Good, we have our hemp.
Carry on.
It needs to pass in the Senate still. That may be an old article.
GO GRPS!
Pick up some chill gummies. :D
I think we'll be OK without a farm bill for now. The current laws allow us to do exactly what we're doing, but they need to get it done in December.
I don't believe that the industrial hemp allowances are an issue in the bill, I haven't seen opposition. I can't see how it can impact GRPS if delayed, outside of a short term reaction that PRs could easily clear up. I don't think the business plan requires passage.
Perhaps a longer term impact is if industrial hemp farming is allowed in all 50 states then CBD legalization in all 50 states could happen sooner than later.
I have my shares from 2014, plus new ones now in my regular IRA and a new Roth IRA I opened just for this stock. Now I have to make it another 5 years to enjoy it. :)
Either way, IMHO this is the stock to be in.
Good luck to you and all!! Looking forward to next week.
I've been reading about it a little every day and am not confident it will pass this month, maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps a continuing resolution and get it passed in October.
That said I don't think it will make a difference to GRPS or our partners. We already have adequate sources for hemp and CBD.
Longer term we need to get the Columbian acreage online as this seems to be a rapidly expanding industry.
Some of games being played with this bill.

I believe they are building or buying a warehouse to store products or maybe help and cbd oil. That should come out soon to since harvest is just weeks away. The $2M in orders details will be a biggie.
Harvesting hemp seed usually occurs in early October when the plant is roughly sixteen weeks old and when the flowers are ripe and full of seeds.

Maybe this guy has something to do with XYZ. I don't have a LinkedIn account.

I hope we get some detailed information on Milagro once the PRs start coming out. A cheap source of hemp can be a huge plus as the industry grows.
It would also be great to know what the plans are for the medical market. I looked at CBD reviews on Amazon, i was impressed.
3573 is the other address. These guys are probably our partners. Same address.

I think this is one of several farms.

I'm think they took certain info off the website that will be released in PRs in the near future.
I found that law firm in my DD, they handled paperwork for hemp farmers and processors on the Western Slope.
Gold River Production Services, Inc. GOOD STANDING!
Thanks for posting!
Thus, if hemp eventually replaces other crops across large acreages, it could free up precious water supplies in the arid West for other uses. This could become especially important with climate change expected to shrink Western mountain snowpacks.
“It uses more water at the very beginning of its growth,” said Geoff Whaling, chairman of the National Hemp Association. “But once it kind of passes its early development stage – about three weeks – it becomes one of the most drought-tolerant crops on the planet.”

The PHD in charge of CBD extraction is one of the best in the world. Perhaps thats why this group is looking at medical products.
I've read as much as 44k uses, but this shows 25k.

I wish I could find the article that compared paper production, but I remember the numbers.
1 acre of hemp can produce 4 times as much paper as trees.
Trees take 10 years to grow, hemp takes 4 months.
Also, the hemp paper can be recycled more times.
Seems like the right place and the right time. GRPS already has end user experience through it's other companies.
"We need processing facilities, we need end market users...this industry could actually put people to work in factories and facilities on the Western Slope...The sky's the limit," adds Rydell.
The problem with hemp on the Western Slope is a disconnect between farmers and people that create the finished product.
That if fixed in the coming years, could result in a Western Slope cash crop that could amount to millions of dollars.
Quesenberry says more than one organization is in discussions toward purchasing an existing building in Mesa County and putting significant resources into it, to create a hemp processing facility.

Above, 2016 article about Mesa, which is where GRPS has a processing facility.
Gold River Productions, Inc., now XYZ Hemp, Inc., Acquires Significant Stake in Industrial Hemp Cultivation Project Gold River Productions, Inc. (OTC Pink: GRPS) has acquired a significant stake in a Facilities & Land Industrial Hemp Cultivation – and processing facility as part of a Palisade, Colorado operation in Mesa County, Colorado.
This link seems to say that Reg A and an IPO are the same, I'm not an expert so wouldn't really know.

The only apple wine they have is Boonesfarm.
I guess debt reduction means selling stock? I hope they do it in conjunction with good news releases.
Who's the wise guy?
Who's the wise guy?
Hopefully he's taking the MJ stuff off.
I don't really know. IMO They should do a 1000 for 1 split and start over again, this time release new first selling into the volume if any, and then to the R/S. Not much here makes sense.
There it goes, into the gutter.

120k salary for 5 years, is that part of the debt?
I can't see anyone doing business with this idiot.
So let the show begin.
In order to achieve its goals and enter into partnership with the groups that management is dealing with actually, the main request has been to reorganize the company’s financials and share situation to make it more attractive. Management is considering transforming the debt into shares and warrants and – mostly – Management intends to do a reverse split to increase the value of the common shares and to bring it to a more suitable level. Once this is achieved, the partners will sign agreements with the company and allow it to prosper at a rate that will reward our efforts of the last three years
Change the A to an S and call it what it is.
Forget it, wrong Synergy. China.
Double post, sorry.
Just noticed this, is this new?
And as Marty mentioned it has to be one year before it's capitol gain, otherwise it's just income.
