SFRX lost $2,282,411 for 2023 ending 9/30……
They’ll likely burn thru that money by April Fool’s Day, if not before.
Nice spin on the note though. Perhaps if the loan had been project specific, but it’s not. It says they can even repay debt with the funds.
It’s amusing you mentioned EXPL. If I were like the AWOL affiliate I would say, up 200% YTD and up 50% for the day. I thought it never traded, but as we can see, it does.
Regardless, $1MM is peanuts if you’re on pace to lose over $3MM for 2023. And in the salvage industry, it’s doesn’t go far if you don’t know what you’re doing.
But hey, with the right ticker it makes for a good pump for novices.
Outstanding Shares
8,272,291,446
12/08/2023
Maybe the loan will slow dilution for a month or two. But it’s about time to issue shares to the BOD for another year of zip, zero, nada.
Have a great weekend.
Is Lena looking to use the new line......
to produce the RTD for a 3rd party?
And is Tony looking to sell those cans he bought at a fire sale?
Hmmm
Curious wording here.
A Distiller is a person who distills, ferments, brews, makes, mixes, concocts, processes, blends, bottles or fills an original package with any alcoholic liquor. A distiller may make sales and deliveries of alcoholic liquor to distillers, rectifiers, importing distributors, distributors, and non-beverage users and to no other licensees. This includes a manufacturer of wine, but does not include a manufacturer of beer or bottler of wine.
This is near the top of the application. What was that you and others were saying about a registration? Tired of being reminded it's REVOKED, are you?
If so, take it up with Tony.
For ALL of the following license classes, please provide the REQUIRED supporting documentation with this application:
• Registration Statement Whoop there it is
• Copy of Federal Label Approval(s) That's a COLA
https://ilcc.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/ilcc/sitecollectiondocuments/manufacturer-application.pdf
I don’t think it’s deception. He may have……
an idea for an RTD. Big whoop, it still has to go thru the TTB in order to sell. That will take a while.
I think it’s more cover for the 18 month SNAG.
Tony reminds me of this guy. One idea after another and that keeps him off focus.
It can’t be put in cans to sell without……
a COLA.
If they’re making whiskey, then Lena will need a distillers license, regardless of who owns Lena.
Let me know if you need anything else.
You mean the posters on ignore?.......lol
A demo could be so easy to give.......
A real police officer could conduct a sobriety and breath test and confirm someone was over the limit. Perhaps have a doctor do bloodwork too.
The subject could drink the Shot, and boom.
Does anyone know if they have done this?
If not, why not?
I think Publix is a longshot, but perhaps.....
they may give a couple of stores a try. Folks were suggesting the meeting will take them nationwide immediately.
We'll see. I wish them well.
As far as the extraction process goes, companies make claims all the time. It's their opinion or (ahem) belief.
A perfect example is SFRX (Kyle Kennedy). The brewery visitor has been touting that stock.
They claim they have the Industry Leading Recovery Process in shipwreck salvage. But they've NEVER found any treasure. They have also only found a partial wreck that a hurricane had made visible when it moved sand off of it. It wasn't their research that led them to the partial wreck. There is not even enough there to ID it.
They also claim they have the only AUV that can detect nonferrous metals like silver and gold. They have claimed for about 4 1/2 years it works. Zip, zero, nada.
Plus, they claimed a few months ago they are developing a device that when you put it in the water can detect a treasure ship within 50 miles.
Companies make bullshit claims all the time.
How has APRU changed the $2B industry? Inquiring minds want to know.
I love that we're being ignored, while they're commenting on our posts.
24/7 comedy.
I think Tony has some sort of deal......
with Lena, but NOTHING is pointing to full acquisition.
The issue is the lost cert. Until that is resolved, the snag continues. Plus, the owner of the lost cert owns the Apple Rush trademark.
There is plenty of evidence NOTHING is happening……
as it relates to Apple Rush producing products. They aren’t registered with Illinois, and nothing in the updated fins posted on 12/4 show any change in equipment, liabilities, etc.
