Two Shares? Who does that??
Strong position? Really? Is it dead yet?
Certainly didn't mean to imply that this was going anywhere, but there are people who use very broken english whose eyes widen at any mention of gold. Haven't paid any attention to this for years but look at the "hot sheets" and how many gold mines and gold related stocks are listed. At this level, who the hell knows?
The word "gold" attracts some people, especially now with gold being looked at with more scrutiny. You know who these folks are.
While you're waiting; precious metals -gold, silver, mining stocks, etc. Metals are moving.
MJNA a year and a half ago, PHOT and TTRC six months ago and AVOP this year, certainly by end of year, maybe sooner. Patience.
The people at AVOP, I believe, are totally focused on building the business through M & A and not overly concerned with pps or investor's impatience. News will come soon enough. Still water runs deep.
Summertime. One post today, two sales at the open - no activity here. Means one of two things; 1) Nobody cares or, 2) somethings brewing. This company appears too solid to be ignored, I think we'll have news soon.
These MJ stocks are not what they used to be, the SEC threw water on that fire with the PHOT suspension and other actions. However, the MJ culture and legalizations are not going away and this will become a growing sector and viable concern, albeit slower and with much less drama.
Bloomberg Market News, 18 June 2014. Who is David Weiner?
One PM and only six posts here - all from steady eddies - is it real, does it have life?? News please.
Anybody ever make a definitive conclusion as to why the SEC shut them down in Apr? I don't think I've heard anything. Maybe a flip here and there for a short while yet but volume and interest seem to be waning. To the scrap heap??
Building a foundation from which to grow. Patience.
So it's Greenstar, eh?
News = volume = move up. Without some news from the company nothing will happen here.
That big a drop, that big a block - clearly an MM coordinated effort. Should recover (already has begun) and proceed northward in AM.
Mysons, and those many like him, are why flippers and even semi-knowledgeable traders, are successful in these low level markets. Spare us the lengthy gobbledegook Myson - please.
PHOT will trade at .30 or maybe .40 on Monday. I know that for a fact - an IHUB style fact, you all know what that is. Will it survive as a company? I don't know and I don' t care - you buy these and you sell them, everything else, including this board, is BS.
What do you have to indicate that they are "not" innocent, other than the SEC's allegations that haven't been substaniated??
What SEC info or better yet,, SEC documentation do you have that says the suspension was absolutely because of malfeansance of company managment or directors?
Many will. You will be surprised!
Certainly not the bloodbath that many here forecast, nor the blow out that a few hoped for. All in all, not a bad day - what would PHOT be at today had there been no suspension, given the drop in the entire sector? PHOT is a solid company with good connections in a very prominent start-up industry, it's not going to go away. Look for more frequent communication and news next week and beyond, they may well come back stronger from this adversity. Also be aware that the SEC requested no info from PHOT, spoke to nobody from PHOT and conducted no investigation, formal or informal, therefore the ball is now in the SEC's court - specifics as to why the suspension took place and who was behind it. PHOT doesn't have lawyer Hammer and the high powered DC law firm to stand still. Accusations going the other way - maybe???
"All posts are a matter of opinion", is that what you said??
Spoke to Schwab moments ago and was told it will come off the Grey tomorrow and open as it last closed. Don't be in a hurry to sell. Sorry shorts.
Buy low, Sell high.
High posting means attention, attention means people are watching for whatever reason. Nobody thinks this will be anything but deep red tomorrow but there will be plenty of up and down, as in make money up and down. Yes, ambiguous. Give me the specifics leading to the suspension, you've got them handy right?? And finally, I watch and learn everyday here and from that I know there is no absolutely certainty at this level of trading, except perhaps that you don't know. Haha. 80%, 90% or 95%, you don't know.
"Entire ordeal"?? Do you mean ten days of trading stoppage for unknown or at best, ambigious reasons - four ambulance chaser lawsuits from idle lawyers (notice how they all came in succession, within minutes of each other)?? Since this "ordeal" began this has been one of the most posted boards on this site. There will be plenty of action on this board when it opens Friday AM and after. I certainly don't know where it will end the day nor do any of the self-annointed "experts" here, but this company will not go away...not in this sector.
Why would they?? Why the hell would they suspend trading if not to at least conduct an inquiry?
Re-read the post, I said nothing about not wanting the shares, I merely said they are restricted and untradeable. Call them preferred, common, restricted or whatever the hell you want, but try trading them - you can't - and you don't know when you will ever be able to, that's a restriction. It's like having a $100 bill and not being able to spend it. Do you think Koos has another job like Burger King or something?? He's a fat man and he got that way doing business this way with your money.
Call your broker. Mine said restricted - maybe months, maybe years. How long have you had them, how many have you traded??
Attorneys, lawyers, the same - Really??
Restricted shares CANNOT be traded until they become unrestricted by the company or the SEC. Koos ain't missing any meals. Those are facts - what's not to understand??
The Regen shares are restricted - you won't trade them for awhile. Koos is living on your dime.
Risk their law licenses?? You got to be kidding!! They haven't even filed yet, just filled out the forms. If nothing comes of it they turn the page and move on. Lawyers put together litigation on fiction daily, hourly - it's inherent in the business. They're not risking anything, they're shooting at the moon.
They're lawyers - there's 20 of them on every corner in lower Manhattan. These guys, Rosen and all the rest, are taking a shot; get the clients (lots of them here apparently), prepare the paperwork and be ready to file when the hammer falls, if there is a hammer to fall. Anybody here know why the suspension was made by the SEC? No, and neither do the solicitors currently soliciting on this board. Also, the first rule of a law suit is to sue somebody that has something to be sued for. Does PHOT have substantive assets now? Will they in the future? Maybe Rosen et al know.
We are dealing with lawyers. With the bad news they were there like stink on poo, when the light begins to shine they start tap dancing. I'm in at .08, I'm not going to lose, only question is: How will it open Friday?
Taking your payment in stock may be risky, but aren't you also, by taking that stock as payment, expressing confidence in the business - that it will one day be of greater value?
Somebody call Lois Lerner.
I agree totally. The difference we have is I never really thought it was a scam because of the connections, they and the SEC regs, are why I'm even here. "Semi-serious" is the appropriate wording, these guys have too much to lose to be stupid, which they aren't. They are leaders in a new, high potential industry and they know it. Good luck.
I question if it ever did as well ( that's what ???? means) however it does show up on IHUB as .89. Tell me why. Could it be that there was pending upward movement just before the SEC slammed the door? I don't know - do you?
