Better they get the money from cannacord than dilute. Last thing they want to do is dilute cause they have lots of shares and they don't want their shares to go down either. Diluting 20m would probably dropped it down much more. It WILL go back up, just like it did last time.

I didn't see in the fins anything about what the CEO was talking about the other day on CNN. He said zero debt, I'm seeing debt. He also said 500m in cash, I'm not seeing that either. The losses are quite substantial as well.

But, of course that doesn't mean people won't buy in and sp go up. We all know how that works.