Lena is producing Mitra 9, not APRU. Tony might have sold cans and kratom for the product, but until they are registered with Illinois they can only provide parts and pieces, not produce.
Tony tweeted on July 25th the new line was going in at Lena. If it is APRU’s equipment, why wasn’t there a change in the fins?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/388840/content
It “appears” that if APRU’s current beverages are produced or are being produced at Lena, they’re simply paying Lena to produce them. Which puts them right where they were BEFORE the Lena deal was announced.

Reminds me of a Kyle Kennedy claim.......
Excited to unveil our groundbreaking mitragynine extraction process!
This cutting-edge technique is revolutionizing the industry, offering unparalleled efficiency and sustainability.
Stay tuned for more details on how we're changing the game in the two billion dollar industry!
The licensing requirements for soft drinks being sold......
across state lines falls on the distributors. It's quite different than owning a brewery and making brew and soft drinks.
The only contract APRU could have at this point is selling cans and kratom to Mitra.
Only Lena, not APRU can fill the cans, and no purchase of Lena has occurred.
I just wondered if Tony had said something like.......Google wholly owned subsidiary or something, if you had asked.
Thanks
Have you asked Tony about licensing? If so,......
what does he say?
If not, why not, as you said it could be a concern?
He would have to provide the information, not an attorney.
Have you asked about Apple Rush being revoked in Illinois since 2010, and thus prohibited from transacting business there?
Just curious. Thanks
Don’t forget, the poster you are responding…..
to claims me and my family are shareholders.
Glad you have a life outside this board. I do as well.
But when I’m here I don’t spend time telling people who to respond to, or make up bullshit claims like wholly owned subsidiaries are exempt when it comes to liquor licenses.
How’s that 5000/1 RS working out? I came here simply to warn folks about Alonzo Pierce. Then you went on the attack, not me.
5000/1. Can’t say Tony wasn’t warned.
Maybe Tony can land the deal. I’ll post…..
a CONGRATS if he does.
I’m sure someone will say that is an attack.
But speaking of restructuring, I have checked the Illinois SOS website and I can’t find any subsidiary of APRU that is registered, and Apple Rush is still revoked.
That’s what someone could ask Tony about.
I would but folks have said he doesn’t respond to people who are mean to him on this board. They also say he doesn’t read this board.
You and others can’t discuss with those……
you disagree with without making childish attacks.
Mike is one of the few who actually carries on a conversation. There were no attacks. I simply said he was not acknowledging those deals with Wally World and others went belly up. He finally did.
When FACTS are stated, you call it an attack.
I told Mike on more than one occasion that I hope it works out for him.
I also said it’s a good opportunity, just that I think it’s a long shot with Publix.
It’s amusing that the hall monitors went from trying to tell critics what to do to telling longs what to do.
24/7 comedy.
I know you never said, but there's a......
reason they aren't in those locations.
Sales, or lack thereof.
Again, I hope it works out for ya, but sales have declined for 5 years, and at last report CURRENT SALES are less than $40 a day.
And they declined with those aforementioned locations.
But it is good they have a chance to give a presentation.
Can you open the Apple Rush link on the website?
I wasn't asking about current distribution.......Tony
tweeted that the samples for Publix included "all current APRU beverages."
It was curious he used the word current.
BTW, when I clicked on Apple Rush in the link you shared, I get a 403 forbidden notice. The other brand links worked.
And since you won't respond, I will ASSume Walmart and the other deals went belly up.
No, my point wasn’t that he couldn’t get……
into Publix. I never said that.
I said CURRENT SALES makes it a long shot.
Plus, I have asked a few times what the “current APRU beverages” are.
Not one long seems to know.
So are they still selling in Walmart and the other chains?
I’m sure Publix will want to know.
I hope it works out for ya. Do you.....
happen to know if those Walmart's still want the product?
What about the other chains? How's that going?
I think there’s a third option. Tony could…….
