Approximately 10 BILLION shares have been sold over the past 11 trading days at an average of .0011 which equals about $11 million that retail has thrown into this so far!!
They paid to have this stock pumped yesterday, and what happened?? They sold 1.5 billion shares into it at .0008 to .001.....That's $25K in exchange for $1.3 million!
YEP! Andy would rather continue to pay $25K to pump his stock rather than to just get off the ask!
Gee...I wonder why???
It's because he knows there are roughly 20 BILLION more shares to sell, and if he let's it run again their will be competition with the flippers while trying to unload!

The “Smoking” Gun: Strategic Global Sparks a Firestorm of Momentum

Strategic Global has been on my radar since the early part of the year. We saw a super sub penny breakout to over $0.01 with massive gain potential and hundreds of happy traders. Of course the pull-back was great for those looking to play the bounce but throughout the course of its massive trading has been a company that’s broken into the recreational marijuana industry with force and today’s Shareholder Update may have reignited the fire!
This afternoon, Strategic Global President Andrew Fellner addressed current and potential shareholders in his corporate update. The main sentiment in my opinion surrounded the company’s recent acquisition of marijuana cultivation company, Bearpot Inc. headquartered in one of America’s nuclei in the recreational cannabis movement, Colorado.
With two distinct operations, Strategic Global has recently gone in a direction that management believes will help us “grow” as a company and increase shareholder value. We’re happy to say that as of Thursday February 20, 2014 the company announced that we have completed negotiations and signed a formal agreement to purchase Bearpot,Inc…Now that Strategic Global is the controlling entity for this marijuana growing facility we have started drafting a short term plan to modernize and expand the cultivation processes in the facility. Needless to say, we are eagerly anticipating our first yield to harvest and generating additional revenues with the expanded capabilities by Q4 of 2014.
I’ve been seeing huge moves happen in such a short time and I think Strategic could be ready to “grow” into a large player in this very green sector (yea, you can probably intend on that pun). Additionally the company discussed progress with other projects not related to weed including the commencement of the first phase of several anticipated phases for a specialty media production with International Land Alliance, Inc., an international land investment firm based in San Diego, CA. According to the company, it has retained the exclusive rights for the media production with respect to ILA (International Land Alliance, Inc.) and is excited to start receiving revenue in the upcoming weeks…so we’ll keep an eye on that as the story develops.
With that said, STBV is looking like it could become a giant in the weed movement and will be able to literally grow its revenue! Over the last 5 days, STBV has formed a strong channel between .0009 and .0012 with today having seen both of those price points. Following the pre-power hour announcement, STBV saw a huge blast in volume and lighter bid support may have lead to a slight pull-back. However, the best and probably most important part in my opinion was the unbelievable amount of trading it saw during the final 20 minutes to follow its power hour lows. I think there had been several hundred million shares traded while STBV was heading back to the upper end of that 5-day price channel and for me, it could be a strong signal that the rebound may have already begun.
Looking into tomorrow, I’m going to focus on STBV as a bounce/bounce continuation contender. There’s been huge volume, massive price swings and if you look at the last 30 days, you might see that Strategic Global could be at a big discount right now. The question for me is “how long could it be before STBV really screams?”
In the last two months alone, it’s broken out to highs above a penny and with this rebirth in bullishness, I think the best may still be yet to come. I’m ready to see more from STBV and will keep you posted as I find it!

American found dead on Grand Bahama was resident in Freeport – He was charged in US for Fraud!

Man charged with fraud shows up dead at his home on Grand Bahama –
Freeport, Bahamas – Bahamas Press has learnt the white male found dead on Friday is indeed a man who has been Charged in a US Court for Fraud.
Grand Bahama police have identified the homicide victim as, Anthony Kyle Welch, age 47 years of #10 Albacore Drive and Mississippi, U.S.A. He was found dead in his home with multiple stab wound about the body and reported lifeless.
Bahamas Press can report that the US Securities commission have reported that: on August 31, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Anthony K. Welch, a former investment adviser formerly of Oxford, Mississippi, with securities fraud in conjunction with a series of false and misleading press releases issued in 2010 by eHydrogen Solutions, Inc. (“eHydrogen”) and ChromoCure, Inc. (“ChromoCure”), two now defunct microcap stock companies. Welch served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the two companies during the relevant period and was responsible for the issuance of the false and misleading press releases of both companies. Welch at the time was based offshore, most recently in Freeport, Bahamas.
The Commission’s complaint alleges that from at least March 2010 through August 2010, Welch issued a series of press releases and made other public disclosures containing false and misleading information concerning, among other things, technologies acquired by and revenues generated by eHydrogen and ChromoCure. The complaint also alleges that the period of the false and misleading press releases coincided with suspicious price and trading volume increases in the common stock of eHydrogen and ChromoCure, and further alleged that in multiple instances such statements were intentionally false and misleading, distributed by Welch for no purpose other than to incite trading activity and artificially inflate the price and trading volume of eHydrogen and ChromoCure. For example, in a ChromoCure press release dated March 16, 2010, Welch stated among other things, “[t]he Company’s proprietary Chromosomal Scanner systems have proven accurate and efficient in the measurement of the unique genomic characteristic found in 100% of all cancers and never found in normal cells. The Company’s detection technology has been proven to have an effective accuracy of 100% for all cancers at all stages. This is superior to other detection approaches presently employed by pathologists, including biomarker detections, in every measurable way.” The same press release also stated that “[t]he Company’s detecting technology has an effective accuracy of 100% for all cancers at all stages.” The complaint alleges that this representation was false and misleading and that Welch and ChromoCure issued the statement without any reasonable basis for it, because in reality no 100% accurate cancer detection system is known to exist in the world.
Welch was found in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds, a sliced throat and a finger cut off from each hand.
This guy is the worst or the worst man!! That is why I'm hitting this hard....if he played a better game it would be different.
How much harvest?? A few ounces? Know one knows do we! But, we DO know a LOT of other things rather than reposting Andys PR statements!

