Dude..the stock is worthless as is the CEO! Give it up, it is a waste of your time and effort. Devellano doesnt have another job. He lives off Hypster's ad sales/revs. He is a partier and not a savvy business person. All he does is wine and dine on our dime! LOL!! BUNM shares ballooned to probably 5 Billion OS and they have paltry ad revs. And after Devellano takes his salary...guess what is left? NADA
PPL hold out hope for the lottery result after all these years, even as the share structure has multiplied by a factor of 15!!! Think about it....say Google wanted to buy them...what is their value?? Of course Google is smart enough not to buy out something with no value, so they are doing their own start up. BUNM has no proprietary property of value and the users are not paying and will not pay IMO for a sub par service. I personally think Devellano hires kids to add users everyday...lol Many of the users have no songs in their play list??
There are ppl that blame the economy and every other excuse under the sun...fact is the company is so polluted, that only a R/S can get it trading again as well a visionary with a business model/plan. And guess what? Devellano aint that guy...he's a bum. But! He wont do anything to jeopardise his paycheck either....it has been a pattern for years and years...why do you anticipate a change?? Aint happening.
You can be certain that Devellano is hindered by the shareholders that remain and he is not going to do anything to be beholden to them. Time will only tell the fate of BUNM.
This is not an attack on you...Ive been in your shoes b4.
Initially, when I saw the Form 15 PR, I thought BUNM had been delisted. It seemed odd to file a Form 15 for any other reason. But when I talked to David Hunt about the filing (as Hunt signed off on it), Hunt said that it was to keep the SEC from delisting BUNM. Hunt mentioned that the SEC was getting tougher on pinks that are basically DIW...(dead in the water) I assume it wont be long that the SEC does boot BUNM out if MD doesnt get his shit together and soon!
This was all posted back in May if you want to go back and look it up...many posts. The SEC did have BUNM on a list to delist just prior to the Form 15 BUNM released. So it saved their butt back then, which is what Hunt stated. The SEC list, the original one that listed BUNM and the updated version excluding BUNM were both posted on the board back in May. Im too lazy and don't really care enough to go back and find all this, but if you are interested, it is all there......good luck.
My email to MD and his response concerning the Form 15:

There is no change in the company's operations. A Form 15 is often filed by small companies who cannot meet the expense and resource requirements needed in order to be a fully reporting public company, but allows its symbol to stay active on pinksheets.
Often this is why companies are on the pinksheets, because there are less reporting requirements. The goal is to continue to grow the business so the company has the ability to report results via pinksheets on an annual or semi annual basis and thus improve the company's pinksheets rating level. In the meantime the company maintains modest cost of operations while its brand and business grow; and while economic conditions recover.

Please explain what the form 15 means...the shareholders are mythed by it...you really need to explain!! We got you where you are today....Are you going private???
Don't read the board much...Concerning the Lawsuit...CXAC is not guilty of anything except dilution. They swapped shares (LOTS OF THEM) in order to pay a debt to an officer. Nothing illegal there imo based on known info! Not cool for shareholders IMO that Jorge negotiated the deal with K&L that he did...but he must of had his reasons...that is the question I would ask Jorge....Why swap so many shares to pay an officer?? Maybe someone knows the details...like I mentioned...I don't read all the post, so, sorry if it has been covered. I liken this transaction to Cornell(YA) type of toxic financing...maybe not as severe...but not too cool either. But, hey...maybe it had to be done at the time. Again, nothing illegal IMO
PS- The document states that K&L sold the shares within 6 weeks....big no no...I was trying to discern what the pps was back in say....August/September '08.....my historical doesnt go back that far....so I could not figure out the approximate value of selling 1.5 billion shares back then??
Defendants are in a bind, CXAC and Jorge do not seem to be(legally...IMO)
Each item in the document is numbered. Items 8-14 are the defendants. Line 15 (CXAC) starts to list the issuing companies. CXAC is not listed as defendant.
LOL...wrong. They are listed as a issuing company. Not defendant. Read the whole thing.
Maybe you should reread the document. It list EESO as defendant, the other companies listed after EESO are not cited as defendants.
