So why doesn't management load up down here like they did on BAC? We can't for reasons we cannot discuss.
:)
Level 3 messages indicate news is pending. Big news. Obviously why they trying to get liquidity on the board.
Yeah, the second Three Headed Monster is disgruntled employees and family members. It does lend to the mood of things which is all on topic of course.
It's all in the court docket. I'll post it when I get the chance.
Hey! That last post was completely on topic. One of the posters here stole the CEO's rolex and we just wanted everyone to know it's OK and is not interfering with business going forward in any way.
Even better when you can turn to them and say...."Wanna sip?"
Take TWO straws to the next game!
We'll cite the current fundamentals now thank you. Those of which show a protracted cup and handle chart pattern indicating a severe break out to the upside. There is nothing in citation anywhere that indicates "overvalued" other than personal perception. Value is based on what the company is worth. That being said, the CEO has told the street the company is non diluted worth north of $2.00 based on business in the pipeline and acquisitions. So, if anyone is allowed to post here, I would ask them to consult those individuals willing to pay that value or higher to purchase the company if that is the price they are willing to pay to buy Drinks Americas before the price tage gets any higher.
Until the company is on the SHO list for naked shorting, that subject is off topic.
I'm afraid it's time to close up shop. Everyone knows what I mean.
Actually, during the largest percentage increase this stock has had in it existence from 35 cents to 3.58, and specifically when it crossed a dollar on its way to $3.58, it landed immediately on the SEC's SHO list. That means, like most other stocks we see, that hedge funds and thieving market makers had to naked short the stock in an attempt to hold back and stunt the momentum any way they could. In the first instance, there was a hedge fund holding a large short position and they got squeezed. Funny how all this naked shorting began to happen. It has happened twice since, both as volume and price increases were seen, where it landed on the SHO list.
Everyone is encouraged as has been discussed, to protect their shares. We are working diligently on this end to get FINRA involved to put a stop to the market makers that are blocking the stock with 5000 share lots and right handing them into Westminster's account. Enough manipulation. They can buy them at $2.00 like everyone else.
Thanks Sand. It will probably show as Liquor Group. Several control states I've checked are showing our products available through them. Not Drinks Americas.
No, but it is inferred that when the deal was closed, it was resolved. Olifant had no shares, or publicly traded shares. The shares referred to are "shares of interest", of which J.M. transferred 90% ownership of to Drinks in exchange for cash, shares, and a managerial position.
It matters greatly when MM finishes his album, as I have yet to see a PR mentioning his name, along with Dre and 50, as the Three Headed Monster forming a deal with Drinks. When it hits, it will only add to the exponential effect of this relationship. Plus, product has to be on the shelf, these guys can talk all they want about Drinks products, which is why we formed the equity relationship. But if they are on the shelf, as was promised, people can buy them and they will quickly be sold out. So the retailer will be at fault for not ordering enough product.IMO
Anybody that's in good with management, please refrain from bothering management while they attend to the business at hand. That which was stated in the shareholder letter, and those things that have not occurred, are all a matter of the due course of business. We applaud your efforts and could not ask for a better team at the helm. Thankyou :)
I agree with your point, if they continue to do what their 150+ years in the beverage business dictated they would do aside from this current economy then why believe they will do anything less than what we've believed would be their stated goals all along. IMO
My guess is we will have over the top distribution in place when 50c and Dre come out with their cds, so they will be talking about spark vodka and cognac, and people will go to the store and try to get it, it will already be sold out, so they will get on a waiting list and call daily to see if their order has come in. Distribution is starting now, and will be available throughtout the US, so in a month or two when those CDs hit it would be cha ching time. Distribution takes time, one month will be enough time to get product out there. I agree this can and will be huge, but it's gonna take the special management team we have in place to pull it off. I expect they'll have even better success with Kid Rocks beer, maybe they will use their extensive connections in the beer world, who knows? IMO
A quarterly earnings release is all that's required. This company has always done that, along with a quarterly conference call, which means they have done more than 99% of the non listed companies out there. Anybody that insists, if not demands more than that is asking for hand holding and bottle feeding. This type of investor needs to find another hobby other than being in the stock market. All IMO with proper due dligence of course.
#1 Download on iTunes "Crack A Bottle" ft. Eminem with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent.
IMO that would be the derivative of getting so much great information for free. When we have to pay for a great Drinks and Kenny interview, the process becomes confusing.
Great find CorpKid! You are quickly wrestling away the DD King reins. Yes, it is a very interesting interview. Puts it all in perfect perspective. But alas, here's the deal. It is a paid membership/subscription based service. Kind of like paying for a research report. So, one of us gets it and shares it in our private group. A couple of those questions should have the naysayers just burning! No need posting it here because IMO it will only get torn apart to shreds. That's what the world comes to when things go the way they do. I know you can understand as much as anybody.
It seems Patrick is in great company!

