LOL. She left the building with his money.
Not long before it took the 70% nosedive. Somehow I doubt the mother of God was involved.
So 18 billion shares were sold, those who bought them never received them and they didn't say anything about it. Yeah, that makes sense.
I don't believe the company would exist today, if, as some claim, they were just dumping shares.
Why? Lots of otc stocks dump shares and they don't go away. Somehow almost 28 billion shares got into the float.
ILST is dumping and the blame is being put on stupid traders.
Same crew, same shit, different stock. So predictable.
Why are they always convinced we're there to save them? I don't know about you, but I could care less about these idiots. Stupid people deserve to lose their money, why would I want to try to prevent that. Hell, they shouldn't even be allowed to have money at all.
No, it's about an event (ticker change) that could possibly move the sp.
Always amazes me that people think a ticker change is going to cause a huge run. Ticker changes happen almost daily and it rarely does anything for the share prices of the stocks. Penny stock mentality is quite peculiar.
LOL. Oh God.
So my question and also comment is I'm guessing it's not easy to get it lifted otherwise it would of been done during the Microsoft bs 1 1/2 years ago.
DTC won't deal with the companies directly when it comes to having a chill removed. A company that's chilled has to hire one of only a handful of attorneys that the DTC is willing to work with. So my guess is, Pete didn't have the money to hire one of those attorneys. They're sure not gonna take an IOU from him given his history of not paying his legal bills.
And will it actually be done?
I highly doubt it.
Close enough. lol
going current generally pushes a stock
I think they announced it too soon after filing the 15-12G, which I don't deem to be a good thing. I don't know about you, but a company filing with the SEC means a helluva lot more to me than one who files with a non-regulator like the OTC Markets.
Maybe, but it sure as hell doesn't change what's going on inside. And after almost 10 years of watching penny stocks, I can tell you it doesn't do much for the pps.
It's possible that traders are waiting for the official ticker and name change before grabbing some
Will that really make a big difference? It's like saying, lets change the title of this book. It's still gonna read the same inside. Here's the real deal, the circus comes to town, the circus leaves town. It's always a good idea to be out of town before the circus leaves.
I'm taking my toys and going home.
Why is everyone picking on me? :(
It's all slojab's fault, he started it.
Oh shit!
What the hell is that?
You got me, but I'm sure the boys from the mining board would enjoy it.
...like as in technical wordsmith to make it sound real important and stuff.
Mhmm. Lord knows we've seen a lot of that over the years. And it seems like each year it gets even more silly and incomprehensive. Maybe one of these years his family members will do the right thing and have him committed. He and the queen of tinfoil could share a padded room together. There'd be never ending conversation.
Yeah, we need to start contacting the brokers and see what kind of pay plan they have. I can't say I'm too thrilled with the Kingpin's plan anymore, especially when I have to travel to 3rd world countries to pick up my money.
They're the ones who make up the "equity markers". LOL
Just say no to crack.
LOL. Did the Heffer let Sid know yet that he's now in the diamond business? lol
Call Heff's New York or Miami office yet?
Who in their right mind would want to talk with that slimeball? Oh I know, penny plungers. Disregard my question.
LOL. Might as well be. If you follow him you'll be committing financial suicide.
Seems like some of I-Hubs biggest PC's are having trouble talking Santo up. And now that "Talent on Loan from the Toilet" showed up, their job just became harder. He may be the best contrarian indicator I've ever seen.
Can NLEF get off the greys by catching up on filings?
No
Contact Shayne Heffernan yet?
Why would anyone wanna contact that grifting POS? You have no clue as to who he is or what he's about, do you?
It also means they can make up whatever numbers they want in their fins. Seems odd that they're making all this money selling cigars yet can't afford audits.
LOL. How did that work out for old Kenny? Oh yeah, he ended up with nothing and had to pay I-Hubs legal fees.
I understand the former company/CEO was a doozy.
Yeah, so is this one.
SMH. Only in penny land could filing a form 15 be considered a good thing. Unaudited fins aren't worth the paper they're written on. And he sure didn't need to do it to cancel the r/s.
Yeah, I call it a solid day too when a stock I own loses 26% of it's value. smh
This time around the 500K will enable the company to keep up with production, until customers starts paying for products on the shelves.
Without a lot of advertising, how will the potential customers know that this product even exists?
I see Shelly swept another otc garbage clown off the board today. Good on her. That'll give you more time to find stocks to lose money on.
First, the Chinese get my information from the government. Now, someone gets it from Scottrade. I might as well just post all my info on a fcking billboard. lol