“believe” the presentation was a success and Tweet as much.
You talking about getting longs giddy.
Curbing enthusiasm is the best thing to do at this point.
Doom and gloom or being realistic based on……
current sales?
Publix has limited shelf space. They’re are no a consignment shop.
The poster you responded to is talking .062 cents as if it was nothing.
Again, a shareholder suggested an Apple Rush sample was in the box. But as you said, no one knows. You don’t even know if it’s a “current APRU beverage.”
As I said, I hope it works out, just being realistic. I would imagine Tony has made dozens of presentations and gotten rejected. It’s a competitive business. Rejections happen because CURRENT SALES MATTER.
Some businesses quit stocking Bud Light because of CURRENT SALES.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173339378
This was asked about by me yesterday……
Does anyone who posts on this board, shareholder or not, know with 100% certainty what the contents of the boxes are?
It might help to know what's inside them before passing judgment on two boxes. When describing the contents, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC (each and every item).
Greed is a powerful drug too. It’s hard……
to see greed in the mirror.
The love of money, no matter how it is made get’s the best of people. They’ll even steal it if they get the chance.
The greedy often play the victim when someone does basic DD and then shares it. The greedy call it hate if it is something they don’t like. They don’t refute it with actual DD, they just whine.
I remember someone saying APRU and Lena were harmed because it was said APRU needed a liquor license approval BEFORE closing the Lena acquisition.
#whollyownedsubsidiary

#blahblahblah
Still no closing.
Google it bro!
Have a great weekend!
Love the TLB’s talking righteousness and all……
*$1.8MM for Q1 2021
*Going to pick up the check and close on the deal
*Completed the Elev8 acquisition
You’re a good fit with APRU.
Maybe he needs help figuring it out…..or
he’s simply ignoring the directive.
This board is so much fun.
#tlb
It wasn’t a try. I didn’t get that……
far the first time I read the tweet.
I couldn’t get past “all current APRU beverages.”
Is Apple Rush a “current” APRU beverage? Someone was suggesting it was.
Didn’t Corr take over the Apple Rush mark?
GL with the presentation. Maybe Tony can give them a copy of Q1 2022 fins as part of it.
You claimed the permit was supposed to be……
issued early/mid October. You said that’s what your understanding and advised folks call Kyle and ask about it.
How did you come to understand it was going to be issued by then?
OMG, that’s the presentation? A box sent…….
to Publix?
If so, that’s too funny.
Are you saying you're only giving Tony......
six months?
If so, I believe it when I see it.
And 6 months from now if nothing has......
changed, you'll say the same thing.
But that's the question Publix will want to know.
Posting APRU’s current sales is a bullshit…..
statement?
Isn’t that the BIG question on Shark Tank?
This ticker has run up before on hot air......
Blast-off can happen at any time with pinkies.
Sometimes it just needs the right tweet.
I hope it works out for ya. Just being…..
realistic.
Now if Tony wants to see if they’re interested in Lena’s brews, then that’s a bit more realistic.
GL
Current sales are less than $40 a day……
Read the fins.
I don’t think that will impress Publix.
What's there to tout to Publix? Sales suck.......
Shelf space is premium.
The tweet said current Apple Rush beverages.....
Is Apple Rush a current beverage?
I suppose the attorney could “fix it” with the extension, but it’s sloppy paperwork at best.
Especially if it actually works.
That said, FSD (HUGE) claims JUPW, now SHOT acquired GBB, but according to Sunbiz they haven’t been acquired. And per the 8K linked in the research report, they only acquired the operating assets, not the shares of GBB.

The 8K announcing the acquisition says that they……
closed the acquisition of all of the operating assets of GBB Drink Lab Inc., including the formula, patent, know-how, clinical data, and inventory of the world’s first rapid blood alcohol detox drink, branded as Safety Shot.
https://www.bamsec.com/filing/149315223027742?cik=1760903
If that’s what occurred, why is GBB still listed as the owner applying for the trademark of Safety Shot?