Certainly seems to be some confusion on how all this is going to play out. According to this USA Today article, it clearly says that InBev is required to divest all the assets under InBev USA which houses both Labatt and Rolling Rock brands, and ALL the brands distributed by Labatt USA. This would also include the corporate offices in Buffalo and InBev USA's headquarters in NYC.
If this is the case, it certainly opens up the possibility of several winning bidders as InBev can divest the brands as they see fit.

Then they can contact me privately. Just like the two major suggestions we made to the company that they are adopting that will be very big game changers here very quickly. They will see the news when they see it. After all, we can't talk about such things right? After all, the entire interview does discuss future events that have not happened and as we've been instructed, that is completely off topic. Thanks for your input.
This should be a lesson to what can and will happen on DKAM as was seen in PYTO today. The least little news that took a little bit of volume, all to the buy side without the bashing and without the flippers getting in the way. Instant 200% gain. Was almost 400%.
They have zero revenues, none, and haven't forever. All based on the implications. Not a single person was bashed for talking about what is coming. And the entire day wasn't spent screaming about the fundamentals being crap. If they were, they were completely ignored.
Well, it is what it is, and as Shelly told us, we all have a right to our opinion.
In fact, the stock would be .35 right now if somebody didn't jump up to talk so negatively about the stock and block it at .24 for a week. That came on the heels of the stock showing clear 10 to 1 buying of the ask over the bid for over 2 weeks.
If someone shows up with more shares as bid support than the stock's average daily volume and to sustain the 200 day moving average plus they incite the stock to break out on a perfect cup and handle move to multi month highs then I would consider that incredibly bullish. To take that exact action and call it "mostly sells" is an injustice to the current shareholder base. I guess that would be like saying the Revolutionary War was "mostly a big waste of bullets."
Or better yet, DKAM gets bought out for $10 and somebody jumps up and tells the acquiring company they are fools cuz the company they are acquiring cannot even read the calendar.
I have to absolutely agree with you. When I learned 2 years ago that Drinks made a play for RR and AB swooped in at the last to grab it, it seemed all like Groundhog Day again with it coming back under the Labatt umbrella. At first, when it was thought the entire USA offering was going into divestiture then it would all be rolled in. However, it is only Labatt. I think at some point Labatt USA will cease to exist which means all those other brands will be sold off.
And Deest?? Add these favorites to your list:
As far as I know, there was no US sales of the cognac before Kenny inked the deal.
Products are on the shelves. No more excuses. I talked to Melissa yesterday. They have theirs and it went out last week.
Leyrat Cognac available here

If it comes up blank, it times out. Just type in Leyrat
Wow! Seems strange to me but these guys know all about that stuff. 55 guys who are working 13 brands and then 55 guys for one brand?
Hmmmm, I smell some cost cutting!

If these guys are hearing that whoever buys Labatt will try to appeal the 3 year decision on taking over the brewing of Labatt....
Then undoubtedly they know who the final candidates are.
That is the interesting twist to the whole matter that I could foresee. The DOJ ordered the divestiture of the Labatt brand which they feared price fixing on in that upstate NY region. It is housed under Labatt USA for sales and distribution. They did not order the sale of Labatt USA the company. I believe there are some 12 or so other brands that Labatt sells including Rolling Rock.
So to acquire the one brand leaves all the others under InBev control. All are handled out of the corporate offices in Buffalo. If you buy the Labatt brand, do you pick up those employees and offices? They should. But how do those employees continue to work for two bosses? How does one remain in Buffalo with one brand when it takes them all to be the Labatt it was?
Maybe it just remains business as usual for InBev who just changes the company name. They just keep doing what they are doing and they decide where they go or if they stay where they are.
Yeah I never did follow up. Kid Rock does Sturgis every year now. It is a tradition now.
"Thanks. What a great idea. We are all over it."

That would be the best Super Bowl ad Kenny could ever do. Like the article said, supply product to the troops. No $$$millions in overpriced advertising.
Who made this decision?
http://www.armytimes.com/news/2009/01/military_superbowl_beer_013009w/
I see a good old US made beer on that list for next year. Sadly though, a list we don't want to be on if they have to spend another Super Bowl over there.
Still, the military as a customer base for Kid Rock Beer will be huge.
They just interviewed 4 US soldiers from the 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, on the Today Show who said it was awesome. They all had Heinekens.
Army 507,158 Navy 347,693 Air Force 347,352 Marines 179,762 Total DOD 1,381,965
Coast Guard 41,002 Total Armed Forces 1,422,967
Reserves 1,000,000 Paramilitary 53,000 Total for US Military 2,475,967
Patrick Kenny made the correct decision:

Yes, I can see it coming....
Rilo will love this! Oh yes, listen to the words closely!
Yeah, it doesn't matter. Pull any one of them. He performs there every year. They just haven't posted exactly what day in August yet. But for certain it will be with a Kid beer in each hand and about a million cases out in the audience.
