see the size of their tanks in any NS video where hundreds o shrimp are growing per tank.
It's already known that the density was 4x what the previous biofloc system produced.
Even with the obvious turn in fortune, there are always attempts to scare people out of shares.
It's going to close 43 to 46 today or higher.
I don't think so it's been showing higher lows all day, but thanks for suggestion.
I'm good...picked up 30000 shares at 39 and 40
I'm quite sure this will be the last we'll be seeing of the threes once it is over 41 again today.
This was their "report" what wasn't in there was viability statistic.
We got this from e&e commnications, their pr firm.
email on bottom of the news release today. And number on any search engine.
over 90% viability.
They'll share more news in the coming week approaching the convention on March 7.
power hour begins! shmp's success and cheap shares. Winning combo this afternoon.
COMPLETE SUCCESS!
The TPWD approval was noted in the press release.
The over 90 percent survival was reported on here from a simple call to E&E commnications, their p.r. firm.
They handle investor relations and are in Texas.
Better to harvest longs.
As far as any who don't have patience to make a million sticking with this stock, at prices they could still pick up shares with today affordably and actually realize that sort of gain...
Let them eat meat.