Getting quite around here...strange!
I know exactly what your saying...but nice delivery. Sorry you were the one to post the pump link.
Why doesn't he just get the F off the ask instead of paying $25K to pump his own stock!!??
LOL...This guy is a real piece of work!
He pays $25K for pumps so "whomever" selling can sell so hard that they actually dip the stock down to .008 on billions of shares being bought? Whew!
Please explain this for me.... http://investornewssource.wordpress.com/2014/02/24/the-smoking-gun-strategic-global-sparks-a-firestorm-of-momentum/ Thanks!

Strategic Global Investments, Inc. Enters Into Negotiations to Acquire Colorado Marijuana Cultivation Facility
Strategic Global Investments, Inc. Enters Into Negotiations to Acquire Colorado MJ Cultivation Facility
Good morning members! Last night I told you to start your DD early on STBV. This company has been a major breakout candidate over the last 45 days, having gone from .0008 all the way to $0.012. After last week’s huge rally that turned STBV into a real pennystock, I’ve seen a lot of eyes start to watch this company. Having done the DD last night, were you able to find the little “nugget of gold”….or should I say “Green”, on the STBV website?
Last night the company posted its latest development and it has sparked up a lot of chatter online. This morning that announcement hit the news wires, opening the floodgates to everyone else that may not be paying attention to STBV specifically but could be in search of the “next breakout MJ Play”. Strategic Global announced that it has entered into negotiations to acquire a Colorado MJ cultivation facility with production set to begin by the early part of March! If you’ve been paying attention to the mass media lately, I think you’d agree that the US is seeing a “green rush” right now. ‘Massive surges in bullish momentum’, ‘sky-rocketing shareprice’, and ‘tiny market cap companies turning into money-makers “over-night”…These are some of the traits for many companies grabbing a piece of the recreational MJ market. STBV has now thrown its hat into the ring as well.
If you go back in the announcements from last year, you’ll see that STBV has been working toward obtaining a foothold in the MJ industry well before any of the excitement actually hit the masses. In April 2013, Strategic Global and Growlife were in the process of building a comprehensive, multi-channel media network for the MJ industry. This was well before the mainstream media channels like CNBC and Fox News ever batted an eye at taking the “green movement” seriously but now it seems that this is being accepted with open arms by the public. With this latest announcement from STBV I think the potential could be huge for the company.
Andrew Fellner, President/CEO of Strategic stated, “We are very optimistic about the lucrative potential our entrance into this industry can yield. The demand in this newly legalized industry is sure to bring in significant revenue going into the third and fourth quarter of 2014.”
Check out the full announcement HERE and pull up STBV this morning. With so much attention on this industry as well as so many eyes looking at the company after last week’s surge, this latest development could spark up strong upside potential heading into the week ahead.
Happy Trading!

Taking a “Strategic Stance” on Pot Stocks
pot stocks
Massive surges in bullish momentum, sky-rocketing share prices, and tiny market cap companies turning into money-makers “over-night”…These are some of the traits of many companies grabbing coat tail to this latest “Green Rush” in the stock market.
One of the companies that had announced that it too was throwing it’s had in the right is a media company called Strategic Global Investments Inc. (OTCPink: STBV). We have seen a lot in terms of momentum surges and sky-rocketing share price, but in recent months, the PR circuit has been quiet regarding it’s venture into Hemp-city.
BUT This may all be changing and last week’s early breakout that turned STBV into an actual “penny stock” (Moving up 380% from .0025 to highs of 0.012) may have been the first real glimpse into whispers of new potential for this OTC giant. I won’t get too far into things this evening but with all of that said, I think if you’re looking for the “skinny” on what could be the next major breakout in the OTC, the furthest you may need to look is on Strategic Global’s corporate site:
StrategicGlobalInvestments.net
Oh, and make sure you pay attention to my full report tomorrow morning. If you thought last week’s breakout was impressive, I think you’re going to want to keep a close eye on this company going into the week ahead.

