In order to achieve its goals and enter into partnership with the groups that management is dealing with actually, the main request has been to reorganize the company’s financials and share situation to make it more attractive. Management is considering transforming the debt into shares and warrants and – mostly – Management intends to do a reverse split to increase the value of the common shares and to bring it to a more suitable level. Once this is achieved, the partners will sign agreements with the company and allow it to prosper at a rate that will reward our efforts of the last three years
