Buy side: 1,354,125
Sell side: 704,959
Buys were ahead of Sales all day, but when buying doubled in the afternoon the price really shot up.
Great things happen when the stock is in demand!
: ) It's all Good Man! Let's all ride this Green Rush to financial freedom!
Yes, say Company X announces it will be buying Company Z on May 1st for $10 per share. Immediately, the Bid will go to $9.98 and the Ask will go to $9.99. MMs will be happy to sell shares for $9.99, knowing Company X will pay $10 on May 1. People who want their money early will sell for $9.98, giving up a penny to be able to cash out early.
People who do arbitrage will scoop up any shares under $9.98 because they know they'll get $10 on May 1.
This morning's 8-K is HUGE folks! This is the best possible news we could get!
That would be insider trading. More likely, "efficacy test update coming soon! (wink wink)"
Yeah the analysts at the Market Making firms finally got around to reading the 8-K, and then had to scrounge up some crayons and construction paper to make drawings to explain it to the traders.
Welcome aboard! Next stop, Dollarville!
My emphasis:
Where's Camelot?
Binjo!
People don't realize OWCP has been researching and testing the other cannabinoids for years:
http://ireadculture.com/blending-the-private-and-public-to-advance-cannabis-use/
"They will be whole cannabis extracts but we will have a specific amount of a specific grade of at least 8
cannabinoids and a few bioflavonoids. We will know the exact percentage ratio of each one. We will be changing these THC/CBD ratios within specific devices or formulations. Exactly what is better for each disease is being worked on at this time. We believe certain ratios will be better for specific diseases than other ratios. With time we will have a data base on which other cannabinoids can be seen to be more or less important for the medical results you want to obtain."
- Dr. Baruch in 2015
$OWCP is light years ahead of others in research.
I own some LXRP, but it's about edibles and beverages. Think brownies, but with encapsulated CBD. No doubt pot brownie bites using LXRP's tech will be better than homemade pot brownies for MMJ.
But that tech is just a small step above oils, and in truth the main selling point is it disguises taste.
For pain generally, that's fine. But for other medical conditions, you don't want CBD going through the liver. You want it going right to the blood stream (via OWCP's sublingual tablet and nasal spray), or topical of course for skin conditions.

360K shares bought, 257K sold and stock is still at .55. MMs are crooks.
I heard that insulin is one of the major costs of the US Medicare program. There are billions of dollars at stake. PMCB is going to have an uphill battle on all fronts.
Exactly! Read between the lines. That means they set out the test initially with 6 months (I believe) to study the results, and now the researchers are confident they can get even more data in the final three months by expanding the test pool.
It would have been a totally different statement if the 8K said, "test pool expanded and testing period expanded".

LOL, I've never, ever seen a bunch of clinical researchers say, "Gee, this thing is hurting people, let's get more people in the test group so we can hurt more people". If it was making people sick they would have ended the study at the mid-point.
Seriously, this is CBD and other cannabinoids. No one has every OD'ed on cannabinoids. Millions of people use cannabis daily for a host of illnesses.
To say that you believe this test is going to ultimately demonstrate (a) CBD is not effective or (b) CBD is harmful is absolute absurdity.
At the end of the day we are not talking about some new, unknown compound. Cannabis has been proven, hundreds of times, to be safe and effective for a host of illnesses.
I counted 14 already. Don't know, but it is clearly a signal. What it means and who it's for is anyone's guess.
I have a theory on the biomarkers. Psoriasis has known comorbidity with cardiovascular disease and cancers.
Can you imagine if the efficacy test shows the creme somehow helped people with their high blood pressure or cholesterol or other major health issues?
That study would launch OWCP to the front page of major newspapers and magazines, making it a household name overnight.
It's nice to dream!
Somebody is buying and sending a signal. Multiple buy lots of 4,999 on the tape.