Not in the mood to argue views now.....time will unfold the truth here in STBV. GN
Especially now that the real traders have targeted this stock....30 billion shares and only 1/3 has been sold, PLUS aggressive penny flippers now in the mix!?!!!! That means we may pop a bit, but then it's down to the very low trips in my opinion. This IS truly the Wild Wild West right here in STBV land!
GLTA...time for me to watch a movie and chill with my green! LOL
I agree....and WHO in their right mind wouldn't buy the Reg A shares at .0001 when you and everyone else has and is buying them at .0008 to .008???
The SEC has had pressure to get the economy going, and unfortunately some "bad guys" will and have already used the Reg A to the dismay of their investors!! Andy??
"We are dismayed and shocked to see that the Commission’s Regulation A-Plus’ proposal includes provisions that preempt the ability of the states to require registration of these offerings and to review them. The states have tackled preemption battles on many fronts, but never before have we found ourselves battling our federal counterpart. Shame on the S.E.C. for this anti-investor proposal. This is a step that puts small retail investors unacceptably at risk. We urge the Commission to remove these provisions from the rule."
Dude... I read it in roughly 5 minutes....even IF it takes you 10 minutes, what's the problem???
"A fool and his money are soon parted".
For all those wanting to TRULY understand the Reg A rules, then take 5 minutes and READ this for your OWN increase of knowledge!!! If you don't then that's on you!

Thank you for your honesty!
LOL....Andy can sell me a billion of the Reg A shares and I will be there to test the quality! JK...I would take NO part in this if it isn't completely on the up and up!!
Sorry..NOT TRUE
Sadly, I agree.
They have only sold around a 1/3 of the 30 billion shares. Also, I just can't believe people think that Andy wasn't able to sell all of the Reg A shares!! Come on...even IF he didn't sell them all prior to the 10th of Feb. I'm SURE he was able to sell the remainder by showing the potential buyer the recent trading and how much they could pocket off of the retail buyers!!! No too hard of a sell in my opinion.
Once they start providing pictures/video as they have stated, I will then be able to discern what methods they are using.
It doesn't matter all that much if they start with seeds or clones in terms of time frame...maybe saving about 3 weeks or so with clones.
The problem with clones is that the more you clone, the less the THC/CBD it will produce over time. Seeds from a F1 female are the BEST!!! LOL
You got suckered...LOL
Then why in the world would Andy pursue the REg A several times over 2013?!!
Andy received approval on the 17th of Jan. 2014, and this stock was not trading billions of shares until the 10th of Feb,...which was about the amount of time for him to sell the Reg A shares and allow the buyers to enter them into their brokerage accounts!!
They can take clippings and plant them, but this can be difficult in mass growing environment....the sugar leaves of the plant can be use for other purposes, but tend to not be worth the effort. Basically they take the buds/flowers and then toss the plant and start over. If they have some "Mother plants" then they can clone her.
It's fairly simple...
MJ has always grown with the cycle of nature....Spring to Fall...(6 to 7 months from seed to harvest).
Spring begins the longer daylight hours, and then as the year progresses into late summer the daylight hours begin to decrease. This triggers the female MJ plant to begin producing it's flowers to be pollinated by the males.. (Male MJ plants are removed after they show their sex in roughly 6 weeks from seed, that's unless the person growing wants more seeds). People DON'T like seeds in their weed!! LOL
Now, a while back a guy created the "Lowryder" MJ plant...AKA, Autoflowering MJ plant.
This allowed the grower to produce a harvest from seed in roughly 10 to 12 weeks. The problem is the autoflower doesn't produce nearly the amount of a regular female MJ plant because the veg time is very short. They have increased the output of autoflowers as of late, but it still doesn't compare to the the real deal.
They even have feminized seeds now days, which is very smart for someone growing for profit...no one wants to plant unknown sexed seeds, and then have to care for them for 6 weeks just to rip them up if they are males.
Also, you can grow a non-autoflowering MJ plant from seed to harvest under 12/12 and it will still produce within about 10 to 12 weeks, but WHY? The reason the whole autoflower started is because growing MJ was illegal and growers wanted small, undetectable MJ plants for outside or small inside grows...AKA...stealth growing.
Hope that helps some...
The more it stays in the veg state, the bigger the plant will become, thus the more bud it produces.
LOL...not if it's being grown outdoors.....
IF they plant outdoors in March (which is actually too soon due to the daylight hour being under 13) then they will go into veg, and not enter flowering until the fall when the daylight hours drop below 13 hours.
If they are growing autoflowers, then they can produce from seed to harvest in roughly 10 to 12 weeks, but the production is very little...popcorn bud is the term.
Then they go into "veg" (growth stage), but this requires over 13 hrs of light, or they will go straight into flowering, which produces a very small plant equaling small production.
It depends on IF they are growing indoors or outdoors, but the PR Andy has put out indicates they are planting in March and the harvest will be finished in the Fall.
Not a chance! It takes 6 weeks just for them to become mature from seeds.
