Yes I agree, its fishy as far as today went. 15 million in volume is inanse for this Verb stock. If Verb did commit a wash or whatever it is called. How does that actually work, explain?
My opinion after following this stock for years is that it always moves in great lengths whenever Rory starts pumping it. It's not even so much an opinion, it's a fact almost. Being that he no longer makes those ridiculous video pumping content anymore, it makes you wonder if he found another way to pump it from the inside.
If Verb is committing illegal activity, does that get looked into by FINRA or the SEC first?
This stock shot up to like $2.50 today and immediately went back down. That's very abnormal behavior.
Never heard of that. Is something like that in violation with the SEC on the company Verb if they are trying to get stock attention prior to offering?
I feel like its not allowed.
Agreed. Someone needs to look into the activity from today. 15 million or so in volume? And right before the offering too. I've been meaning to ask you, not saying Verb is doing this, but is it possible that someone from the inside is profiting quickly off of moves like today to pay down the balance sheets, or whatever it may be? What do you think?
I wouldn't know how any of that works, in regards to the potential of insider profiting prior to the offering, or whatever pump / mislead Verb is doing, if any.
"But now even the people inside are seeing the truth, and mark my words employees that accepted stock in exchange for pay cuts will not get them until July 31, so if the offering price comes in first and is really low these people will lose a lot of money, and not invest money but food money as they are employee"
As far as the Verb inside people seeing the truth about Rory, or just everything that is happening, it was seen way before this. I won't say who from Verb, but that person(s) actually had a conversation with outside public investors. That Verb employee(s), which is still working there actually reached out to the public investor group and legitimately questioned Rorys integrity. They wanted to know the investors thoughts about Rory because that person(s) was skeptical at that point in time. I imagine the same thoughts cross that person(s) mind still today, but who knows. The Verb employee(s) didnt speak bad about Rory, but wasn't sure if the trust was there anymore.
And yes, there is factual written and verbal exchanges between this conversation that was had.
But you know what they say, do your own DD. That Verb employee(s) knows what was said, and so does the group of investors that heard and saw it.
I just found it wild when I saw and heard this go down. The fact that this convo was even had speaks enough volume.
And yes Rory shouldn't be recording himself screaming at customers, or telling employees not to sell a stock, or giving inside information to investors over zoom.
If somebody had that kind of recordings it would be very bad for him and the company.
I wonder if him and his CFO Jeff Clayborne still indirectly give out inside information. Jeff was heard by many, and I mean many investors at one point in public telling them what to expect with the share price in the coming weeks (past). I still think about all of that stuff pulled by Jeff, he just couldn't help himself and had to tout about it. To me, it screams SEC violations. We have emails from Rory telling us not tell sell our shares at one point, and then at another point, tells us when to sell them.
Does he still still tell insiders and whoever else when to sell and why ?
So is Rory and Denise breaking California laws now, being that he recorded it without consent? If that was indeed the case.
LOL. Yeah, okay. Go Verbie !! Winning.
Wow, just listened. That's how Rory talks to customers/clients? Wtf.
And what a surprise, the customer sounds like they were promised all this stuff, and it's the complete opposite of what they were promised.
Investors feel your pain Mr. Client. Rory did the same stuff to investors. He still does it too. Just a few to scratch the surface.
- Oracle PR pumping nonsense
- No reverse split bologna
- Sell your shares at 25 dollars
- We are going to the moon
- This thing will never go under a dollar, people that say that just have no idea what they are talking about (Okay Rory, because it already did lol)
Keep it going today Verb !! Got some nice volume for once. Just remember, Rory is out there and he has played investors before. This stock can dump on us in moments based off history. All in my opinion.
But in the mean time, let's get this Verb party started !
I remember when Rory touted to the public back when the company when nFusz that we were in a "Transformation" period. I would provide links to all the touting and misleading he had done, but Rory just loves to delete evidence and brush it under the rug to play everything in his favor.