Exactly! Say a test subject sees it's working on his psoriasis. Hey then applies some on eczema or acne or dermatitis. Booom! He mentions to the doctor that it's working on multiple issues. Doctors hear this from other test subjects and say, "let's get more test subjects with a wider variety of skin conditions in this test".
Yes, they would. I believe using Cell-in-a-box with any drug would be considered by the FDA to equal a new, novel treatment. That would EXTEND the exclusivity of drugs that were otherwise about to go generic.
January 2017 was the mid point of the study, and I would have expected if the creme didn't work the study would have been terminated. No reason to waste money and time when a study doesn't show results. The Annual Letter re-stated the final efficacy and safety study results by March 2017.
So, end of Jan was the mid point of study and because of promising results, the researches have expanded the study. To me, that is yuge, positive news.
To anyone concerned about the safety study, I think that the researchers of the final efficacy test expanding their study shows that, in their opinion, the product is safe. Researchers are notoriously cautious by nature and training.
So, I take this 8K as positive for both the final efficacy and final safety studies.
My opinion of course, do your own DD.
Go $OWCP!
Reading between the lines, what I find very exciting is that they know they can expand the test population and still have the same timeline. That tells me the creme works very quickly!!!
"On February 1, 2017, following the very encouraging results that have been achieved at the midpoint of the Study, the Registrant’s Board of Directors and the management and scientific personnel of OWC Ltd have determined to extend the size and scope of the Study for the purpose of, among other things, checking the biological markers that have been generated to date with respect to the treatment of psoriasis (proliferation/ inhibition and several interleukins). Despite extending its size and scope of the Study, the Registrant expects to compete the Study within the same projected time frame."

OWCP positions itself to sell in Germany, the world's 3rd largest medical market.
Miri Sani, Vice Chairwoman (Israel)
http://www.gilsc.org/about-us/the-team/
"Israel is one of the most innovative countries in the world with regard to life sciences. Main areas are medical devices, biotechnology and health-related software. Some Israeli firms are world-leaders (TEVA, Given Imaging) in specific sub-segments of the life-science industry. However, most life-science-based companies are SMEs. These SMEs have difficulties in getting access to markets. The Israeli domestic market is small. The market entry into the US is expensive and risky due to high regulatory standards. Israeli firms tend to underestimate growth opportunities in continental Europe. Even though Germany has the third largest market for medical devices in the world, this market is often not high on the priority list of Israeli SMEs. The main hurdles are a general lack of information about Germany as a business location for life science firms and the difficulties in understanding the specifics of the German health care system. There is a variety of European, Federal, State and local incentive and support programs available for R&D in Germany for foreign and domestic firms alike, but the evaluation of these programs is time-consuming and can be discouraging for Israeli SMEs."

Was just saying that to myself today, lol!
It's not insider trading, it's being able to read the tea leaves.
The psoriasis creme has been in development for years. There are numerous stages of efficacy and safety studies- on cells, animals, humans- we're just waiting on the final report on the final tests on humans.
The initial studies have been shown to Medmar and Michepro, who both put up $300K to sign deals to manufacture the psoriasis creme once final report is out.
What the twitter guy was saying is, "take a step back and look where we are on all fronts and draw your own conclusion as to the results of the final efficacy and safety tests".
To me it's a clear as day that we will have positive results on both final tests in the next 60 days.
Fear not! The OWCP boat is gonna be upgraded to a yacht in 60 days. In 365 days it will be a mega yacht, with a freaking helicopter on the deck!
Yes! I'm sure there is a base amount, but the real money comes with volume.
It's a fully reporting OTC QB stock, not a "stinky pinky".
Shouldn't take long for your friend to look at the filings and see how PMCB acquired rights to use and develop the tech owned by an Austrian (if I am remembering correctly) company.
So I believe the story goes like this, PMCB notices the cell-in-a-box technology and believes it has potential in treating cancer and diabetes. They make agreements for exclusive, long term rights to develop the tech.
Important to know that PMCB is fighting against a pharma giant's "gold standard" treatment for pancreatic cancer, so it's been an uphill battle to say the least. This is the big recent news:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/pharmacyte-going-head-head-eli-141000857.html
Actually I'm a big fan of Cramer and CNBC, so no dis-respect for you or the TV. Made a killing on his recommendation of ADNT! Mad Money!!!
Profit taking before the next leg up and, I think, MMs going a bit long. Efficacy news in the next 30-60 days. This thing will be up, down, and mostly sideways until that big hammer drops.
Then we'll see an AXIM like pop, as professional analysts finally take a look and start modeling EPS. Price will be all over the place as they model the cost of the creme and the expected % of market share. Price will stabilize as they call distributors and get an indication of initial sales. By summer the models will align and they will start to reach a share price consensus.
Once real revenue numbers start rolling in Q3, we will be on more stable footing. More pops in the next 12-24 months, however, as OWCP pushes forward with other products in IRB and FDA studies and trials.
