Its nice to see the pps rebound as it does, even after these sells. Waiting and watching...
p.s. Has anyone else seen what our 'moderator' is pumping lately??? sigh
I realise Im new to this thread, but man, I really coulda used my $5k in other stocks this week! lol
I just hope it pays off by december...? If the CEO does read this board, could ya at least put something, anything, on here, or the Tekno website, akyi website, regarding news or something!
PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE!
Have a good weekend everyone...
Agreed......wow . I dont even know if I want to average down at this point....
I was waiting for you to respond ewan! Not to sound like a smartass- but I was assuming the same. It sounds like the final piece of the uplist puzzle to me, one last "I" to dot.
Ewan, what are your thoughts on the recalled units and what place this puts Tekno in? I am hoping they are filling that empty shelf space with our units, or at least manufactoring more product.
TIA
LOL this board cracks me up.....
Im in for the long haul.
Next year...
Thanks Dragon for keepin it real!
& MIKIE
Hi all, been following this for a month or so..I only own 300k shares.
One thing: Can this drifter guy please STFU!
THX
Lets just hope they dont come from the same place, lol...
Should not cost them anything at all. The vendor (packaging)is responsible for this. Im curious if it was on one of the products that is DC'd? If so, no biggie...
If they signed proofs and let it go (Tekno) to production..then will wait until the next run is made/needed then the manufactorer just needs to make a new plate, usually $500-1000. I have been in this situation before with my other employer years ago.
Didnt someone say financials are out this week?
Down 11% woopie frigin doo.........get a grip.
Yupp, good close today as well. (Also added a few more while down).
Well today didnt go as expected...LONG TERM HOLD

News from SEC...Form 3 filed for the executives....Were gettin ready to uplist!
you mean 300k? I dont understand why there all these little sells, and the price gets effed up, but when there is a big sale, nothing happens? MM's screwing with us?

From WIKI...
" Yield
Yields (gallons of oil per acre per year) cover a vast range from 5,000 to 150,000. If all aspects of the cultivation are controlled - temperature, CO2 levels, sunlight and nutrients (including carbohydrates as a food source), then extremely high yields can be obtained. Such variation can make calculations on which to base 'fuel the world' scenarios very difficult.
For example, Glen Kertz of Valcent Products http://www.valcent.net, claims that "algae can produce 100,000 gallons of oil per acre" per year. This relies on growing the algae in an entirely closed loop system. More recently, Valcent have claimed 150,000 gallons may be possible [13]; their most recent actual reported yields were 33,000 gallons per acre per year[14]. This amounts to 21,153,000 gallons per square mile per year (33,000gallons / acre * 641acres / mi2). In 2007, the U.S consumed 20,680,000 barrels/day of petroleum [15]. That is 3.17E11 gallons/year (20,680,000barrels / day * 365.25days / year * 42gallons / barrel). Thus, with the production capabilities of Valcent, it would only require 15,000 square miles (3.17E11gallons * 1mi2 / 21,153,000gallons) of land to completely displace petroleum use in the U.S.
Current projections, however, do not take into account the energy losses due to converting the algae lipids into fuels."
almost 3 mil volume now...1 hour to go.
it is starting to happen !!
Correction... earnings and CC thursday 7/30 A/H
Picked up some more today :)
LOL im with ya man, lookin good!
Earnings AH today... Chart looks good.... :)
One acre can produce 50,000 barrels / year
Dont know about you there chief, but I have found the recent posts very enlightening. I am still buying these cheap shares BTW...Bashers? lol
the ask is at .90 ???
Well, whatever happens happens. I am going to keep soaking up shares here and there on the dips. I am beginning to like the fact that they cannot disclose any info per the legal dept. until the uplist notification. This tells me there is much confidence in that company. I think something good is about to happen to us that are holding long, even if it takes another year.
Thank you for the excellent reply. Very informative! There are a lot of things to take into consideration now. The more I think about whats going on, I am thinking buyout. Why go through the trouble to uplist?
Also, the volume today was nuts (compared to past month) and nothing happened? Its almost as if the bid and ask are actually something else...
I also noticed on the form, the stock options that the board has are set between .04 - .10....interesting!
Some info from Form 10/A Amendment 2: Page 10.
"and at December 31, 2008, we had an accumulated deficit of $13,583,113. Further at December 31, 2008, we had an operating loss of $865,704. At March 31, 2009, we had a net loss of $1,613,386 and an accumulated deficit of $15,196,499.
The Company failed to make required interest payments in April of 2009 on $4.7 million in notes payable. As a result, the entire $4.7 million plus accrued interest is now due and payable.
On March 25, 2009, the SEC froze the assets of the Nutmeg Group, LLC and other related entities. ( This group held the notes, $2.7 mil. )
Our indebtedness could: dilute our common stock, to the extent the debt is converted into our common stock to fulfill these obligations; "
I like this company and the products, I am a shareholder as well. I am also somewhat new to the market. That being said, After reading the form, It is apparent that they NEED to get contracts going this year, (Costco, wal-mart, comp stores, etc..) OR a Buyout.... which looks good to me :)
Or are they uplisting to dilute????
Apologies in advance if this is waaay off base.
JW
I wish the damn news would come out...I have a lot of funds tied up in this. But, I am hearing to hold until 4th quarter for holiday season...decisions decisions.