But it is well known on the touting he had done with that "transformation" pump. Looking back now, its apparent that the move he made was not a transformation period, but a desperate period. Rory loves pumping, that's no secret. He loved talking about how nFusz would make millions (I believe it was, correct me if I'm wrong) back in 2018. That was nothing but a lie, or mislead, bc all nFusz made was 10k, if that in a quarter. Again, I may be wrong on some of the numbers, but the point is all the numbers were so insignificant.
So he somehow came across Sound Concepts. Who actually knows how Rory met Sound Concepts, bc he lies, and that's been proven. No need no to post links, we all know the past lies he made. But it honestly would not surprise me if Rory just started Google searching companies similar to his, but actually made profit, so he could jump ship and attach his 0 revenue company to an actual success company.
Now, nFusz became Sound Concepts. And what I see happening is so sad. Sound Concepts original employees being FIRED, let go, by a man that didnt know how to make revenue from his own company so now he is firing people from a company (Sound Concepts) that was sophisticated enough to make revenue. All the Sound concepts original employees need to take a stand up to Rory.
The disrespect I see from that scenario. I feel for the sound concepts people that got let go. They didn't deserve that, if true.
Being let go by a man (Rory) that had no idea how to back his wild revenue claims up with nFusz, is now firing people, or letting go of people of a company that actually knew how to back claims up and make revenue.
Let that sink in.
Not only that but he fired people, pretty sure that is against PPP conditions, but he knows they won't come at him for that.
Have you ever thought about how Rory and his original team literally came into Sound Concepts (Keep in mind Sound Concepts was great prior to Rory), only to fire and potentially take the Sound Concepts team into bankruptcy down the road?
This deal should of never happened with Rorys original team and Sound Concepts.
Rory failed to make revenue in the past, while Sound Concepts did. Then Rory got desperate and called it a "transformation" period, when we all know it was a "desperation" period for him (10k in revenue Rory made in 1 quarter with nFusz, what?) Now, Rory has Sound Concepts and is firing their original team members, and maybe the company will shut down in the future. It's a real shame I think if true.
Its been almost 4 years or more, nobody is using Interactive Video, you can search the web and maybe find 1000 videos, and all of them with less than 200 views.
Exactly, no one of significance is using this product of Verbs.
I do think a handful of people use it, obviously. We are always getting mislead by this company, and its exhausting and nothing but a disrespect. At this point. Who knows what is real and what is not when Rory speaks or quarterly reports come out.
Do you think Verb will file bankruptcy in the next 2 to 5 years? Or any given time frame given the fact that Rory failed to produce any meaningful revenue with his own company prior to Verb (which was nFusz, and Rory constantly fed us investors lies back then or at the least, all kinds of misleads that should justify the SEC step in). And, I'm not impressed with the numbers he's putting out anymore in the quarterly reports, assuming they are even factual numbers.
Wow, volume was huuuuge today. That was expected.
It out did the average 10 day volume and the last few trading days.
This year is our year Verb.
Were any millionaires made today from Verbs bull run?!
What a day my Verbies. We're doing it, we're finally doing it. Eating ice cream later today to celebrate.
Thank you Rory !!
When Rory says “I made people millionaires and will make it again”, he is not lying. What he means is taking from the shareholders and giving it to his future millionaire buddies.
I'm glad someone noticed this. I will always refer back to the ringing NASDAQ bell. When Rory was interviewed by one of the networking channels, he sat there and had the nerve to speak for public shareholders feeling extraordinary including his team.
My point is, you are correct, it will not surprise me in the least bit when he talks to people years from now saying how he made people into millionaires... Yeah, his Verb team. I have a feeling he will fail to mention how he made a lot of public shareholders lose their retirement funds, marriages shattered, mental health at risk.
But it's okay because he made his Verb employees rich, at the expense of public shareholders.
We will overcome this Verbies. Only down 95% share price from its highs. Totally normal.
Amazon is a perfect example, they lost so much of their share price too at one point.
Rorys Oracle PR and NASDAQ pumping has nothing to do with the 95% loss in share price.
