Agreed!
I'm confident this will recover...technicals got a hard reset today, but that will allow it to run much harder when it breaks out again.
I've been dabbling in options trading lately...last week I bought 15 AMD contracts on unsettled funds. I was up 221% and couldn't sell for another 2 days...I ended up selling for a 77% loss. Gotta love watching all your unrealized gains disappear.
You know as soon as you sell and take profit, it's gonna skyrocket and leave you angry for selling, right? lol
Happens to me every time...I hold, it tanks. I sell, it takes off.
Then I decide to do the opposite of what my instincts say and I still lose.....smh.
I'm trying to get into the habit of selling half when my money doubles or triples so I am at least playing on free money. I'm down 29% currently so I feel you though...
Those codes are myths...there were 911 codes out the wazzoo the other day and still no news. MM's do it to entice buying and selling from those who believe in them.
I started out with the big boards and they move too slow for my liking... don't get me wrong, if you start with a fortune or have ridiculous patience (and enough knowledge to get in and out before major trend shifts), the big boards are great and fairly stable for long-term rewards and retirement building.
The reference of the OTC as being the wild west in the trading world is accurate, but if you like to play the game and can dedicate time to actually playing it...you can make in a week, what your big boards make you in a year. After a while it becomes addicting and you'll find you're still having fun even on days like this where you watch your returns drop by 35% (after you cry a little)...lol
Good luck to you!
Yeah, I've read it too...but if this is a P&D, they went through a whole lot of headaches and expenses catching up on 7 years worth of filings to pump it up. And with the $48 million in assets being audited and a verified SS, that should tell you all you need to know about where this share price is going to end up once the skull and crossbones is removed, whether there is a group manipulating this or not.
That book also said to never invest in pink sheet stocks. Ask anyone who's made their entire fortune on pink sheet stocks if they agree with the book. It's all a game. There are winners and there are losers. The goal isn't to go long and get rich. It's to play the game better than the others.
What is your opinion on people spending hours on a company's message board with no vested interest in the company? Do you feel there are ulterior motives at play?
I paid for a subscription to his forums/chat and the only thing I ever saw on shorting penny stocks from him was essentially, "don't be dumb enough to do it."
lol
Burned the last of my free cash buying more...too much potential here. This is just screaming buying opportunity.
Clay doesn't short penny stocks to the best of my knowledge.
Very good point
Within the first 30 days of it being issued...we're years past that. It'll come off once OTC Markets is satisfied.
Love me some of that frickin magic...lol
Tossed in a bunch on today's dip
ahhh yes, that's just a distribution agreement isn't it?
That sounds right...LED lighting systems?
I believe we've already tapped it...I think we have a lighting company (forget the name), which would be perfect for expanding product lines. Gotta do some digging...
lol...
PR reads:
"Trust us. We got this. Hold my beer."
Anxiously waiting too...I got waaay more than I should in this. Trying to stay patient though.
It's a myth to prevent your shares from being borrowed for shorting.
If you have a cash account, they can't be borrowed, period. If you have a margin account, some brokers will allow them to be borrowed. A high sell order will not prevent it. Contact your broker and request a Loan Exempt Restriction form. With that form signed and filed, they cannot use your shares for shorting.
He's legit...I've been in some of the same good plays he's been in and never felt like I've been backstabbed by him. lol
I wondered the exact same thing...I think we may be witnessing the death of HCTI though. Not NTI, Nanotech, NTII, etc...just the part utilized to steal investors' money.
No no no...you misread that. I was responding to what would have happened had they filed after the 10-q extension date. Wasn't a prediction as to what would happen. I figured we'd see it tonight (and now I'm going to go read it).
I think they become delinquent with the SEC and OTC Markets throws the stop sign up
Go back through posts from 06goat...it was in one of the emails he received. Gotta get my butt to work or I'd find it and link it
I believe 10-Q is due today...5 CALENDAR days from due date which was the 17th.
Paul has already stated that his firm does not accept shares as payment.
True, but every time before (at least since I invested here) they weren't delinquent on their 10-K.
I think Monday we're either going to see both hit or nothing at all.
I think some lesser known brokerage platforms will but the popular ones like Etrade, Scottrade, etc won't allow it.
Cash accounts can't be borrowed from at all...margin accounts can, but locking them up is a myth. The only way to prevent them from being borrowed in a margin account is by filing a Loan Exempt Restriction form with your broker.
As my buddy, a very successful businessman, always says... anything is for sale for the right price.
5 calendar days from due date I believe...so Monday.
I agree...I think we're just early to the party. As impatient as I am and as hard as it will be, I do believe patience here is necessary and will be very lucrative.
Why else was the 8-k dropped without any explanation or news? Why was the 2015 10-K dropped again with no PR explaining their motive? They were likely trying not to garner too much interest just yet. Paul said he was "just retained" by the company and he just returned from a trip to California (for which we assume was a meeting with IHSI management). That suggests to me they were getting their ducks in a row, signing paperwork, and coming up with a strategy for success.
My guess is we will see 2016 financials hit in the near future, attorney letter bringing them current, followed by a PR blitz shortly after once they're ready to send it running.
No halt listed... probably just lost interest finally
I was trying to figure it out last night...I'm thinking tomorrow, which then they'll probably file an NT.
Right? lol
It looks like they're on 13 week quarters so I'm thinking due date is Wednesday if my math is correct...
Sure...they can file anything. I don't think it can be approved without them being current though.
Is 10-Q/NT-10Q due today?
Honestly, I figured it was a Pre-14C lol
There was no settlement with Vasco...they dropped suit against Vasco International because Vasco International doesn't have any affiliation with the products or services disputed in the lawsuit.
Vasco is still on the hook and the case is still open and ongoing.
Denton, TX according to Google
Duuuuuh...I didn't even put 2 & 2 together when he said he was in California this week/weekend.
I can't confidently say big news is about to drop (though it may!) but I'm sure they're getting their strategy all set up.
