The “Smoking” Gun: Strategic Global Sparks a Firestorm of Momentum

Strategic Global has been on my radar since the early part of the year. We saw a super sub penny breakout to over $0.01 with massive gain potential and hundreds of happy traders. Of course the pull-back was great for those looking to play the bounce but throughout the course of its massive trading has been a company that’s broken into the recreational marijuana industry with force and today’s Shareholder Update may have reignited the fire!

This afternoon, Strategic Global President Andrew Fellner addressed current and potential shareholders in his corporate update. The main sentiment in my opinion surrounded the company’s recent acquisition of marijuana cultivation company, Bearpot Inc. headquartered in one of America’s nuclei in the recreational cannabis movement, Colorado.

With two distinct operations, Strategic Global has recently gone in a direction that management believes will help us “grow” as a company and increase shareholder value. We’re happy to say that as of Thursday February 20, 2014 the company announced that we have completed negotiations and signed a formal agreement to purchase Bearpot,Inc…Now that Strategic Global is the controlling entity for this marijuana growing facility we have started drafting a short term plan to modernize and expand the cultivation processes in the facility. Needless to say, we are eagerly anticipating our first yield to harvest and generating additional revenues with the expanded capabilities by Q4 of 2014.

I’ve been seeing huge moves happen in such a short time and I think Strategic could be ready to “grow” into a large player in this very green sector (yea, you can probably intend on that pun). Additionally the company discussed progress with other projects not related to weed including the commencement of the first phase of several anticipated phases for a specialty media production with International Land Alliance, Inc., an international land investment firm based in San Diego, CA. According to the company, it has retained the exclusive rights for the media production with respect to ILA (International Land Alliance, Inc.) and is excited to start receiving revenue in the upcoming weeks…so we’ll keep an eye on that as the story develops.

With that said, STBV is looking like it could become a giant in the weed movement and will be able to literally grow its revenue! Over the last 5 days, STBV has formed a strong channel between .0009 and .0012 with today having seen both of those price points. Following the pre-power hour announcement, STBV saw a huge blast in volume and lighter bid support may have lead to a slight pull-back. However, the best and probably most important part in my opinion was the unbelievable amount of trading it saw during the final 20 minutes to follow its power hour lows. I think there had been several hundred million shares traded while STBV was heading back to the upper end of that 5-day price channel and for me, it could be a strong signal that the rebound may have already begun.

Looking into tomorrow, I’m going to focus on STBV as a bounce/bounce continuation contender. There’s been huge volume, massive price swings and if you look at the last 30 days, you might see that Strategic Global could be at a big discount right now. The question for me is “how long could it be before STBV really screams?”

In the last two months alone, it’s broken out to highs above a penny and with this rebirth in bullishness, I think the best may still be yet to come. I’m ready to see more from STBV and will keep you posted as I find it!