All shorts fault.
Not sure if I should skip rope or eat ice cream today?
Keep fighting the good fight Verbie's !!
Verbs share price is down around 95% from its highs, but it's not over yet ! We can still do this.
It's the shorts fault.
Let's go !!!
And why a pilot program? Does this mean trying VerbLive free for a certain time to try it out? This press release just creates more questions, as usual...
Rory likes to put us in Verb pony land to get our minds thinking of the unimaginable.
Do your own DD.
The stock rose $20 a share roughly when Rory was travelling the 7 seas with Jeff Clayborne on the very professional "WE'RE GOING TO NASDAQ, BUCKLE UP, EAT YOUR ICE CREAM, SKIP ROPE" promotion.
So what makes you think it will not do well when it did during that last time?
Did you watch Rory's interview today? Gamechanger.
Buckle up.
Why is the Verb share price tanking today and continues to tank after hours?!!!
Let's go Verb !!!
BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ! Rory fooled investors on the last 2 supernova pumps with that Oracle PR bologna, and the NASDAQ pump.
When is the Oracle PR being released though?
And what kind of pump is he attempting to do this time around?
Why isn't the Verb pump working?!
We closed red today !! Maybe investors are not falling for the same trap like the Oracle pump and NASDAQ pump Rory fooled us on.
Come on Verb, let's go !!
This is great news ! WE'RE GOING TO THE NASDAQ !!!
How long can you hope for... Rory will only learn how to take your money.
Hope and Verb are best friends.
Anyone remember when Rory was interviewed on one of the networking channels during the ringing bell of NASDAQ?
He had the audacity to respond to the interviewer saying "our shareholders feel extraordinary".
There is nothing to feel extraordinary about after ones money dissipated to almost 100% from lies. To say something like that speaks volumes about how a CEO feels towards shareholders when almost 100% of an investors money was taken.
I'll admit I was wrong in my investment with Verb, but I would like to see how the year 2054 unfolds before I jump to any fast conclusions.
Go Verbie.
Do you know why Rory started deleting most, if not all SHAC videos? Big whales might invest after seeing them.
Did you watch the SHAC video when he told all of us he plans to do a forward split? It was moments after he assigned a RS behind our backs.
He will do a forward split because he said he wants to from that one SHAC video.
As I recall, the stock was being severely shorted back then, so one could have expected a much lower price then.
It's the shorts !!! Pony Verb land here we come!!
Rory said he will never do an RS. He's very trustworthy.
I think a forward split will happen during this offering. He said he wants to do one of those.
Lets not all forget Verb happened to lose almost 100% of its share price off it's high during a bull market, one of the strongest bull markets in history.
Amazon on the other hand, lost its share price during one of the nastiest market crashes in history, and still bounced back to be arguably the biggest name in history.
Big difference.
Paper losses exist in every stock. Good one.
But do 95%+ unrealized losses exist in fundamentally sound companies?
Take your time in answering. It's a tough one.
Verb has managed to lose almost 100% of its share price off it's high.
Happy 4th of July Team Verb and Rory.
Thank you for all you do.
So many memories we have all made. I'd share some, but Rory and Verb like to delete past actions.
Be safe all !
Where has Rory been?
He hasn't been giving out financial advice lately like he used to when he told investors to set sell orders at $25 / share.
I would post a d.d link to this but Rory and Verb deleted the video evidence to it.
Does anyone know if Rory and team Verb are throwing a 4th of July party?
The Hawaiian trip he planned before turned out to be great.
That's a great plan. Let's just close our eyes and throw money on red and hope for the best.
Great investment advice man. Go verb.
Verb has lost around 90% of its stock price per share off of its highs.
What fundamentally sound company can actually relate to something like that during normal market liquidity? And, this was way before COVID-19 and other significant market events.
There are many, if not almost all companies that haven't come close to losing 90%+ during the Great Recession, but Verb manages to lose almost 100% of its share price during a bull market. What ?
It's a shame what has happened with our Verb share price and investors money.
