Alot of the float is in strong hands (investors who understand what is going on). So, yes, with a little vol, .30-.40 very possible.

The accompanying condensed financial statements have been prepared assuming that we will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. At September 30, 2011, we had an accumulated deficit of $10,419,065 and a working capital deficit of approximately $1,523,209. During the nine months ended September 30, 2011, we incurred a loss of $1,891,627. We had no significant revenues or earnings from operations. We will in all likelihood sustain operating expense without corresponding revenues.
